  • I've used the nite nite and the cycle patches. The nite nite patch was amazing, my sleep was better and I liked the addition of valerian root. I would definitely purchase again for travel, the patches are very convenient. Also a good option if you're dealing with digestive issues and don't like to/are unable to take supplements in pill form. I didn't notice as much of a difference with the cycle patch, it helped some but I don't know if I would buy it again. I have really bad cramps because of my endometriosis so that may be why. If your cramps aren't as bad, it could be worthwhile.

More 1 patch packs! I saw the B12/Awake patch for sale at Target as an individual item for $3.49 and that price point is much more appealing vs spending $12 for a pack of four when you aren't sure they'll work. I would also be interested in a more sustainable option such as compostable patches. While these patches are great, it's hard to justify using them on a regular basis because you end up throwing everything away.

  • I use the Awake B-12 patches daily. They’re great for providing extra energy throughout the day.
