  • Flavor variety, including seasonal releases
  • Artificial sweetener aftertaste
  • Overly hard, dense texture
  • Puffed rings stick to teeth
  • Synthetic-tasting honey flavor

Three Wishes Cereal earns mixed reviews: it satisfies many seeking gluten- and grain-free, high‑protein, low‑sugar cereal with clean, minimal ingredients and standout flavors like Cinnamon, Fruity, Chocolate, and Marshmallow, but others find artificial sweetener aftertaste, honey flavor that tastes synthetic, and a hard, sometimes stale or puffed texture that can get soggy or stick to teeth. Reviews affirm it works as a healthier alternative that keeps some eaters full and versatile over yogurt or as snacks, yet complaints about overly crunchy rings, cardboard-like mouthfeel, and muted or chemical-tasting flavors temper enthusiasm.

  • I like that the Three Wishes Cereal is plant-based and has other health benefits, such as being high in protein. I tried the cinnamon flavor and found it was ok but a bit more bland than other protein cereal options in my opinion.

  • Reviewing the Honey flavour: I don’t like the artificial sweetness, which doesn’t really taste like honey. Other reviews mention alternatives, and I also prefer the taste of other brands like Off Limits. Also not a fan of the crunch and texture, which is a bit more “puffed”. I appreciate the vision of the brand, being a healthy alternative, but I will probably try other brands before going back to Three Wishes.

  • This review is for the grain free granola bar (peanut butter chocolate flavor). I haven't tried the cereal, I was always a bit deterred by the reviews and the price. Plus, I'm not a huge cereal person. These were good, solid granola bars. There wasn't a weird aftertaste (as I read about with the cereal) and the extra protein was fantastic. Overall, I'd recommend.

  • I really like the Three Wishes grain free granola bar a lot! My stomach is super sensitive. My diet is pretty boring at times due to autoimmune issues so I’m kind of limited on certain things that I can eat. This is something that makes a perfect snack with zero repercussions. I like the texture, the ingredients, & the taste! I would definitely recommend. Especially for those on the AIP diet. I’d love to find some more, but have come across chocolate peanut butter in my local store so will look online. I’d recommend. It’s better than eating an unhealthy candy bar! My pictures aren’t interesting, because I just sat in bed eating my last one waiting on a potential Aurora Borealis. Might need a case of these tonight! 🤣

  • I am a big cereal fan as a kid and adult. Finding cereals with minimal and real ingredients can be a journey. I much rather have everything I eat be organic, but I make exceptions. I have ate three wishes many times and have enjoyed each flavor. I like when new flavors come out. They have only a few ings. in each box; hope for organic protein in their cereal one day.

  • Three wishes granolas and cereals are really tasty! I got 2 of each in different varieties when I found a BOGO sale. The fruity cereal is really good! It's so crunchy! I love that it has extra protein in it. I also really like the cinnamon cereal. Both varieties of granola are very yummy, I snack on them by the handful or put them on top of yogurt.

  • Sometimes you just want traditional, good old cereal. No need for high protein or crazy marcos. I feel like Three Wishes nails this. It's good feel, nostalgic and simply great cereal. A bit expensive, but premium ingredients and perfectly crunchy texture are worth it!

  • Love the simple ingredients, the low sugar, and the protein. I can eat "junky" cereal without feeling bad about it. Fruity tastes exactly like fruit loops and is my favorite. Love that they are high in fiber too all around just a great cereal and great brand.

  • BIG fan of Three Wishes! I typically purchase from Whole Foods. Very guilt free cereal option if you like to snack. Great with milk or to just eat as a treat. My favorite is the fruity - tastes JUST like fruit loops! Vanilla frosted is great too. Highly recommend! Crispy, crunchy, and just sweet enough :)

  • I love Three Wishes so much, it made me feel good to be able to eat cereal again. Not only is it delicious, but the macros and ingredients are perfect. I've seen some people comment on an aftertaste, but its barely there to me. I've tried the Fruity, Unsweetened, Cinnamon, but in my opinion, their limited edition Marshmallow flavor is the best one. It's real easy for me to finish a box, I usually eat it without milk as a snack. Packaging is really cute too.

  • So good! Cereals in the US are usually so packed with sugar it's gross. This one isn't and actually tastes good! They're also such cute boxes and pair well with nut milks.

  • If you have a sweet tooth this is not for you. I prefer Magic Spoon cereal to this.

  • Super tasty alternative to sugary cereals. While a bit pricey, three wishes blows other alternative out of the water. (Yup, over 10x better than magic spoon) No aftertaste, and flavors enjoyed by the whole family.

  • Since I moved to NY I've been intolerant to almost everything ... especially gluten and lactose (when I travel back to France I can eat gluten without any issue but here... its another story). I love having cereals for dinner (yes i know it's strange), and breakfast also (of course) and this cereal brand is GAME CHANGER for any person with Gluten intolerance, trying to lower sugar consumption and try to keep the cereals as tasty as Kellogs cereal >> GO FOR IT!

  • I think this is a nice addition to the low-sugar healthier cereal addition we've been seeing on the grocery shelves! The frosted is by far my favorite. The taste isn't too sweet and doesn't give me a sugar high and impending sugar crash.

I'd like to see more flavors!

  • I love this stuff. Let's be real--this isn't Froot Loops or Frosted Flakes. However, it's absolutely a good-for-you cereal with high protein and fiber. In my opinion, the winner here is the super minimal ingredients list (mainly chickpeas!). The crunch on this cereal is unreal, surpassing many regular cereals in that department. I've tried the frosted, fruity, and honey--frosted is definitely my favorite.

  • I got the chocolate cereal and it is pretty good. It tastes a little fake sugary which I don't love and the o's are a bit hard, but I enjoyed.

  • My favorite of the health cereals. Good flavors, not too too sweet!

  • I really liked these - the nutrition facts were great and the taste was perfect with yoghurt.
