Reviews mention

  • Creamy, smooth mouthfeel milk
  • Elegant, eye-catching packaging
  • Distinct, pistachio-forward flavor
  • Foams well for iced lattes
  • Curdles in hot espresso drinks
  • Occasionally thin, watery texture
  • Vanilla flavor overly sweet
  • Subtle pistachio taste sometimes

Táche earns strong reviews for creamy, pistachio-forward pistachio milk that shines in matcha, iced coffee, smoothies, and cereal, with many praising its smooth texture, beautiful packaging, and lack of added oils—so yes, the brand is good and often works as advertised. However, reviews also flag inconsistent performance in hot espresso (curdling or flavor shift), occasional watery texture, overly sweet vanilla for some, and persistent complaints about price and limited store availability.

  • The product separates in coffee due to the lack of stabilizers. The product has a really great conception-- pistachio is an incredible flavor but due to the lack of stabilizers (food gum) the product falls apart in coffee.

    Feedback

    Price. And stabilizing the product.

  • This milk is so delicious. I love the taste of it. It works great in coffee, although you do kind of have to stir it all up to undo some separation.

It's just so expensive! I don't think I can justify paying full price for this on a regular basis. Maybe as a special treat!

  • Pistachio milk is delicious! I've only tried the vanilla flavor, but I was surprised as how it almost tasted caramelized (in the best way). I don't drink coffee, but this was so good in my matcha latte and lovely in earl grey. I generally drink oat milk, but this is a great substitute, similar creamy texture and makes very nice foam! I was also surprised that even with sugar added, the amount of carbs was actually pretty low. There was just a hint of sweetness that was perfect!

    Feedback

For the amount you get it is a bit pricey. I'll probably stick to oat milk for day-to-day, but when I want something a little special, this will be my go-to alternate.

  • Love the vanilla-- I've tried the original flavor in the past, but vanilla will be my new go-to for iced (Cometeer) coffee.

    Feedback

Product is a bit pricey, but no complaints otherwise.

  • I tried the vanilla milk - it was delicious! A little sweet for my liking, so would go for the unsweetened variety next time. It was delicious in cereal and lattes!

    Feedback

A little sweet for me, but I prefer unsweetened!

  • Delicious! Been having it in my iced coffee every morning, adds a great flavor and texture

The carton makes it hard to only pour a little bit when you first open, not a problem after the first pour.

  • Loved using Vanilla Táche instead of oat milk in my lattes. It foamed well, had a nice mild but creamy taste, and was not too sweet. I appreciated that it was slightly lower calorie and had less additives than oat milk. I would definitely purchase again, but as more of a treat due to the price point.

Would purchase more at a lower price point.

  • I drink matcha every day, usually plain, but it’s fun to make a latte every now and then. I’ve tried a bunch of different alt milks in my matcha lattes but I love pistachios so trying Táche was a no brainer. It definitely made me feel like I was treating myself, which was perfect for a mid day pick me up. One of the better alt milks out there!

If it was slightly less expensive I’d probably use it for matcha lattes on the daily! Right now I feel like I need to ration it strategically.

  • Tasty product but I can't justify the $10 price tag at my local bodega. Definitely not something you can use everyday as a smoothie base unless you have $$$. Also kinda wish it came in a sugar-free version.

  • Love pistachio milk. Love Tache. I love making lattes with them, I wish more places carried it!

  • Really yummy and I like the smaller size of the cartons so you can get through it before it goes bad and saves room in the fridge.

  • I hate how much I loved this! I can't see incorporating it into my daily routine, but for a treat or to switch things up, Tache is the way to go. Yummy, creamy, adorable packaging....three thumbs up!

  • IMO this is a delightful milk to put in your matcha lattes, and honestly tastes so good I could (and sometimes do) drink it on its own. It is a little pricey, so is something I see as an occasional luxury rather than an everyday occurrence. It was also understandably little hard to acquire single cartons when they first launched, but I've noticed they are increasingly stocked in places like Thrive Market, which is a positive trend. Would eventually love to see them stocked in my local stores in Seattle :)

  • So creamy and delicious! Love that it’s low calorie as well

    Feedback

I wish it didn’t have any gums and it’s quite pricey

  • I love this pistachio milk. It adds a nice flavor to my coffee and it's a nice treat.

  • Beautiful packaging with a thick, creamy milk that makes any drink extra luxe. It's probably the most expensive kind of add-in you can get for a drink, but when you need a treat this is self-care status.

    Feedback

    Pricey.

  • Nice flavor, but not much body or richness and doesn't work well at all in hot espresso drinks. I'd be interested to try any re-formulations that improve the texture. You can only order a box of 6 32-oz cartons online, so worth seeking out a physical store to try one carton first.

  • Tasty, but a little overpriced for what it is. Recently got my own nut milk machine to avoid this issue.

  • average experience! it’s unique, but wouldn’t switch out for my everyday.
