They say good things come in threes...as luck would have it, so did we - and then we had Jonah and things got even sweeter. Our family wished for a cereal that everyone in the house could love. Imagine a tasty cereal that's a good source of protein and is made with wholesome ingredients. Until now, most cereals have been made from grains. We had a different vision - one that uses nutrient-rich, plant-based ingredients. Although it took a little more than just wishing, the cereal of our dreams is here.

Great cereal! They have nice variety in flavors. The honey flavor is so delicious! The ingredients are simple and I enjoy the grain free aspect. 

The seasonal flavors are fun, too! Who can say no to Sugar Cookie cereal during the holidays?! The cereals aren't too sweet, but they're certainly not bland, I feel like they've struck a happy medium. 

The texture is wonderful. Not rock solid and they hold up well when milk is added  - no mushy cereal here! 

My kids love it, I love it, I will continue to purchase! If you're "wishing" for some great cereal, try it! 😉 

I love the concept of a more nutritious cereal + I love the minimal ingredients! I try to eat a low FODMAP diet due to gut issues, and the chickpea in this was surprisingly safe.

So good! Cereals in the US are usually so packed with sugar it's gross. This one isn't and actually tastes good! They're also such cute boxes and pair well with nut milks. 

I really liked these - the nutrition facts were great and the taste was perfect with yoghurt.

I love this stuff. Let's be real--this isn't Froot Loops or Frosted Flakes. However, it's absolutely a good-for-you cereal with high protein and fiber. In my opinion, the winner here is the super minimal ingredients list (mainly chickpeas!). The crunch on this cereal is unreal, surpassing many regular cereals in that department.

I've tried the frosted, fruity, and honey--frosted is definitely my favorite.

Tastes extremely good with or without milk. I tried the honey flavor and loved it. Ingredients are great as well.

My favorite of the health cereals. Good flavors, not too too sweet! 

I'm a fan of these high protein, low sugar cereals. Definitely have a little bit of an interesting aftertaste (I think it's likely the monk fruit extract) but as a late night, low calorie snack, this is definitely a good option. My roommate's cupboard is always stocked full of Three Wishes, so whenever he's making a bowl I always steal a little.

I think this is a nice addition to the low-sugar healthier cereal addition we've been seeing on the grocery shelves! The frosted is by far my favorite. The taste isn't too sweet and doesn't give me a sugar high and impending sugar crash.

Since I moved to NY I've been intolerant to almost everything ... especially gluten and lactose (when I travel back to France I can eat gluten without any issue but here... its another story). I love having cereals for dinner (yes i know it's strange), and breakfast also (of course) and this cereal brand is GAME CHANGER for any person with Gluten intolerance, trying to lower sugar consumption and try to keep the cereals as tasty as Kellogs cereal >> GO FOR IT! 
 

I love that this is a high-protein vegan cereal with overall good macros, the space has been missing options. Some flavors are better than others and I wouldn't eat too much because it could lead to an upset stomach, but that's true to a lot of food. I like it as a snack. 

BIG fan of Three Wishes! I typically purchase from Whole Foods. Very guilt free cereal option if you like to snack. Great with milk or to just eat as a treat. My favorite is the fruity - tastes JUST like fruit loops! Vanilla frosted is great too. Highly recommend! Crispy, crunchy, and just sweet enough :) 

Super tasty alternative to sugary cereals. While a bit pricey, three wishes blows other alternative out of the water. (Yup, over 10x better than magic spoon) No aftertaste, and flavors enjoyed by the whole family.

This is my favorite cereal! 

I don’t love super sweet things and tried magic spoon recently. While the nutrition was impressive, it left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. I wanted a cereal with real sugar (albeit not a lot) and clean ingredients. I also wanted it to not be as expensive as magic spoon. I guess you could say those were my three wishes??

Anyway, this meets every requirement and is now always stocked in our house. I love it as a mid-morning post workout snack.

I got the chocolate cereal and it is pretty good. It tastes a little fake sugary which I don't love and the o's are a bit hard, but I enjoyed.

If you have a sweet tooth this is not for you. I prefer Magic Spoon cereal to this.
