  • All my recent pairs of glasses have been warby. I enjoyed being able to try before buying from my house without even having to go to the store. Good quality and reasonable pricing.

  • As a life-long wearer of glasses, when WP hit the scene, I was so excited. This was significantly cheaper than traditional means as I would normally pay $400+ for one pair. I own maybe 2-3 pairs from WP, which cost in the range of $200+ because I have astigmatism. So in this highly competitive market, they have no longer been my first choice as there are other DTC companies that offer similar styles at a significantly cheaper price (~$100) which allows me to buy multiple pairs. I do realize that I lose the ability to try them in IRL, as I live near several locations, but the price difference is so significant that a generous return policy from the other companies keep me coming back. Also, their low bridge selection is not as robust as others.

  • They make getting an eye appt super easy, which I love, so 5/5 there. However, the glasses smudge like nobody's business. I don't touch the lens and somehow they smudge after 5 to 10 mins of me cleaning them.

  • I have prescription sunglasses from Warby Parker, and I really like them! I get compliments on my sunglasses often. I think I picked a good pair that is (hopefully) timeless and I won't get tired of. They are also relatively inexpensive, and it is nice that there are plenty of stores nearby, so I can stop and get them adjusted as needed.

  • I ordered some sunglasses from this website and was fairly pleased with the quality of the sunglasses. I ended up returning them due to the price. If the price was a little more affordable, I would've definitely kept them

  • Love the variety and quality of the glasses. Easy process to get prescription uploaded and approved. Sleek, minimalist packaging.

  • I used to spend a fortune on glasses from the optometrist. The choices were narrow and expensive. When I found Warby Parker, I never went back! I saved hundreds of dollars and got pairs I actually liked with their try on kit. Thankfully, a retail location opened near me so I can take advantage of trying on in-store to streamline the process. I can also get free adjustments and got a replacement nose pad when one cracked. I love it! Even though WP isn't in my insurance network, I still get a partial refund with an out-of-network form and use my HSA funds. Highly recommend!

  • I’ve been a Warby fan since I bought my first pair of glasses there in 2015! The customer service remains top notch both online and in-store, and they continue to evolve their glasses styles with the latest trends (though I have wanted a few more non-acetate options in recent years). To speak to the quality of their glasses, I still have the pair of polarized Downing sunglasses I bought in 2016 and wear them often! There are a few slight scratches on the lenses so I was looking to replace them last year, but the new Downing sunglasses have a slightly different shape that I don’t love as much and Warby doesn’t replace lenses on old frames. That said, I just purchased a new pair and am happy with them! I trust the quality of this new pair will last me a long time as well.

  • Easy to try on, and get fitted in store as well. Love that they'll adjust your frame at any store if you walk in!

  • Love that I can go into a store, try on new pairs, and even update my prescription with them! It's great having the in-store experience of an employee really giving you their opinion. I need that, as a shopaholic. My only gripe is that I wish they would buy back old warby parker frames. I have frames that I've purchased from them with old prescriptions... It would be great if they actually helped me keep wearing them by replacing the lenses, but they don't even take the frames back for any kind of recycling service. Bummer!

  • My husband has a pair and the process of ordering was so smooth. They sent him a few to try on and shipping the styles back was easy and free.

  • Warby parker is my new place for eyewear. I simply love the styles and customer service every year, The eye exam and wait times are great and you can schedule an appointment ahead. I came across a new shop in my marina center and decided to take a look, I was impressed with the quality, I go here yearly for my new glasses and always refer them to friends.

  • SOOOO stylish. There is a location in my city. I love the customer experience. So many options to pick from. A brand where I am able to add to my own personal style.
