Athletic Greens earns mixed reviews: many users report increased energy, improved regularity, and an easy morning routine, while others see little to no measurable benefit. Reviews praise AG1’s sleek packaging and convenient travel packs but cite a polarizing, often sweet/artificial aftertaste, gritty mixing, and concerns about proprietary blends; overall, the brand is appealing yet divisive on taste and efficacy.

Clearly premium product with packaging to match. So much cardboard! It tastes nice, much better than expected. Haven’t really found any impact yet but will stick with it for a while. It’s expensive and I’m sure there are similar products out there with the same benefits but without as much marketing

Great taste, but I see no difference in using this for the monthly price. I was wary to try this as some people say there's not enough info about where AG gets their ingredients (although research on the ingredients alone is great) I decided to look into this myself, and it's hard to find much info. Also - for something so packed full of nutrients and greens, you think it would taste bad... not complaining, but it makes me curious? Maybe if you don't have a great diet, take a probiotic, and eat not the best you'll notice/feel a difference. Def great taste, packaging, and marketing – but not worth the price.

I haven't taken it consistently, so I won't comment on the results for me, but I really struggle with the taste. To me, it tastes like an artificially sweetened children's juice beverage.

I can't comment on the efficacy of the product because I couldn't stand the flavor. I ended up just giving all of mine away to people who wanted to try it.

AG makes it so easy to get all your vitamins in a single drink and you actually feel different after consistently drinking it. The taste takes a bit of getting used to, I would not recommend putting it in smoothies as advertised, but once you do it is great. I look forward to downing it every morning. It definitely is expensive so I tried to stop taking it but after a few months I needed to resubscribe because I wasn't feeling as good without it.

The flavor is not great but better than other brands, I didn’t notice much of a difference while drinking and I found it a bit pricey.
Pretty good and tastes good But I think it's super overhyped. Check out this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8ijIKU-3ic&pp=ygUeQlJpYW4gSm9obnN0b24gYXRobGV0aWMgZ3JlZW5z It's not bad, just not that different than grocery store multi vitamins

Used this for over a year. Generally good and packed with nutrients to kick off day. I still got sick at times seasonally, so it’s not a magic cure. But it’s good for a healthy routine to start. I wish they could rotate flavors as it gets repetitive.
So unimpressed with the taste and price.

Tried it for a while, enjoyed the morning routine but ended up going back to coffee
Does not taste great. I've had friends say that this cures their IBS, but it personally made my stomach feel queazy/bloated in the mornings. Customer service is great though, they have a money back guarantee where if you're not satisfied with your first month, you can cancel and get your money back.

Stevia is the sugar replacement, and I would prefer if it had no sweetener at all.

I wanted to like this. So badly. The taste was terrible. I had to cancel my subscription almost immediately. I love how healthy it is and how many vitamins are included, but I just could not get past the flavor

The flavor could be far better
Athletic greens is an amazing product for anyone trying to boost their vitamin intake 💚

I would try to improve the flavor but all green juices can’t be amazing.
I really like the brand ethos, the packaging, and the product. The subscription service is convenient because you don't run out if you forget to order. I love that it comes with a jar to transfer the powder into and a bottle to use. The whole thing feels very luxurious and having these greens first thing in the morning sets a tone for the day. I feel good about the first thing I consumed that day so I'm more likely to make better choices. It tastes really good too! I didn't notice any difference physically though. Mentally I felt better having this but I didn't notice anything in terms of energy, mental clarity, or physical changes like in my skin or anything.

The product is very expensive. $100 for a 30 day supply and $110 for 30 travel packets. For me that's too much to spend on something that only gives me a good feeling about a choice I made rather than seeing actual physical differences. Would love to see the product be more affordable. I think it would also be great to see a collapsable bottle option for travel to make it easier to pack.
Pretty good taste but I couldn't stick with it and it's a bit pricey for something I didn't love. If you're into powders though, I think this is one of the better ones I've tried.
I wanted to love this so badly....I think for the nutritional content you get in return for the product, the flavor isn't horrible. But it also isn't something that I crave every day/ enjoy drinking. This is what keeps me from making this a daily habit in my routine. The flavor is just a little too sweet for me. I add lemon juice to offset the sweetness and find that it helps. I think the science and facts are 100% there, so that makes me push myself to use it for the health benefits...but as of now, that doesn't warrant me incorporating this as part of my daily routine. I've also been using the vitamin D drops that I received as part of a promotion. I would repurchase the drops because it is so easy to add to my water in the AM.

Could there be different flavor profiles? For people who don't like the artificial flavor profile, I think the existing product is a little difficult to use repeatedly.
The ingredients seem great, but I just couldn't get over the price and the taste. To me, they are just a trendy brand that pays a ton of influencers. I definitely don't think it's worth it.

Make it more affordable and improve the taste. Don't send a cheap plastic shaker bottle with each subscription, make it upon request only. It's so much waste.
I love the idea of AG, but the taste in water isn't my favorite. a little chalky, kind of vanilla. I've switched to putting it in smoothies.
Feedback
The shaker bottle that comes with it broke after 2 washes in the dishwasher (rubber seal) and feels cheap.

I think Athletic greens are very overpriced and taste awful. I have a hard time choking them down. I would recommend using a different brand of greens honestly

Taste variety
This was WAAAAY better than I thought it was going to be. A lot of people complain about the taste but I thought it was really good and not nasty whatsoever. I drink this every morning because it curbs my hunger, keeps me focused and stops me from intaking caffeine. The bottle also helps mix the drink really well but it's not dishwasher safe. Using other bottles to mix isn't the best too. I genuinely feel better after drinking this!
Feedback
Bottle needs to be dish washer safe. Anytime theres an update to formula, could there be more details on what was changed? Would be interesting. Having to pay shipping for each monthly order is kinda wild lol given I am paying $100 a month for this drink.
