Big fan. Their products are well-made, high quality, and fit very well. I'm a big fan of their pants - especially the linen ones which I've been wearing to the office quite a bit this summer. Really good place to get basics/build a capsule wardrobe.

I love this brand. I have a complicated relationship with alcohol consumption, so this is a really nice substitute for booze during social events when I want to have something in my hand to feel part of the group, but also have some flavor and low calorie. I feel a bit badass when drinking it, too, which I realize is dumb but I think the branding and labeling do the trick.

I like this brand but am not 'naturally beautiful' enough to rely fully on their makeup alone. I have some acne/scarring and need more full coverage so would never be able to fully rely on a full face of their makeup when getting ready. I would say their products are good for "aspirational beauty" - wish I could look as good as their models when they show their products. Their fragrance, Glossier You, supposedly meshes with your personal body oils and scents to create a custom smell. I am not sure I'd say that was true, but it did smell really nice :) Also have used their lip balm (Balm Dotcom) and those are really nice too. Offer a subtle flavor/fragrance and a nice glossy look. I think their boy brow is one of the best brow shaders/wands on the market. The best product they have IMO.

Shipping perishable items is always difficult. I wasn't home when these were delivered, so they sat out for a bit longer than they should have. The packaging is also a bit clunky. The size of the package makes it hard to store / find room in the fridge or freezer.

The packaging is beautiful and the product is super effective. I especially love the hair masks and the easy-to-use tub it comes in. The shampoos have all lathered really nicely, which is not always the case with natural products.

Each product's description and labeling could be a bit more intuitive. For example - if I didn't know anything about the brand - how would I know what 'love' product did?

Honestly one of my favorite low-sugar and non-alcoholic flavored beverages out there. The flavors are delicious without being too sweet or overpowering. The packaging is also very pretty and cute :)

These little containers are super cute and the magnets are pretty powerful. The delivery process was very nice as well - well packaged, aesthetically pleasing. These things work, too. I have a cream lotion that I've tried traveling with and was never able to get the travel-friendly containers to not leak/spill. No issue when using these - they prevented any leaks/spills and are very easy to pack and fill.

I wish these were dishwasher safe. The size + shape makes hand-washing a bit difficult / awkward. The symbols on the caps of the containers could also be more intuitive. Not very easy to remember which image corresponds with which item. Would be better if they provided stickers with more intuitive images so you could apply to the caps yourself.

Beautiful all around. Taste, labeling, marketing. All wonderful. I've also subscribed to their text messages. As someone that doesn't drink alcohol, I love their mocktail recipes. I made one for a family party and got RAVE reviews.

I purchased their classic body wash. Overall, a beautiful experience. Not only does the bottle and design look pretty sitting on my shower ledge, but the scent is really transporting - feels like I'm in the redwoods. I also have really dry and sensitive skin, and this gel does the trick without any issues. Lathers really nicely (I hate when soap doesn't lather) and also rinses easily.

Every product from this brand has been a top player in my experience. The underarm soap "space bar" as well as their hand sanitizer (hello, pandemic) are A+. The effectiveness of the space bar is great in the shower instead of using regular soap, which can be harsh and smell funky. The hand sanitizer smells really nice, applies well and dries quickly. I keep a big bottle in my car.
