  • excellent greens powder. I could tell a difference after using it consistently for about two weeks.

  • A lot tastier than expected. Really good mixed with just water, and even better with a touch of lemon. Good to add to smoothies as well for a little extra green. Gorgeous packaging, great customer service, and their website makes it really easy to manage subscriptions.

  • After seeing a million ads for this I broke down and tried it. First of all, the taste. It's not good. Secondly, it's expensive ($100 for 30 days?). And third, I just don't see the point. Like everything else in the supplement industry, it's doesn't have to go through FDA approval, and with that comes a whole host of concerns. I have a bit of a gripe (literally have a whole blog on it, oops) with products that don't cite their sources, especially when they have claims like "boosts immunity" or "supports" digestion. With AG, the evidence doesn't seem to be there, and I'm not sure what benefit it confers that throwing some spinach in a smoothie wouldn't also do for a literal fraction of the price. Not impressed.

  • I tried it at a friend's house after seeing it everywhere. Truthfully, it was a bit too green for me, but i heard that having it with some lemon helps. I could see myself adjusting to the taste, but from first sip, i wasn't a fan especially with the price.

    would love flavored packs!

  • Love this product and brand! Comprehensive and convenient on-the-go nutrition, coming in at about $3 per serving. By far the best tasting greens powder out there and really makes a difference in how you feel!

    Feedback

Packaging came torn so powder was all over the box, the customer service team was quick to help and fix, but think you need higher quality packaging

  • The experience is solid: clean brand + packaging, using it is simple, stores easily, very quick to build a habit. My question is on the actual impact? I did it for 30 days and I didn't feel much improvement even though I really wanted to. Candidly it was simpler to take a vitamin/gummy to deliver similar results but maybe that's just me.

    - Lower pricing (but that's always true lol) - More focus on the impact I should be feeling/seeing? Less on the marketing side, more on the science/impact.

  • I started drinking this product 6 months ago and haven't skipped a day--I have noticed a large difference in how I feel overall (athough some of this is likely due to drinking 16oz of water first thing in am). That said, it has become a critical part of my routine and provides me with a healthy rejuvenation of energy in the morning. Purely anectdotal, but it has also been the lightest year of seasonal allergies for me that I can recall.

  • As a 35 year old man, I lead a busy life, and I don't always have time to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need. That's why I started using Athletic Greens. This all-in-one daily supplement has been a game changer for me. I start every morning with a scoop of Athletic Greens in my water bottle. The powder mixes easily and the taste is surprisingly good - not too sweet or overpowering like some other green drinks I've tried. Within minutes, I feel more alert and energized. I've been using Athletic Greens for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and well-being. I used to get sick a lot, but since I started taking Athletic Greens, I haven't gotten sick once. My digestion has improved, and I no longer feel bloated after meals.

One thing that sets Athletic Greens apart from other supplements is the sheer number of ingredients. With 75 different whole food-sourced ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes, I know I'm getting everything my body needs to function at its best. While Athletic Greens is more expensive than other supplements I've tried, I think it's worth the investment. The convenience of having all these nutrients in one easy-to-take supplement is priceless. Plus, the fact that it's made from whole foods rather than synthetic vitamins makes me feel good about what I'm putting in my body. Overall, I highly recommend Athletic Greens to anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing. It's a high-quality supplement that delivers real results. Since starting to use Athletic Greens, I've felt more energized, healthier, and more focused throughout the day. If you're serious about your health, Athletic Greens is definitely worth a try.

  • Pretty quick delivery. The website doesnt have a description of flavor which means some extra googling to find out. Its a very very mild Pineapple, almost no flavor at all. Sad how expensive this product is, and wish the large bag was shelf stable like the packets. I understand why the packets cost more and are less environmentally friendly, but still sucks as I know I'm not always going to have a fridge available due to work, I don't look forward to buying a ton of packets.

