Reviews mention

  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges
  • Occasionally flimsy-feeling frames

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • What's not to love about Warby Parker? As a grandparent of the DTC movement, Warby's growth and trajectory over the years has been nothing short of a spectacle They are a true category disrupter, bravely steering their ship directly into the high seas of competition with the likes of Luxocity - a global powerhouse Warby's value proposition is anchored in stylish frames, easy prescription, and middle-market pricepoints They've executed on this opportunity with near 20/20 precision I've had the pleasure of owning several pairs of Warby sun frames, and my wife sharpens her vision with their prescription frames and lenses. We are both very satisfied with our purchases and one of the better parts of Warby is that with their pricepoint it's not unreasonable to own several different frames...because...fashion

  • Love, love, love the at-home try-on. They offer cool styles and a great unboxing experience (including in-box copy, a nice case, and a fun microfiber cloth).

    Feedback

Unfortunately many of the frames I've been interested in were unavailable for at-home try on, which was disappointing. Some of the frames don't feel like they're made to last, although I wouldn't call them flimsy. The quality matches the price point.

  • Warby Parker is one the brands I rave about with my friends! I love how everything can be done online. Being able to try on the glasses at no-cost before you purchase it is a huge win in my book. (Having insurance coverage is also a nice bonus!)

    Feedback

The sizing can be hard to get right! However, I know that there are some Warby Parker physical storefronts to help fix the sizing.

  • I've only worn Warby Parker glasses for years now! Always a super easy customer experience and affordable price, while having the coolest designs.

    Feedback

Some of my older Warby glasses had significant problems with lens being difficult to clean. With my new pair, it seems like they may have updated or switched their manufacturing?

  • I'm on probably what is my 5th pair of Warbys. LOVE the customer service, pricing, and options. Two stores are very convenient to me.

  • I love my Warby Parker frames! Super affordable, timeless designs and great retail experience. You can bring your prescription in (or they'll call your optometrist to get it) and you can simply select and try on different frames either at home or in-store.

    Feedback

The case for the frames are pretty bulky.

  • Have been buying glasses from Warby since they started. They've become my go-to for glasses and prescription sunglasses (even though I'm not 100% in love with the shapes on my face) simply because the Warby experience is still (a decade later!!) just so much easier and more convenient than the traditional eyewear shopping experience. The eye exam is affordable and there's no binding agreement that you have to buy their eyeglasses like a lot of eyeglasses stores require.

Would love to see more styles (in general) but especially acetate styles with nose pads for flatter Asian noses without nose bridges. There are a few styles but they're all "nerdy" or thin metal framed.

  • I have been wearing since 2010 after I went to a soft launch party in NYC. I not only love the high quality of the glasses/ lenses but also the company ethos and how they continue to evolve.

  • What can I say, I love these glasses. If I'm feeling uninspired when I'm due for a new pair of glasses, I know Warby will have sleek, fashionable styles that meet the moment. Plus, as a penny pincher, the price point is approachable.

  • On my third pair of Warbys- because of style not because of the lack of quality

    Feedback

I cannot think of anything to change

  • I've purchased a few times from WP, both pre-lasik and post (blue light glasses and sunnies). The frames are cool, but the lenses aren't great.

    Feedback

If you have a strong prescription like I had, I don't recommend purchasing from them. I always had problems with they way the lenses distorted things.

  • I love their glasses and sunglasses. My favourite thing is that they have shapes for all sizes of faces. I have a child-sized head and found sunnies that didn't look like I stole my dad's pair. Great quality and they also commit to helping you with your glasses for life (e.g. they make them fit again if they stretch over time!)

    Feedback

Nada, price points can be high but they're worth it.

  • Quality eyewear at a great price. Offer lots of styles and colors. Visiting the store is a lot of fun. Being able to try on several pairs from home is incredibly helpful.

    Feedback

I hope they continue to create new styles and colors!

  • Hip/cool feel at the stores and great branding, but not sure the quality is where it needs to be. I helped my dad pick out frames for his every-day glasses. He had a pretty advanced prescription, and the store messed up the RX on his order. He ended up waiting months for the correct glasses to arrive. Kind of frustrating.

    Feedback

Quality and expertise of the sales staff could improve, especially since you end up waiting for the RX.

  • Great prices, styles, quality, and amazing customer service. I love how easy it is to shop here and love the care that goes into creating and packaging the glasses!

    Feedback

Glasses tend to loosen after a little while and aren't quite so sturdy for heavy activity, like running or hiking. While it's easy to get them fixed up, it is rather inconvenient to have to go in often.

  • Love everything about Warby Parker: I've bought 3 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. I've done the Home Try On, I've visited several Warby Parker stores. Outside of me working for them, I think it's fair to say I'm a fan. They take care of everything efficiently and, on the rare case there's an error, they take full responsibility AND take care of it.

  • Have always loved WP - my glasses have been Warbys for many years now, and the shopping experience, design selection, and storefronts have all improved further over that time. Bottom line: fantastic staff, seamless experience (whether buying a new frame, renewing an expired prescription, conducting exchanges/returns) and well-priced, stylish eyeglass frames. Doesn't hurt that the unboxing is always quite enjoyable as well :)

  • I've only ever purchased my adult glasses from here and absolutely love them. There is so much variety and I love their stores. I also recently got an eye exam from them and they made the process so easy!
