Love the app and ability to try styles.

I bought my first pair of prescription frames after utilizing the free try-on box. After choosing a pair and getting them in the mail, I quickly noticed the quality left a little to be desired. The emblem was missing from one arm of the frames and I found the lenses scratched extremely quickly with both pairs I’ve owned. I wish they also had more varieties of frames.

Warby Parker offers trendy frames at affordable prices. However, I've noticed some durability issues with my glasses, particularly with the hinges. While the aesthetic is great, the longevity could be improved.

Amazing quality, styles and pricing! I am super loyal to warby parker as they always keep up with the trends and are really transparent with their pricing. I continuously feel like I'm getting a good deal when I shop with them.

My first pair of glasses ever I got from Warby! So easy to use. Pick out the frames you like, shop them to your door and try them on your actual face. Wear them around, take selfies, feel them out! And then…the frames are high quality and affordable. Spoken from someone who was accidentally bamboozled into paying $700 for frames at a later dat while at the optometrist. Warby is the way!!!

Love that I can go into a store, try on new pairs, and even update my prescription with them! It's great having the in-store experience of an employee really giving you their opinion. I need that, as a shopaholic. My only gripe is that I wish they would buy back old warby parker frames. I have frames that I've purchased from them with old prescriptions... It would be great if they actually helped me keep wearing them by replacing the lenses, but they don't even take the frames back for any kind of recycling service. Bummer!

I love the sunglasses. Fair price for the quality.

I have a pair pair glasses and plan on getting a second pair. Being able to try them on at home or at store was nice, the color variety is both vast and limited at the same time. I got metal two tone but they are kind of painful. I went in store to have them adjusted and they were helpful but still a little helpful. I like them but they aren’t my favorite pair.

Website is easy to use and the feature to use your camera to see it on your face is cool. I used to work at an optometrist office and the measurements work well for me - I normally have a hard time finding frames to fit my head

Warby Parker is a fan favorite and for good reason. When I bought my recent pair of glasses from them, I took a sunglass shape for my prescription glasses. The team helped me every step of the way.

Cheaply made glasses, flimsy and didn’t last long

Their contacts are absolutely awful! They were uncomfortable and constantly got smudges in them. I've worn contacts for over a decade and never encountered the issues I did with Warby Parker's contacts. And the customer service was horrendous upon calling to complain; essentially I was told that it is not their problem.
