  • I have mixed feelings about soft services, let me tell you why... Their packaging - immaculate. I would repurchase these products just for the unboxing experience and to gawk at the quality of each elements of their branding / packaging. Unfortunately, that's not enough to continue using all of these products. The buffing bar deserves a 10/10. I haven't found anything else on the market as effective at getting rid of those (as i call them) little bumpies. It also lasts a decently long time and is economically priced IMO. HOWEVER, the smoothing solution, why does it leave a sticky residue after use?? yuck. and the care cream, no thanks. There are better products out there that smell better, look better, and feel better on the skin.

  • Received a pack of exfoliating buffing bars from a podcast concert and had the opportunity to try it. I don't have KP or Rosacea, however, the soap really did leave my skin softer and more "vibrant." This works really well after shaving body hair. I would love to try the Theraplush, the founders with their experienced backgrounds are really changing the industry.

  • I picked up the buffing bar and wow! It’s an exfoliating experience not for the faint of heart. But I really works well. However, I wouldn’t say that it’s a level of innovative that a good wash cloth can’t mostly do.

  • Theraplush overnight cream for hands - not that it isn't nice, it just doesn't seem to do any more than a really good lotion/cream will do. It's very expensive for what you get, seems more of a gimmick.

  • I received the Soft Services kit with the buffing bar, gel, and lotion for Christmas and it the gift I was the MOST excited about. I love all things skincare but really haven't ventured much into body skincare, so I was eager to try. I have had KP ever since I was little, and even though it's not something I was super fixated on, I have always thought to myself "ugh, I wish I knew if there was a way to get rid of this." Enter Soft Services and I'm so glad this brand exists. I've used it for about a week now and while at first, the skin on my arms was like "what is happening?!" post-scrub bar, I can already tell that my skin is loving the extra treatment it's getting. My skin is feeling much smoother and softer and I'm noticing that several bumps have already gone down. There are a few stubborn ones left so we'll see how this works on those, but again, so happy to be trying out this brand. Also last thing, I love so much that they want to be as environmentally-conscious as possible. I'm finding myself drifting more and more to products that are refillable and have recycled aluminum packaging, so I'm really glad Soft Services does this too.

  • I’ve been using the essentials kit for a little over 6 months and I can tell a huge difference in my skin. Even if I stop using it for a few days, I can tell a difference. After loving the essentials, I bought the other new products like the soak lotion. I don’t know if I love the soak lotion as much as the three main products, but am going to continue to use it. Also the clearing mist really works.

My most recent tube of the gel had a slight odd smell to it..haven’t had this happen before and just wanted to flag.

  • I wasn't sure what to expect but after seeing so many respected publications write about Soft Services, I needed to give it a try. The beautiful cerulean color of the soap bar also just really drew me in. It was time! The bar is extremely gritty and with my sensitive skin (I have Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex, aka EB Simplex), I needed to scrub very gently or risk actually breaking my skin. I plan to use up the soap, but as of now would not re-purchase it. The Cream, however, I really love. It's super light weight and moisturizing without feeling like a lot of work to rub it in. And I appreciate that there is little to no scent on both products.

Soap: The bar is all grit and provides very little of the feeling "now I am clean," which is something I really want from my soap. Packaging: I recieved the first iteration of the packaging which was not great. My understanding is they've already improved the "bag into box" concept though, which from a design standpoint is really clever, so long as it doesn't arrive ripped, as mine did.

  • This cream leaves my hands feeling soft at night. It does develop a stale smell over time, which is a little disappointing, but I would recommend the product. I have purchased a refill because I like the results I am seeing. I should add, the shipping is VERY slow.

  • I absolutely LOVE their buffing bar — it's the best exfoliation tool I've ever used, and the packaging feels so luxurious. However, I recently tried their Speed Soak moisturizer and was slightly disappointed. To be fair, I have super dry and sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my skin at all, but based on the way it was marketed, I expected a lot more hydration. I'll still be reordering the buffing bar and am interested in trying their other products!

  • Soft Services has reduced the KP behind my arms. I'm super grateful for the company's innovation around a problem that is rarely discussed amongst health and beauty. I highly recommend their line of products to anyone who is suffering with KP.

  • I have their body wash and it kinda smells like alcohol but the hand cream is everything. I bought it for my mom for a gift and she loves it. The packaging is so cute and she keeps it on her nightstand.

  • Good product, tiny bit drying so put other lotion on top. Did what is said it would but the routine got a little long for me to maintain. I use it more of a multi day treatment thing if I know I want my skin to look great for an event or something like that.

  • I don't know how they do it, but their products on on another level. The level of thought that they put in to their development, they efficacy, and on top of all that, the design is impeccable. The buffing bar was scary at first, it can be a little rough and it will leave blue residue on your tile (but doesn't stain!!). But it truly made my entire body smooth. I have those little red bumps on my arms, and my legs just never look smooth, but this bar truly healed, exfoliated and somehow moisturized all of my skin after consistent use over a couple of weeks. The soothing solution and tonig cream were also both fantastic. The solution and spray are a summer must-have if you get any kind of body acne or just red bumps from summer sweating or lots of cardio. The toning lotion is really moisturizing without any strong scent and I've used around cellulite to help smooth rougher spots. Lastly, the packaging is so stunning, and the unboxing was delightful! Whoever is packing orders and doing actual origami, I SEE YOU!

  • I used the AHA Smoothing Solution and used it after the shower and saw some improvement but nothing dramatic. I think I’ll need to use it more to really see the benefits

  • I wanted to love these products but I would not purchase again. I got the body wash and exfoliating bar and the body wash wasn’t really worth the price and the bar is just ok. I didn’t notice a major difference with either item.

  • Packaging 10/10, love the carea cream even though I’m a slut for fragrance and it’s more than I ever want to spend, so that says a lot. Buffing bar hurts me, I don’t know how people handle it.

  • I’ve tried the buffing bar and can’t say that I felt like it was anything special. I think there are plenty of other physical body exfoliants that can accomplish the same results.

  • Unique, effective products with gorgeous packaging - the clearing mist is a game changer

  • I really loved the exfoliating bar. I got a lot of use out of it and really thought it worked well on my skin
