These feel just ask expensive as they are. I was very reluctant to buy from this brand because of the cost, but I’m glad that I did. I’m not sure I would buy them at full price, but for Black Friday I think it’s worth it.

Aesop products are a great treat. They all smell scrumptious and they’re great on my sensitive skin. I’ve had great experiences with the hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I would definitely recommend any of their products for daily use or a guest bathroom to upgrade your home or short term rental.

Great products, they smell great, they clean well. Website, customer service is all great. I'd also recommend their perfumes they stay fragrant and is an easy smell to have on all day. Highly recommend all their products.

I think good things are popular for a reason, especially after a long time! Aesop has been the GOAT forever, and I get why. I absolutely love the soaps and the hand cream is really great value for the price— lasts forever. The hand sanitizer is one of my favorites as well. Most of all, I feel like Aesop has been consistently great for decades, which is increasingly rare.

I recently placed a fairly sizable order from Aesop, and it delivered the experience I’ve come to expect from the brand. The hand and body products like Reverence and Resurrection Aromatique Hand Washes, along with the Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser, are nuanced and fresh/clean. I know some would like the scent to last longer, but I don't think it's necessary for a soap to have such fragrance longevity. I also enjoyed the Refresh Bar Soap and Olous Aromatique Room Spray, which further that cohesive Aesop atmosphere. The fragrance sampler set (Anthology I) was a nice way to explore their scent world, though not every fragrance felt like something I’d wear regularly. As always, the presentation and branding are beautiful, but the pricing does keep this from being a no-notes experience. I love having Aesop in the mix, just not for every single category— definitely a special gift option though for those luxury fragrance friends in your life.

Always great scents, branding, and vibe in store. I particularly love their hand lotions and soaps, but the perfume is also nice. Nothing more disappointing than an Aesop soap bottle refilled with dove- this stuff is really a treat, not buying just for the aesthetic of the bottle. Took off a star because purchased by L’Oréal

I love all of the fragrances that Aesop carries. I own karst and bought my boyfriend viviere and it smells so good and lasts all day! The bottle is beautiful and simple and I love the look of the packaging as well.

I first discovered Aesop in a restaurant bathroom and I remember immediately thinking how lovely both the hand soap and moisturizer were. The scent was distinctive and the whole experience just felt elevated. I held off on buying it myself because it is borderline absurdly expensive for a hand wash and moisturizer set. I’m using the Reverence scent, and I love the gentle exfoliation. It’s just enough to feel like a mini reset for your hands without being harsh. Over the winter, I noticed my hands stayed a bit softer than usual. I’ve already had to replenish the hand soap, but the moisturizer seems like it will last quite a while. All in all, it feels like a small daily luxury that I’ve come to really enjoy.

So fun to use these products that add small luxury moments to your day. The Resurrection scent is my favorite and I was initially wishing I’d gotten the hand balm in the same scent. However, after using the Reverence Balm - which smells slightly grassy woody to me - I quickly came to love it as well. It smells so warm and refined on the skin. My hands feel moisturized without being greasy. It moisturizes and disappears at the same time. Didn’t think I’d like that feeling - I prefer thick moisturizers - but I actually love it. Skin feels and smells wonderful.

I'm a HUGE fan of Aesop. Everything smells so natural and clean. This was my first time trying the Eleos line and the Cedar & Citrus Lip Salve. I shouldn't have been suprised that the Eleos hand balm is incredible. It has the same thick texture as all the other hand balms that really sinks into your skin. The smell is wonderful and absolutely worth the cost. I always feel like I'm walking out of a fancy spa every time I use their products! I was disappointed with the Cedar & Citrus lip salve. I had hoped that it would have a similarly strong aromatic quality as the rest of the aesop line, but really it had almost no scent. I wonder if I received one from a bad batch where there was no scent injected. The texture was nice - it didn't make my lips too sticky and felt nourishing, but I would not recommend buying the lip salve unless they change the formulation.

First time buying from Aesop though I’ve used their products before. The hand wash has a unique smell, and I like that it’s not too thick and also has finely milled pumice — pumice is a nice touch and is fine enough where it doesn’t feel too abrasive or aggressive. Before buying, I thought the bottles were glass, but they’re actually plastic. While the scent and quality of the soap is nice, I think I still prefer more affordable options for myself, but I feel like Aesop products, like the hand wash, make decent gifts. Not sure if it’s just me (or maybe due to the holidays), but I requested a gift bag, but the hand washes just came in a box wrapped in paper, which was a bit of a bummer. Haven’t had a chance to ask support about it yet.

I purchased a hand soap and some lotions. I had been wanting to try the brand for a while after hearing so much about it. I was frankly a little disappointed. Whole the lotions are nice, they aren't much nicer than other brands that have similar scents. The scents of the lotions and soap remind me of walking through the lotion area of Whole Foods. I don't doubt that they are great products, but for me, the quality can be matched elsewhere with scents that I like more. I will say that I got a perfume sample that I really liked called Aurner-it was probably my favorite scent of the batch. I also purchased the eye makeup remover which worked reasonably well.

I got the pink Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm as a present. It does feel luxurious and smells amazing, a bit sweet and citrusy. I don’t think it’s that moisturizing though, especially for the price. Great as a present, but wouldn’t buy for myself

I have really dry hands and my boyfriend always complains about it. I have tried a variety of different lotions but a lot of them always leave a oily residue which makes it hard to hold on to anything without it slipping out of your hands like a cartoon. This means I tend to be picky about what I use. I was really interested in using this hand balm as it contains a lot of ingredients that will help with dry hands without the oils. I love the smell of this balm, it is awesome. The woody/spicy scent reminds me of being out side in the woods. I love the product but at the price point I couldn't justify making this a regular purchase.

This lotion is so moisturizing and smells wonderful. I wash my hands a lot at work and carry this in my bag. When I went in store they were nice enough to give me samples too. The store was inviting. I really love this lotion and bought a triple lotion thing too. Overall very happy.

When the store design is more lauded than the products, there is something out of balance. The staff are too full-on and make the in-store experience a bit too intense for my liking. I also find the products too strong and too over-priced and I have no problem paying for things I like. The overall experience is a pass for me.

Aesop is a well-known "IYKYK" of luxury, especially when you see the hand wash displayed in a home or restaurant. One of my beloved items is their Geranium lead body cleanser because it literally smells like a spa treatment. I was happy to see they have a hydrating body treatment now so I can continue my shower ritual to include more steps of this fragrance. It's a brand that's really nice to gift, but be sure your recipient is ok with essential oils. I try to avoid the skincare because you never know, but there are many options such as their hand lotions that make luxurious gifts.

I really like the feeling and scent of the hand soap and hand lotion. They are pricey so I don't buy them very often for myself but the nice packaging and luxury feel make them perfect for gifting. Visiting the stores in person is even better - they have such a cool vibe!

smells amazing! the hand soaps are luxurious and only need a pump so will last a while. the geranium body treatment is a standout - I use it as a hand balm during the winter and it really help with dry cuticles without feeling sticky or greasy. you only need a couple drops so it will last a long time!

There's a reason this soap has a cult following, and even though it's pricey it is one of those small pleasures you can make last over many months. I also love to gift the Aesop gift boxes to friends and folks who are impossible to find gifts for... or who live in small apartments... or who have it all. They're pricey, but a small luxury that really makes someone feel special I think.
