I was just in NYC for the weekend and have been needing a new pair of eyeglasses for years but I didnt feel like spending hundreds of dollars. I walked into the NYC store, tried all the style right there and site on scene placed my order and my eyeglasses we're delivered within 5 business days! The frame material is definitely really light and cheaper but for the price, excellent service, and speed to your door its 100% worth it. I only wear my glasses in my home and traveling, otherwise I wear contacts - so they are perfect for my use!

Warby Parker is the best glasses purchasing experiencing I’ve ever had. There are options to fit any style and the stores are gorgeous. The sales associates are helpful and positive. I am a repeat customer and will continue to purchase all my frames at WP.

Loved that I can test try them at home and found my perfect pair. I even sat on them once during a trip to NYC and they fix them at no charge at the store inside Grand Central. As someone who does not take great care of glasses, my pair have lasted for years! When my prescription changed, I wished I could just send my pair for new lenses, but was told they don’t do that. If you have a new prescription, you need to order a new pair of glasses, even if you already own the exact pair. This was my only hiccup. Apart from that, great product and cool styles.

I enjoyed the experience of picking up a test box for both my prescription eye glasses & blue light glasses. It was very simple & easy to do - all from the comfort of home. I only wish that there were not so many test frames out of stock. I remember wanting to choose different ones for my box but not wanting to wait for them to come back in stock. Both pairs I ended up purchasing have held up for almost three years and counting. I still love them!

Warby Parker glasses are my old faithfuls. I have a pair of frames from them that is nigh on indestructible; I've owned them for four, maybe five years (see the picture I attached). Love the in-store customer service, and appreciate the variety of styles they have.

I've lost track of how many frames I've gotten from Warby Parker over the years, but they've never let me down! I currently wear the Duncan frames (both color options) and I feel like no frame has ever fit my face better. I literally cancelled my Lasik appointment because I got freaked out envisioning myself without my glasses!

I am a 10+ time repeat customer with Warby. They have a huge variety of styles in both optical and sunglasses. Each pair of frames has held up over time as well and with the price point, I feel like I can have multiple pairs depending on what look I’m going for.

I love WP. I have purchased a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses from them, and loved my in-store experience each time. I also love that I can always pop in to get my glasses re-sized if needed. Love the style and size offerings-- I'll be a returning customer for a long time!

I have purchased at least 5 pairs of eyeglasses and 3 pairs of sunglasses from Warby Parker over the years and I will continue to be a customer for years to come! They have a store here in Kansas City which makes it easy to shop their models in person or get a quick adjustment. But I also love their website and their home try-on program where you can order 5 different pairs to test out in your home. It makes it so much easier than buying a pair and having to return it if I don't like it. Shipping is also insanely fast from Warby Parker. Quality is great. They always are coming out with new styles too. Definitely a go-to brand for me!

I am always blown away by the brand seeing it evolve over the years. I was in desperate need of an eye exam/didn't have insurance/was having too many headaches staring at screens all day and their Upper East Side store experience was great. Everything from the ease of booking an appointment to the appointment itself to receiving the frames was such a considered, wonderful experience.

I love my Warby frames! I have purchased four sets of frames in the last 10 yrs, always having them fitted with my own lenses made by my eye doctor. I purchased two acryclic pairs I was impressed with, and two sets of frames that I believe were titanium and plated, unfortunately the plating wore off after 2+ years of wear and now the arms are pretty uncomfortable where they rub on my ears. But the metal ones have remained my favorite in style and quality. They have a nice weight to them. Warby’s customer service in-store has always been friendly and efficient, helpful and don’t make me feel rushed even when the store was super busy. I visited the Portland, OR location. I also used their online try-on virtually and the free frame kit to select and try on ~5 pairs at home, shipping was quick and whole process very easy, though I didn’t end up buying any which I had tried that way. Overall I would buy again, despite the quality issue with the smooth gold plated look tarnishing to an uncomfortable metal underneath.

Warby Parkers sells the best glasses. They are super comfortable and nice. I love the pair of glasses i got from them, I highly recommend them to any one thats interested in purchasing their products.

As someone with high index prescription glasses were always a pain and expensive that is until I found Warby Parker. I love the price point and the fact that I can get more than one pair of glasses for less than what I used to pay for just one pair. I even use them for my annual eye exams and contacts. I ding them one point to a four from a five because they stopped making prescription sunglasses for my prescription and I have had an issue trying to get pricing resolved on an order. Otherwise I recommend to everyone and generally enjoy my experience

I'm a big fan of Warby Parker. In my recent order from them, I purchased two prescription pairs of eyeglasses. I love the way both look on my face, but I've had issues with the blue-light pair. This is the only reason I'm not going with 5 stars. It's as if they got the prescription wrong on one eye (but both eyes are the same prescriptions, so that would be hard to do). I'm hoping to have it corrected in-store when I'm near a WP. Over the past several years, I've ordered two pairs of sunglasses (one prescription, one not) and two pairs of eyeglasses. In addition, I've done 5 free home try-ons. The app experience, home try-on, cutting-edge style, and in-store interactions have all been excellent.

My husband uses Warby Parker for all of his glasses. They are always super friendly and clean/fix his daily glasses all of the time (usually on the house). We love their styles and the try-on at home process. Super easy way to shop and find your style.

I've purchased a couple of different eyewear products from Warby Parker over the years and have always been very satisfied with the price, customer service and styles they offer. The latest pair of prescription sunglasses that I've been wearing for almost 2 years now has a pretty timeless style and works really well to protect my eyes from the sunlight. The customer service is also great - the rubber part of the nose pads fell off one time and I stepped into a store to replace them - was in and out within a few minutes with it replaced and glasses cleaned!

I love the product-but that’s just the beginning. Know that the eyeglasses and sunglasses are 100% both in style and performance. What sets them apart is the customer experience; from a phone rep (I called her with a question about insurance) saying she would call me back because “ I don’t want to waste your time by putting you on hold.” to replacing scratched lenses, to simply being human and nice-they do it right. I give them my highest compliment which is, I love spending my money with them.

I purchased the Hawkins wide framed glasses and they fit my face very nicely. They have rubber pads on the nose so they don't slide down. I bought this pair for $145 with a $22 discount since I bought them at the same time as my partner bought theirs (~$180 with the discount for theirs since they required a prism lens). While my glasses were mailed to me fairly quickly, 1 week, the same could not be said about theirs. Theirs came in the mail about 3 weeks we initial purchased them, and we actually had to return them at first since they forgot to add the prism in it initially (the thing we paid extra money for). They weren't very quick on the turn around unfortunately. The glasses are very cute and fashionable but I don't know if they're worth the price insurance helping pay for them (we have insurance by Warby Parker didn't take ours as it's a university related insurance). While my experience with them was fine, my partner's experience left much to be desired. I would recommend these glasses if you can afford them and if you don't require any special prescription.

I am beyond impressed that my Warby Parker prescription sunglasses have withstood my very heavy handling/travel/daily wear for the past two years. I love the polarization and sometimes even forget I still have them on inside. The style I have, Percey, is a timeless classic that I will certainly be ordering again! The ease of shopping and customer service through the process makes the brand a true value.

TRY ON Love the try at home options. Easy to select frames, try them on and return the ones you don’t want to keep. SERVICE They have excellent customer service. A screw was loose and fell out after a year and the in store sales team replaced it for me for free. They also have a lense warranty and will replace them if a scratched. COMPS I’ve tried other online glasses brands like Coastal and Eye buy direct but the style section and quality is not on par with Warby.
