Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

It's a very slick setup Ritual has, they make it very easy to buy and keep the subscription running (or paused or cancelled) which I really appreciate. I've been taking these for two months. I have no clue if they're working or doing what they're supposed to be doing but I keep it up. Honestly, I'm not sure how to evaluate something like this where the results / outcome is invisible.
I’ve been happily taking the daily multivtiamin since the company launched a few years ago. All about the sourcing strategy / transparent ingredients - makes me feel safe and healthy. I’ve also been using the vanilla protein powder since it launched, adding it to smoothies now and then—really good.

Would like supplements to target specific need states like sleep or hair/skin/nails.
I liked these when I was taking the daily vitamins, trusted that they were making a difference though who knows for sure. I did like that I could take it in the morning on an empty stomach. One thing that annoyed me was that they gave the option to switch to 3-month deliveries (get 3 months worth at once) and you got 15% off your next order. The order was still 3 separate plastic bottles, and the discount was one time only. With this switch I feel like they could have moved to more eco-friendly and cost efficient bulk/refill packaging, and passed that savings on to the customer. The company is saving $ on shipping and I'm committing to more product, why should my cost remain the same after the one time promo is over? I've since switched to a different vitamin company to start taking prenatals.
I can definitely see a difference when taking the women multivitamins

I have tried all of Ritual’s products and I like them all. I have them on a subscription. I take the multivitamin and symbiotic daily. I also like the protein powder — I like this it’s sourced from peas and the taste is great. I’ve also tried the melatonin which works well — it has a timed release and helps me stay asleep. The “essence” they add to their products can be off putting at first, but for my money it’s the best tasting multivitamin I’ve ever had. I like their sustainability mission. I heartily recommend their products!
I've been using womens multi vitamin, and I personally absolutely LOVE them!
Daily multivitamin is a delight: the minty smell and taste make a huge aesthetic difference to the experience, which helps stay motivated and consistent in taking them daily. The website does a great job of explaining ingredients, dosages, and omissions.
This product has such a great purpose and their customer service is fantastic! I just had a difficult time swallowing their pills and feeling sick after. I have a very difficult time swallowing pills in the first place, so I’m sure the average person would be just fine.

My wife started using ritual and then I started using the mens ritual vitamins. I used the vitamins for over a year but I didn't feel any changes. The product looks cool but the mens vitamin didn't cut it for me.
I took this for 3 years off and on, and honestly did notice a difference in my general wellbeing. At the end of the day, i found the subscription to be too cumbersome for me. I also wish the packaging had been more sustainable
Ritual prenatals are what I used during my pregnancy, the postnatals during my recovery for 6 months, and now I’m on my vitamin journey with the women’s multivitamin. I love this brand! Customer service is excellent, the ingredients are traceable and safe and best of all, the subscription service is effortless and I never have to worry about running out.
As an OB nurse (and mom of 3) I will often say the best prenatal vitamin is the one you can tolerate and remember to take. But truly Ritual is the best. Thoughtfully formulated to include everything you need during pregnancy and postpartum recovery without anything extra or unnecessary. The subscription model is very convenient. Easy to manage and change as needed. Some products also sold in store (whole foods) if you want to try without making any commitment. You can select the « flavor » your vitamins are packaged with.

I don’t like that every month my product comes in a new plastic bottle. I wish the product was packaged in a more sustainable way.

I used these for both pre- and post-natal vitamins and absolutely loved them. They were the only pre-natal vitamin that didn't make me sick. Having them arrived on a regular schedule took one thing off of the very chaotic baby prep list.
I use the Ritual multi vitamins and have also tried the plant based protein powder. It taste great, no complaint. I really like the vitamins as well.
I like these vitamins! I like the fact that you can literally see what’s in them. Transparency inside and out. All ingredients are identifiable and clearly labeled. I tried a mint flavored one. I believe they have other flavors, but the mint was a nice touch to a vitamin. I feel like it has benefited me to add this to my morning regimen. I like to think the absorption of vitamins is greater than most. I do recommend this, if you’ve tried other vitamins are not receiving full benefit.

Include more vitamin goodness in them!
I'm really averse to taking pills and I find these ones really simple to swallow because of the minty flavor. Do I feel any tangible difference when I take these? Not really! But that has been my experience with every supplement I've taken. The subscription is easy to manage, which I liked.

I honestly have no idea!
I love it. I like that it tastes minty. There's nothing much else to say about a vitamin. The company has great packaging and branding.
A beautiful product that makes you want to take your daily vitamin. It was very easy to stay motivated to take one every morning.

Price is high
Love to set it and forget for products like this that are being used consistently. The convenience and not having to think about adding a Vitamin to my shopping list is great.

Pretty expensive. I think it's worth it to pay for convenience but I also think health and wellness should be accessible.
Ritual has been recommended to me by multiple healthcare professionals which makes me think that the multivitamins — a product often dubious in its claims — do what they say they will. Setting up auto ship is hassle free and their customer service team is a pleasure to work with.

The “flavors” for the product make the vitamins sort of repulsive — not great for building a healthy habit. The website and overall brand could do better at providing a medical use case for why they are the best on the market. I always wonder why products like these don’t have more offerings in the category — someone who gets a monthly multivitamin is the perfect customer to upsell thoughtful add-ons to. The prenatal, for example, might have a monthly surprise for expectant mothers to be.
