Verb Products earns polarized reviews: many praise the Ghost line—especially Ghost Oil, shampoo, conditioner, and mask—for weightless smoothing, cleaner-feeling hair, and a fresh scent, while others report drying formulas, weak conditioners, heavy or greasy feel on certain hair types, and inconsistent or chemical-leaning fragrance. Overall, the brand works well for fine or wavy hair seeking light, clean performance, but hold in Curl Foaming Gel is fleeting and Hydrate or color-care shampoos can feel heavy, thin in texture, or even trigger tangling and shedding for some.

i've tried the hydrating shampoo and conditioner, curl shampoo and conditioner, ghost oil, clarifying shampoo, and hydrating mask. my hair is thick, coarse, and straight and i wash it daily. curl conditioner has been my favorite by far. hg product. it makes my hair so soft and reduces frizz. i can't tell if the formula has changed recently though, it seems watered down? i'm continuing to rebuy it until i notice a stronger difference. my least favorite is the reset (clarifying) shampoo. it has the texture of honey so it's sticky and difficult to apply. it's effective but i much prefer a different shampoo with a better texture. the ghost oil and hydrating line are both very good, imo! the oil adds great shine and softness to hair, and the hydrating line kept my hair healthy despite washing daily.

I do notice a difference in my hair when I use these products. I probably won't reach for them first, but would recommend someone trying them to see if they mesh well with your hair type.

I love the ghost oil. It’s lightweight and just so amazing!
The Ghost product line is fantastic! I have also used volumizing and conditioning products from Verb and they make my hair look and feel great!
LOVE Verb shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for over a year now and I do feel like my hair is in better condition vs when I was using drug store products (Suave). I don't have to use a ton of the shampoo and find that it does make my hair feel nice and clean. The conditioner doesn't make my hair feel as silky/soft as some drug store products do, but I do like the weightless feeling of it.

I had really high hopes for this product as it sounded like it would be a good fit for my type of hair but unfortunately it did not deliver! I tried the curl shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks and did not notice a positive impact. It made my curls dry and frizzy which made it hard to style. Overall, my experience was not great.
Not worth the price tag. The smell is more pleasant than mosts but the results aren’t as high quality as Davines or Kevin
i was a skeptic. i really was. but i’ve tried the glossy conditioner, glossy heat protectant, volume spray, texture spray, and ghost oil, and Verb is now my new favorite hair care brand. basically everything is $20 which is lovely, as i hate trying to remember different prices of high end hair products (the math stresses me out lol). the smell is clean and not overpowering at all, so if youre sensitive to that you dont have to worry! tip: use the ghost oil on damp hair BEFORE blowing it dry. i used it only on dry hair before and didn’t see the hype, but now i understand. it makes my hair so shiny and soft!!

I love love love the ghost shampoo and conditioner. Currently trying to use up what's in my shower so I can repurchase. Smells delicious, works great on my hair (thick, medium length, slight wave, slightly oily).
Good company and good products for some people but was not a match for my hair. At least not the original type. Maybe some of the other shampoo is better. I will say I love their hair oil.
Stand by the Ghost shampoo/conditioner being the best option for frequent fine hair washing. I also love that you can buy in bulk for less frequent replacements. My only qualm is that I do feel like after a few months my hair starts to feel heavy (?) but that might be on me for needing a good scalp/pH rebalance.

love ghost prep!
I have very fine, thin hair it is similar to a young child's hair in texture. I purchased the ghost shampoo and the ghost conditioner and instead of being gentle with my hair like promised my hair was dry and straw like from this product. I also hated the smell. I gave it three stars though because I gave these products to my younger sister who has a massive mane of thick hair and she loves them.
Great product that is reasonably priced. It does make your hair look good. I love dry shampoo the most. It helps maintain my hair, especially in the morning. Love it.
The Ghost Oil has been one of my go to's for years. It feels a bit more like a serum, and does have silicone, so make sure you are clarifying! But it definitely does it's job in adding shine, eliminating frizziness, and I think even extending the life of my wash and go. I'm also really enjoying the new foaming gel, which has a medium hold, and no crunch!

What can I say--the Hydrating Mask is amazing! You don't need much, and it hydrates my hair in the wintertime so I don't walk around feeling like I have straw growing out of my head.
I LOVE the Ghost product line! I use the shampoo, conditioner, and oil. I have fine, color treated hair. The products do not weigh down my hair or quickly fade my color. They have a great scent and makes my hair feel fresh and weightless. I have tried the Ghost Hair Mask and it worked well but was not so impressed to purchase again.

I live and die by their weightless ghost shampoo and conditioner. Gone through one set of big bottles from Sephora and currently on my second. Don’t like using anything else for my hair.

I was using the hydrating shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment mask, and leave-in conditioner spray. I was using the products for about a year. I have a theory it’s why I lost quite a bit of hair last year. My hair is still very thick but since I stopped using it I’m not losing so much hair. I didn’t love the leave-in conditioner though, I feel like it didn’t do its job. I’m sad that I felt like I was losing hair from this product because otherwise it made my hair soft, no film texture or oily, and my hair looked healthy so it was odd.

The packaging needs improved for sure. The pumps on the bottles never work, I usually have to unscrew the bottle to actually get the material out. Also remove whatever ingredient I’m pretty sure is causing hair loss, lol.
