In the days pre Covid they used to carry these in the office and we were all majorly addicted to them. Really yummy.

I had their pink peppercorn yuzu salad dressing. Bottle label is cute and that’s half the battle! The dressing tasted good, as recall it. As good as Olivia Wilde’s “special dressing”? We’ll never know.

I’ve tried the liners, pads, and tampons. Similar to L brand by P&G in my experience, and L brand is a bit lower priced. I’m not out there signaling with my period stuff so it’s a commodity for me, but I am glad that the industry overall has moved away from the deeply embarrassing bright colors, all the pinks and purples and oranges and blues.

People swear by the kale face wash but I did not notice anything particular for my acne prone-combination skin. If anything it was drying and doesn’t remove makeup or sunscreen well. Maybe it works for people who use it as part two of their double cleanse.

We have multiple travel insulated mugs from them, and the coffee grinder, and the regular and electric stagg kettles, and pour over carafe and pour over metal thing. We have a lot of their stuff. The grinder and e kettle and travel mug that works with the pour over are part of my daily routine now. The electric kettle is the best! Super fast heating. The grinder once started making a weird noise about 6 months after we got it but my husband fixes it easily. The XL pour over filters are annoyingly unique sized and I’m waiting on a reusable filter to arrive from the UK that is supposed to be a fit. The travel mugs and other metal things DO lose their color coating in the dishwasher, as in it begins to flake off so I now hand wash those. Also the color of my pink mug is noticeably faded compared to the lid which I don’t use as much and have not washed as much. So I think the products have a lifespan of <5 years, definitely not heritage quality. I’ve said a lot of critical things here but honestly it all works well for day to day and I’m not going to invest another $400-500 in another set up so here we are.

Everyone needs more Muji in their life. I was so sad when the US division declared bankruptcy and shut down a store that was near where my parents live. I wish the US one carried more variety of clothing and storage and furniture products like they do in Japan. They have been bucketed into being a stationary brand here which is like the least exciting thing they offer.

Cute packaging but the gummies were very hard. Sort of missing something… not sure what though. Sugar probably? I do appreciate the alternative being present in the aisle. I liked Squish gummies better as a Haribo alternative.

One of my all time favorites. Love the high waisted leggings with pockets. Amazing colors. Stuff goes on sale regularly. Keep it up over there! Only meh thing I’ve gotten was a nursing bra with clips. The clips were under some fabric so that they wouldn’t scratch you, I guess?, but that made them very hard to access, which is like nursing 101 — boob must be easily accessible. The crossover nursing bra was great and I still wear that one post nursing.

Ordered a set that included the XL sized chili crisp, mala spice powder, and an auntie iridescent sun visor. The chili crisp is good but the flavor is very different from Lao Gan Ma. Not at all a 1-1 substitute. We still ate it all but went back to LGM and MSG afterward. The mala spice I tried in a recipe that came with the product and it was okay but just not part of my regular cooking style, so I haven’t found a way to use the rest of it yet. The visor was fun and I was really looking forward to wearing it!! But way too small for my head; my toddler likes to wear it for play sometimes.

I love the branding and the vibe, but the product itself doesn’t hit home for me

Diapers themselves work well, are lightweight and super cute patterns. More patterns please! My 2 year old refuses to wear the plain Dyper diapers that we sidle have leftover. Only fun ones for this child , please! haha They are not as heafty, meaning thick and wide, as Dypers, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your child’s needs. I liked a heftier diaper when she was younger. Super easy shopping and subscription management system. For comparison I’ve used Dyper and Bambo and Amazon diaper subscriptions.
