Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Warby has made buying glasses so stupid easy. I don’t have to see an individual eye doctor and then retailer anymore— they actually have really great professional optometrists in house that can give you a prescription. Then all you have to do is walk into the shop, find frames you like, and bring ‘em to the counter! I’ve been to multiple locations throughout my city and state and each assistant has been amazing with finding a good fit for me. The website is super easy to navigate with lots of great features, such as virtual try-on. Warby offers really cute frames in resin, metal, combination materials and more. They also do sunglasses! Everything is one smooth, fluid process. They’ll also refit your glasses for free anytime you go in store, which is a big plus for me.

  • I like the variety of frames at an approachable cost and the ability to try them on at home. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help. You are also now able to get your eyes examined at Warby, which is convenient.

  • Love love love love my blue light glasses from warby. My only qualm is that they were really expensive but I can definitely tell the difference between when I wear them or not. If they weren’t so expensive I would have multiple pairs! I like the variety in styles they have and while working from home it’s one of the only ways to change up my outfits or express my style.

    BOGO or something.

  • Great style. Great variety. Great pricing! Ps. My gf looks adorable in them! The sells reps are a little too helpful, but then again, I’m also a grouch! Silverlake and Pasadena are our go to locations! Miss the one in the Arts District!

  • I’ve been getting glasses from Warby Parker for years now. Have loved every pair I’ve owned. With a really strong prescription it can cost hundreds of dollars at the Eye Dr even after insurance. WP finally made it affordable so I can even get a few pairs to switch between. I also finally got a pair of prescription sunglasses! Love their home try on service, customer service, website/app experience and modern styles.

  • I used to be a big Warby Parker fan. The brand has aged a bit over time, and the market caught up. The most recent pair I purchased don't reliably sit on my nose and aren't the most comfortable. Six years ago, I would've said it was the only place to get such Brooklyn-friendly designs without breaking the bank. Now I'm not sure I would buy again.

My latest pair of glasses are just not very comfortable, unfortunately.

  • I have worn Warby Parker glasses for years, and have not a single complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to choose five pairs at a time to have shipped to my home to try on. The case provided is also of good quality.

  • I’ve had two different pairs of Warby Parker glasses now. I like that I’m able to return them if they’re uncomfortable or don’t fit (I’ve had to do that before) and it was no hassle. I was please with the Philadelphia store associate who helped me last year. They were super honest about what looked best on me, and directed me to narrower frames to fit my face properly. The Felix frames are great!

  • I've had at least 6-7 pairs of Warby Parker glasses and sunglasses total over the last several years. They're high quality with great frame options. I've used the option to have the lenses replaced within the first year due to scratches twice. Their website is easy to navigate, store employees are super helpful and the FSA/HSA reimbursement process is extremely easy, which is a huge perk compared to other companies. Every time I need eyewear I look to Warby Parker first.

  • Warby Parker is a total eyewear game-changer! Their stylish frames, affordable prices, and home try-on options make finding the perfect pair a breeze. Plus, their buy-a-pair, give-a-pair mission adds an extra layer of feel-good to your look.

  • I wore Warby Parkers for 5+ years. They were there when I gave birth to my first and second kids ( although they were different styles.) I love the affordability, especially for the high-index lens. Plus the frames are super trendy. They are also super nice and friendly when you go to the store - I need frames for low bridges and they were cool with me trying the frames before making a purchase.

I would like to see more options available for low nose bridges.

  • I really love this brand. The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. They will help pick your best fit! The price is honestly unbeatable. My visions are quite bad so even with insurance through other glass seller, this one still come out much cheaper (I’m talking $200 vs $890 - like who charge this much?!)

I think the staff could be more front and center and just tell me “oh those don’t look good on you, try this” rather than “everything look so good on you” haha…

  • I have been using Warby Parker for over 6 years! They are my go-to for eyeglasses. I love my pair and wear them every day. They make it so easy to try on different styles at home so you can feel confident in your decision before you purchase. The try-on at home feature was a huge value for me. I introduced the brand to my mom and she loves her pair as well. Great quality and affordable prices. Highly recommend!

A wider selection of frames that suit wider faces.

  • I really love my Warby Parker glasses. I get so many compliments every time I wear them, and I was happy that they had anti-fatigue lenses. They had a really good range of styles and sizes, and some really fun takes on the classic tortoiseshell pattern. My biggest issue was that they sent me four emails to confirm that was my order was indeed what I said on the website. Only one of those emails actually asked for information I hadn’t already given, and the other three were all about confirming separate parts of my order. I appreciate the thoroughness, but please god put it all in one email!!

  • When it comes to eyeglasses, I exclusively buy from Warby Parker. They are unmatched when it comes to style, ease of use, and selection.

  • Really affordable compared to other in-person optical stores. Employees are helpful and personable. While the lense replacement policy has changed from previous years, I would still suggest them as they are one of the few online retailers to be successful with brick and mortar locations which are great for adjustments.

    Works for Warby Parker
  • Orby Parker is the eyeglass brand of the future. From their virtual try on options to her at home free trial eyeglass kits to the modern elegance of their frames, they have it all. I never would have tried my current glasses on without going in the store and I just don’t have time to get out so they’re at HomeKit helped me find a new look quickly, adorably and affordable-y!

    Friends with Warby Parker
  • I've been a fan of Warby Parker for years. I love everything about this company especially that the glasses are still affordable without insurance.

  • Had an amazing experience at one of the Washington DC stores. I tried on as many I liked and they saved them to my profile so that I could purchase them at a later date. A few of the frames I ordered in colors they didn’t have on site so I ended up returning them afterwards , but the process was seamless. I’ve had my pairs for about six months and I need an adjustment, but other than that they have been very durable.

  • I decided to give Warby Parker a whirl with their Pearled Tortoise glasses—cute as a button and oh-so-minimalistic. For a while, they were glued to my face (not literally, thankfully). But then I found myself eyeing frames that were a bit sturdier, with thicker rims and a variety of shapes. Think bigger, chunkier, and more face-framing—like the statement pieces that make you feel like a fashion icon incognito. If minimalistic chic is your speed, these glasses are perfect for you. Lightweight and stylish without trying too hard. But if you're craving something with a bit more oomph, you might find their selection a tad...minimal. That said, they were amazing for the price and a fantastic starting point to figure out what I actually wanted in a frame. So, if you're just dipping your toes into the world of eyewear fashion (or, you know, need to see), Warby Parker is a solid place to start!
