  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Good quality, solid styles, and consistent pricing. I've been buying Warby Parker sunglasses almost exclusively for the past 6 years. They look good, last awhile, and they aren't so expensive that I mind when I drop them or forget them somewhere. I've never bought their prescription glasses, so I can't comment on that, and I've almost only ever bought them in store (an experience I've found to be super easy and efficient). My biggest complaint about the WP sunglasses is that they do tend to lose their shape over time and can slide off your nose (or at least, I've had that problem :) ). The nice part is that if you take them into a store, they'll reshape them for you. A little inconvenient at times, but way better than buying a new pair.

I sometimes feel that the frames scratch really easily. I have kids and I bend down all the time to pick them up and sometimes the kids pull my glasses off my face, either way, they end up falling on the ground a lot, and even soft landings seem to scratch the frames. I only really care when they're new, but it would be nice if they stayed new looking a little longer.

  • Warby Parker continues to be a great resource for good looking and affordable eyewear. They have fantastic customer service and quickly replaced a pair of glasses that I didn’t feel were up to quality. The ones I’ve gotten since have all been high quality and very cute!

  • I was in the market for new sunglasses when someone told me to check out Warby Parker. The store was nearby so I went and I left with a great new pair of shades. I can attest that the selection and quality of the sunglasses are great and they are a good price point for the quality too.

  • Nice looking frames, stylish and affordable. Lenses scratch easily.

  • I love Warby Parker! The home try-on remains one of my favorite ways to shop for glasses, but I’m so thrilled they’ve expanded the number of storefronts they have because I also love stopping in store. Their frames are affordable, high-quality, and super stylish. I never buy glasses at the optometrist anymore because it’s just so much better for me to go to Warby Parker.

Expanding the number of frames available in a home try-on would be awesome for those who don’t live in markets with a local store

  • The glasses selection is both amazing-- and affordable.

The eye exam is a bit basic-- maybe expand the eye exam offering.

  • The process of finding frames and trying them on was amazing! It was low stress and enjoyable. However, the frames felt a bit cheap and none fit quite right on me, so I didn't purchase any that I tried. It also seemed a bit wasteful to have them shipped to me just for a try in and then ship them back. Interesting idea but ended up being easier for me to shop local and try on in person for instant gratification, more variety, and less waste.

  • Good quality. Great prices. Try on process is really good.

The new styles seem to have gone a bit stale.

  • I've been getting my glasses from my optometrist for years and it's just not worth the price anymore. Warby Parker is that solution. I got a pair of large round glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker for the price of one pair from my optometrist. They are stylish and high quality.

The rubber material around the nose bridge wears down easily.

  • I love that Warby Parker has their try-on delivery feature and it made me choose my first couple pairs of glasses with them very easy. Their stores are also overall inviting and helpful.

With Zenni and similar online glasses stores doing digital try-on's, WP can probably start a similar system.

  • I've worn Warby Parker for 3+ years now and don't find myself looking at other eyewear brands. The affordable price point and variety of styles are hard to pass up. The return process is super flexible which is an underrated feature when buying pricier items.

Really haven't had a negative experience yet.

  • I really enjoy my reading glasses from here and the customer service in store is great. Recently, I have struggled to find a design that I like, which is disappointing given the large number of styles they have. Overall very affordable as well.

  • I have had 2 pairs of sunglasses from Warby Parker. I found them to be okay, but not as high of quality as I would have hoped. I think there are a lot of fun styles, but they are just not quite right for me. I've also noticed that for Asian faces, the nose piece isn't comfortable and they slide down. My brother had the same issue. I might give it another go if I find a pair in a style/fit that I like :)

    Feedback

Nose pieces that fit better on east Asian faces. Better quality or warranty.

  • Warby Parker makes it phenomenally easy to find a pair of affordable glasses. Their customer service team is the best and whether you're shopping in-store or online, they make it effortless.

The only thing I think that Warby has going against it is the limited selection of styles. I loved every aspect of the shopping experience, but ended up not finding a pair of glasses that I loved.

  • Love my glasses from Warby Parker! I have a couple pairs that I have gotten over the years. I have a relatively easy prescription so making my glasses is not as difficult compared to others with stronger prescriptions. I enjoy the home try-on's and in person the store is very clean and the associates are extremely helpful. I have had my eyes examined at the store and it was a good experience as well.

  • Really high quality frames and helpful tools to find the best frames for your face shape.

  • I love Warby. I wear a pair of their sunglasses daily. I used to have a pair of eyeglasses, but got lasik and didn't need them anymore. Since I still want to have eyeglasses fun, I recently went in and purchased a pair of blue light blocking glasses. All you need to know: really fantastic frame styles, solid quality, reasonable prices, and great customer service.

  • Extremely user-friendly experience. Easy to order frames to try on and Warby Parker will reach out to your provider to get your prescription. Glasses are really cute and there are tons of options. Very affordable as well!
