I love their glasses, their staff is always friendly in the stores and whenever I need an adjustment on my glasses I just pop in and it’s quick. Year 3 of using warby Parker!

I bought my glasses in the store which was great because they did all the measurements. I love my glasses. They’re super sturdy and the lens quality is superb.

I love Warby Parker. It's affordable, cute, and even has options for those with small bridged noses. This definitely helps me, and the glasses do not fall easily off my face. The clear green color is my favorite, and I wear mine daily!

I love these frames! I have several pairs and they’ve held up very well. I enjoy that you can order 5 pairs to try before buying, which helped me feel confident in my decision.

I have gotten glasses from all sorts of places & by far Warby Parker was the easiest. I got a wonderful pair out of the frames I picked out from my at home trial.

I got a couple pairs of glasses from here when they had a sale and they are gorgeous - it’s been a couple years and I still use them. They also sent me a wrong pair of glasses at first. I assume it was someone else’s order because it was not my prescription or what I had picked - but their customer service was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. They also said I could keep or donate the extra pair of glasses I received - instead of mailing them back. Which was less hassle for me too. ☺️

The only glasses I’ll ever buy! They last for YEARS and are so durable! I’ve had lenses replaced several times on a single pair and they’re still in tact! I also order my contacts from them too because it’s much easier and cheaper than buying from somewhere like Visionworks.

I recently bought my first pair of warbys! I usually go for IZIPIZI because I have a small head and like the spring like nature of their glasses on the sides of my head, but the in store support and sizing was crucial!

I have purchased many glasses here and have loved them all. I have sunglasses, prescription lenses and non prescription lenses. They have lasted for a very long time and I have dropped them many times and they have never broken. I love that you can try before you buy them too!

I’ve had my glasses for a few years and during the pandemic they got super scratched but my warranty had only just expired maybe a month before I couldn’t see anymore. The customer service person was more than happy to replace them anyway and I am so great full!!

I've been a Warby Parker customer for years and have gone through several pairs of prescription glasses and even used their in-house eye doctor for exams and prescription updates -- very convenient. The glasses are high quality and sophisticated, yet fun. The frames are at a good price point at around $195, but if you're someone like me who has to get progressive lenses, that price can quickly increase to around $500 for one pair. Nonetheless, the glasses are durable, and love the packaging/cases. The at-home try-on experience comes in handy too. Also, love the social impact/mission behind the brand. I've recommended their glasses to friends and family alike.

I have been a loyal Warby wearer for years, and they haven’t done me wrong yet! I love that they fix them for free… I have literally bent my glasses in half and had a lena’s pop out and they still fix it free of charge super quickly. They’re fairly affordable in general and take most insurance so that’s a bonus.

I'm obsessed with my Warby Parker glasses. I won't buy glasses anywhere else. Their system for choosing the correct style is bar none and so easy from the consumer side. They also have a wide selection of styles and add-ons to customize your lenses. The pricing is also great when compared to traditional optical store fronts.

Every single pair glasses I own come from Warby, so maybe I'm biased, or maybe the glasses are just that good!! They reliably have a wide range of styles and change their styles every few years so you've always got something new to check out when it's time for a new pair of glasses. Beyond just the glasses, I've gone to them for adjustments, lens replacements, and even to recycle my old glasses, and everything is always smooth, easy, and beautiful to boot. Stores are always beautiful, staff is friendly and always willing to help you decide if a pair of glasses suits your face (seriously. This is like the #1 thing I ask whenever I'm in a store). I've also dropped my glasses any number of times and they've always held up! Kiss Lenscrafters goodbye!!

What can I say? I adore my Warby Parker glasses. Started with one pair back in college, probably have a good 5 or so now. Mostly use the “emergency pair” excuse to keep buying them. Chic, functional and always cool - Warby Parker’s glasses are a must for any wardrobe :)

The Home Try-On (total of 5 pairs, but limited SKUs from the try-on collection) was quite the offering when I purchased my first—and only—pair in 2019. The shipping is quick and transaction was easy. Like every other product nowadays, they have also offer a Virtual Try-On which comes in-handy, but you can always hit their stores for a friendly experience. That was what got me back in the day and continues to keep them as an option if I ever lose my current pair. The only issues are price and store locations. They tend to be on the higher end of the price range and their locations are only found in gentrified districts.

I’ve been using Warby Parker glasses for years and I’ve always been satisfied. I started wearing them basically when the company launched - I was drawn to their mission and affordable price point. Now, there are many competitors like Zenni and others that offer even cheaper glasses but I still find myself going back to WP. I’m a big fan of the at home try on program too.

I have a pair of Warby Parker eye glasses (prescription) as well as regular sunglasses I wear with my contacts. Their styles are cute and up to date, and they are very cost effective. The employees are extremely friendly (in the ATL & NY locations, anyway!) and I’ve been happy with my purchases. I also think the case and the cleansing cloth they provide with purchases are nice. My mom and grandma (she’s a very hip grandma) wear WP glasses and sunglasses and have been super happy. They’ve each bought several styles to wear. I also had an EXCELLENT customer experience when I purchased my sunglasses. When I received my sunglasses in the mail, the lenses were so dark, I couldn’t see out of them. I called customer service to inquire if they had any other color lenses and see what my options were. The customer service rep was SO helpful. This was a couple of years ago and I still tell people about this experience. I even wrote an email to her manager that was full of praise. I’ve never done that before! She was able to work out a great solution for me that met all of my needs. Within about a week, I got my new glasses in the mail and they are absolutely perfect. Bravo, Warby Parker! All around, a great customer experience. I actually need to update my glasses prescription and am thinking of buying new frames all together from WP!