2 main things in this for other readers: Niacin flush (seems like an allergic reaction), and sensory issues. I've seen some reviews talking about them taking 1 scoop and its fine, then 1.5 and having what is very similar to an allergic reaction. Or even one scoop. Please look up Niacin Flush! It's happened to me, it's not comfortable, but it might just be too much niacin at once causing your blood vessels to dilate, and symptoms to go along with this. Always talk to a doctor of course but it might be this vs just being straight allergic to the product. Sensory issues compatible! I am someone with a lot of issues with food textures and flavors. I can't drink most greens and protein powders as the texture makes me gag. This product is ground up so fine that I don't notice much grit, and any that I do has not been a problem. Also I'm someone who doesn't eat enough everything due to adhd/autism, and it's great to know I have something I can drink to make sure I at least get what I need. The only issue is the price. I'll keep buying it cause it's the only product I've been able to find that works. But damn it's so costly. At least it's great.

  • The flavor is rank. It tastes like drinking Flintstones vitamins in full. It was really difficult for me to stomach this each morning because of the taste and they recommend you drink it alone on an empty stomach so I didn't mix it with a smoothie.

    Feedback

Unsure if I felt a real difference mainly because I couldn't get past the taste for longer than a week to know.

  • I'm not really someone who any of my friends who say is a "super green juice healthy" kind of person. I had heard enough podcast ads and IG influencer speils about AG for it to pique my interest and give me hope that as a decently healthy but not veggie loving person, this would be a good tasting healthy drink to incorporate into my diet. Honestly, I think it smells/tastes kind of like medicine and I can't drink it when only mixed with water — I have to mix it with apple juice and a lot of it. Because of this, it wasn't easy to work into my routine and I started to dread it every morning. On top of all this it just felt really expensive for what it is. The metal jar/spoon felt cool, but again I couldn't handle the taste.

I've heard you can reach out and ask for a travel/sample pack to taste test before you commit which is something I really wish I had done. If you're picky/sensitive to flavors/generally not a green juice fan, I definitely suggest trying to get a sample to try before committing. All that being said, my fiance, doesn't think it tastes too bad and he was totally fine with the flavor but also thought it was too pricey.

  • Easy mixes with water or can go in a smoothie, taste is good, they have to go sachets that are nice for travel

  • I do feel better when I drink this consistently, but dont love the taste. It does get easier to wash down as you drink it.

    Taste

  • I have only tried it once, so will speak only to the initial taste of the product and not prolonged use. My friends are big fans of Athletic greens but unfortunately, I did not quite grasp the hype upon trying. The flavor was okay, very earthly like other reviews have said. I personally like earthy flavors a lot, but this just felt chalky and very much a bleh flavor upon just mixing with water. I'm sure would be much more elevated if used in more interesting ways than how I was served by a friend. I did not notice a huge energy boost after drinking that was a large noticeable difference.

  • Love this product! Tasty and makes it easy to get tons of amazing vitamins, minerals, etc.! Gives me lots of natural energy!

  • Just so easy to make part of your routine, keeps me full in the morning as I'm not a breakfast person and I like that is has all the vitamins I need (minus Vitamin D!). Doesn't taste so bad either. It is however a little on the steep side in terms of pricing.

  • Okay so once you get used to the taste, this stuff is so good. its kinda lemony and sweet at first but it feels good to have so many nutrients in your body at once. the packaging and powdery-ness of it isnt my favorite honestly and always makes me sneeze but the container and reusable packing is pretty fire.

  • can't tell much of a difference in how i feel but it's packed with vitamins so i'm sure it's doing good to my immune system! tastes better when blending with banana but doesn't taste so bad as is.

  • AG1 is definitely a controversial product but I have to say that since I've incorporated it into my daily routine, I have so much more energy to get me through the day. I hardly take naps anymore -- if you knew me, you'd know that's a big deal! The taste isn't my favorite but you get used to it and a little bit of lemon juice makes it more palatable. It's pretty pricey (hello marketing budget!) and not financially sustainable for me long-term, but I'm enjoying it while I can.

  • Absolutely disgusting - tastes like artificial bubblegum flavor. Definitely does not taste healthy, natural, or “green”
