I used the rescue, dream, and active patches. The one that I felt the biggest difference from was the dream patch which helped me have a good night’s sleep. The price point makes it hard to justify, though. $12 for a 4 pack is pretty steep. Based on that alone, I’d hesitate to recommend these. I’d say they’re worth trying and are at least an interesting concept if you have some cash to spare but not the most economical buy.

I tried the brighten up eye patches and loved them! First of all, the packaging is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They’re individually wrapped and super convenient for travel and keeping fresh for use one at a time. The actual gel under eye patches are such a fun, crazy purple color and feel very cooling. You can leave them on for varying periods of time. I left them on for about 20 minutes and was surprised how much they did open up my under eye area and make me look more awake. The only thing I would change would be somehow to make them stick a little better and not rip as easily when handling them. I probably would have kept them on for longer if that was improved a bit.

I love the "Think" patch and the "B12" patch! I use them every day! I highly recommend the brand!

My partner gifted these to me. I wish I knew more about the science but I think they work?! Or my brain tells me so 🥲
I tried several of the patches, placed where instructed and derived zero benefit from any of them. Hopefully, other people have better luck. Also hopefully, this is not a scam.
Wearable vitamins are an incredible life hack. I love the category and use case and think The Good Patch does a great job with their branding to help push them forward
I've tried the Rescue patch and the Nite Nite patch. The Rescue patch didn't seem to have to any noticeable effect, but again, products like these make it hard to pinpoint any changes, both real and placebo. As for the Nite Nite patch, I've tried wearing it 4 times. I can say that I had a restful sleep on all 4 of the nights which I wore the patch. I didn't wake in the middle of the night, and I usually do. I love the idea of a wearable patch -- however, at the current price point, I can't see myself purchasing The Good Patch frequently, especially when there's no way to measure their direct, empirical effects.
The rescue patch is my holy grail going-out staple. My friends and I picked up a few on a whim at their showfields pop-up way back when. Was a bit skeptical, but the only ones not dying after a weekend clubbing were the ones with the patches. I’ve tried their other patches but they were honestly forgettable. The effects were quite negligible.

The adhesive could be a tad stronger.
Unfortunatly none of the patches I bought seemed to have any effect on myself. My neighbor loves them though so it really depends. Packaging is very pretty and love the solution to have patches though.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THE GOOD PATCH!!!
I find the patches addictive- I especially love the patches with CBD and the "Soothe" patch. The Soothe path is meant to temporary help alleviate pain- it has a heating sensation that I find helpful on my shoulder and back.

Less "sticker" residue

I absolutely love this shit. I use the "Dream" patch nightly and it helps me sleep well with no grogginess the next day. I use the "B12 Awake" in the afternoons for a pick me up. A++

I've used the nite nite and the cycle patches. The nite nite patch was amazing, my sleep was better and I liked the addition of valerian root. I would definitely purchase again for travel, the patches are very convenient. Also a good option if you're dealing with digestive issues and don't like to/are unable to take supplements in pill form. I didn't notice as much of a difference with the cycle patch, it helped some but I don't know if I would buy it again. I have really bad cramps because of my endometriosis so that may be why. If your cramps aren't as bad, it could be worthwhile.

More 1 patch packs! I saw the B12/Awake patch for sale at Target as an individual item for $3.49 and that price point is much more appealing vs spending $12 for a pack of four when you aren't sure they'll work. I would also be interested in a more sustainable option such as compostable patches. While these patches are great, it's hard to justify using them on a regular basis because you end up throwing everything away.

I use the Awake B-12 patches daily. They’re great for providing extra energy throughout the day.
