Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

I love the quirky feel in their stores, buying experience, and styles they offer. I was looking for a pair of clear eyeglasses that fit my face well and found the perfect pair at Warby Parker.
Feedback
The Warby Parker case I received with my eyeglasses got distorted very quickly. Now, whenever I throw my glasses into my bag, the case doesn't keep its structure and the glasses fall out (which defeats the whole purpose of a case to protect the lenses).
Lovely shop, cool styles, not too expensive. Confession - I dont have a prescription; I just got classes because I liked the style.
Great fan of the brand, the customer service is just wow, designs as great & modern. Affordable brand. If you do not have a prescription they have someone on site to help you. My husband did a scratch on his glasses and we had a complete new pair for free... wow. We just wanted to replace the lenses. Prescription is in their data base. So much easier than before.

Maybe more glasses for narrow/petite faces.

I love convenience and Warby Parker is ultimately very convenient. I honestly never loved the frames or brands that are so prevalent at regular eyeglass / optometrist shops and offices. I was always sacrificing something just to get in, get a frame and get out. Warby Parker frames are pretty innocuous, I love that they don't have a big branding element on them because I don't want to walk around wearing a billboard. I tried their eye doctor appointment service last time and it was simple and efficient. Time to get the frames and prescriptions cut and sent to me was reasonably quick. And that I could do so much online in the process was awesome. I own a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses, I use the sunglasses playing beach volleyball so they've been beat up a bit but they're still chugging along. I do find these glasses easier to scratch than some previous glasses, and they shoot off glare more I think than older glasses but it's a small price to pay for ease of use and understated styling. Would definitely recommend.
Found these eyeglasses to be much more stylish and easy to buy at price point. Now own 3 pairs with various color and styles. Love them and only eyeglasses I own.

They do need to be fitted a bit but I did that at the store in Boston (they do the tightening/bending in just a few minutes). Wonderful service and cool stores
I've owned 3 pairs of glasses from Warby Parker and my husband has a pair of their sunglasses. Though I've since upgraded to a non-WP brand, they're still certainly a go-to for trying new frame styles with a lot of variety of options at a reasonable price point. I enjoy the overall store experiences and the staff are always super friendly.

I do find that many of their styles aren't as fitting on softer/lower nose bridges, so I wish they had more options in that category.

Have bought tons of glasses from Warby, love the innovation in new service offerings to support the glasses.

My go-to for any glasses and sunglasses. A mix of classic and of-the-moment styles. Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service, good quality products. I probably have a minimum of 5 pairs of Warbys in rotation at all times.

The only thing I wish Warby did was sports-proof sunglasses, that are lighter frames and better grip for things like running, hiking, etc.
I have loved seeing this brand expand over the years. I started using WP because I was not making a ton of money and could barely afford a trip to the eye doctor let alone frames. Now I keep about 5 frames of theirs on rotation because I am constantly losing my glasses or setting them down and forgetting where they are. Their app has gotten super cool with trying on frames virtually, but they also still have their program where they'll send you 5 pairs of frames to try on at home. I still do this sometimes, but mostly know which ones will work for me. My only qualm is that I have found their lenses scratch really, really easily so I end up throwing them away when they get too scratched. but for $95-$145 a pair, it's not really a big deal.

lenses that don't scratch

I have had glasses / contacts my entire life. I don't think I've ever paid less than $300 for a pair of glasses. I walked into a Warby Parker store and saw the prices of $95, and assumed that was just for the frames. When I checked out and that included the lenses too, my jaw dropped. And the frames look great too! Truly an industry-changing company.
I had LASIK 15 years ago, so I was already pretty pissed I needed to get glasses to help me see things like for movies, theater, comedy shows - you know, the important stuff. I went into a physical store versus trying on at home, even though that app feature is super fun. I was in the store much longer than I would have liked, not because I couldn't find something flattering, but because I found too many! You can be every type of cool, artsy, mysterious or studious person you want to be in Warby Parker - I just found it difficult to pick one and maybe that is more of a me issue.
i love there frames. i always pick it up from this brand and receive complements on them every singe time. i do not want to break the bank to have stylish frames and warby parker gives quality, functionality and value.
I have had so many glasses from here (because they have great shapes + prices) but I feel like Warby glasses scratch and get dirty way more easily than other brands...trying to switch from Warby soon.
Warby Parker's glasses are such great quality and I love all of their fun frames. They have options for everyone regarding frame shape and color, which is something that is super important for an eyewear brand.

Normally I have gone to expensive eyeglasses places that also had an optometrist. I went to want Parker as a way to get a stylish pair for low cost. I got my glasses and had a great experience.
There’s two things I love about WP: 1. Fixed price eye exams, they were so nice when I went in and it was a super seamless experience. 2. You can trial your eye glasses before committing even with prescription glasses! This came in handy when I impulsively bought a pare of reading glasses that didn’t fit my style.

Love this brand - the glasses are very luxurious, well made and the glass cases are nice as well. Plenty of variety for everyone to find something that best suits them.
my fiance has purchased several pairs of glasses and sunglasses and they are amazing quality
It fits so well!!
I’ve been using warby Parker for around 6 years. My only complaint is I wish they made more options for smaller faces. There customer service has always been good with returns.
