Allbirds earns strong reviews for exceptional comfort, light weight, and machine-washable ease, making Tree Runners, Wool Runners, and loungers reliable everyday and travel shoes; however, many note limited support for long walks/runs, faster tread wear and toe holes, wool styles running warm and staining easily, narrow sizing without half sizes, and a polarizing, sometimes “dated” look. Overall, the brand is good for casual wear and sustainability-minded buyers, but not ideal for heavy-duty performance or those needing robust arch support and long-term durability.

OG comfiest sneaker ever. Have gone through 3 pairs of the classic runners!

Basing this review off trying their products in store. Their shoes don't have much arch support and the quality of material seems cheap. Perhaps they had higher quality products before they got big but I feel there's better shoes for purchase at their purchase price point.
These shoes are super comfortable and like how cool they are, being wool. Very lightweight. I got my parents each a pair and they are obsessed. Only downside is I don't feel like they have great ankle support.

My mother is obsessed with these shoes! She says wearing them is like “walking on clouds”. They’ve gotten her to walk more, which has been a dream for her health! Not to mention they’re sustainably made. I love it!

Love the shoe and is super comfortable but it wears too easily. Got a hole in mine after a few months but customer service was great.

My husband bought a pair but shoe heel did not last 3 months.

Product did not last 3 months of hiking and walking.
Not me but father has a couple pairs he wears religiously. He had a major surgery and these were very comfortable and supportive after. Nice range of fabrics

I used to love all birds but every pair I have has a hole in the toe!
So comfortable! Lightest most comfortable sneakers I have own and I’m on my feet 12-16 hour shifts. So light you don’t even know you are wearing shoes. Feels like slippers but so supportive. I get back pain and had zero with these. Wish they came in more colors but definitely recommend
I bought a pair of their tree skippers and while they’re comfortable I was pretty disappointed by their style. I recommend trying them in person first.
these are so great, but they get so dirty, and they don't get clean in the wash like most other shoes... no matter how many ways i've tried to wash them. however... that doesn't stop me from buying at least 2 pairs a year. they're perfect for when i travel, since i can use them as both travel/casual sneakers and working out. they do fit TTS
Nice comfy sneakers. Not much support for your arches. Just a decent walking shoe for short trips like shopping etc. Not sturdy enough for anything more rigorous.

Pretty solid everyday shoe. Basics colors with wool outer. Pairs well without thinking, particularly in Bay Area. Arch support could use some work but overall great product and mission
My husband and I are huge Allbirds fans - I think he has at least 3 pairs for work (where he is on his feet ALL DAY) and I have the trail runners which I love. If you wear the a lot, they are definitely worth the higher price point. You can often find them on sites like Poshmark & Facebook Marketplace at a discount too (where I got mine). Have never tried their clothing products, but shoes are very high quality. Nice that they have a sustainability focus as well.

very comfortable to wear in the wool runners! my husband loves the feel and color options for variety. this can be washing with no problem in a washing bag and dry in the dryer.
pros - washable, including insole. variety of sustainable material options for weather, function, etc. cons - i'm not a fan of a lot of their styles, but to each their own. bottom line - could buy again, probably on sale.
Maybe it's b/c they aren't meant to, but my pair didn't particularly hold up under duress of Texan hiking. I most likely wouldn't purchase again (love my Hokas too much), but it was fun to visit SFO and have the exact same shoes as everyone else.
I love the Tree Breezers. I own three pairs - black, grey, and khaki. They are very comfortable, all day. I was worried because they are made of wool that they would make my feet sweat in warmer weather. They actually did the opposite- they breathe!
