  • I was really on the fence if this was something that i was really going to get meaningful value out of. I am actually pleasantly surprised that i do find the data quite useful especially when it comes to sleep and recovery. I find the ring comfortable to wear so all in all a good purchase that i would recommend for someone looking for more insights.

  • I love my Oura ring, I appreciate the innovation of the product, the insights it gives me into my fertility, sleep, and stress, as well as the manageable subscription fee of $7 a month for the platform and software. That said, I had a hardware failure within 2 years of purchase, but my newer model only had 1 year warranty vs the older model with 2 years? Their customer experience team was less than helpful and it was a bummer, especially for the price of the device overall. I ended up having to purchase a replacement to continue to monitor my health with the services.

  • I So Wanted to Love the Oura Ring The Oura Ring has a cult following—the kind of accessory wellness insiders flaunt. The press photos were all impossibly sleek. In reality? On my hand, it was… enormous. What looked like a discreet band online looked tremendous in person. For the right wearer, Oura likely disappears into the background, snug and unnoticeable. But on me? It shifted and bounced with the slightest movement. I rebound almost daily, and the ring made its presence known with every single jump. Stylish? I know longer think so. Comfortable? Not for my hand. From an EMF standpoint, Oura earns points—lower than the Apple Watch, but still not quite as whisper-quiet as the Whoop. And the data? It was solid but for me I couldn’t return it fast enough. • I didn't think i'd like the oura ring as much as i do. i had originally thought i'd get, run through the trial period, and return knowing that i 'already know what i know'. jokes on me. i learned so much about my heart rate, my stress levels, how to interpret stress, and now have a meticulous log on how certain foods affect my body. i've hit my one year mark and still going strong. i also have sensory issues so i like the convenience of taking off a ring versus an apple watch. one point off for it scratching easily and also wild ass upsell on "gold".

  • I have been wearing an oura ring every day for 6 years. The oura shines in it's sleep tracking capabilities and recovery index, I also really like the cycle tracking feature and find it to be very accurate. However, I do prefer my garmin watch for tracking activity. I currently own a gen 3 in gold and it has held up well (the gold has faded a bit and has some scratch marks) and oura customer service has been responsive and reliable every time I've had to reach out to them. It's fascinating to see how my physiology has changed over the years and I plan to continue using oura for many years to come.

  • I've been using my Oura ring for over a year and find the insights valuable in general. Sometimes it feels like too much information, but in general I find the activity insights in particular to be a positive motivator to get moving and hit a goal. It does have the potential to make someone obsessive though so you need to be mindful.

  • I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s more than just a piece of wearable tech — it’s become an essential part of my wellness routine and gives me so much peace of mind every single day. From readiness scores to activity tracking and temperature insights, it gives a complete picture of my health without being intrusive.

  • I have had my oura ring for over a year and have enjoyed it. I use it for the natural cycles app and like that I don’t have to worry about checking my temperature daily. I enjoy the sleep analytics as well. If you are looking for a fitness tracker, this is not the best option in my opinion.

  • I have had my oura ring for over a year now & I am so impressed with it. It's a bit annoying that you have to pay a monthly membership fee to see the stats on the app, but I am impressed that the app is always updating & adding new features.

  • I was seduced by the new Oura Ring - Version 4 , and it has completely changed the way I track my health! The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, providing insights into my sleep stages, readiness score, and recovery. I also love the continuous heart rate monitoring and activity tracking—it helps me stay mindful of my overall wellness without the bulk of a smartwatch. The ring itself is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable, making it easy to wear 24/7. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 8 days before needing a charge. The sizing kit was super helpful in ensuring the perfect fit. If you're looking for a discreet yet powerful fitness and wellness tracker, the Oura Ring 4 is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend! • Totalll game changerrr. I’m obsessed with my Oura Ring. I’ve had an Apple Watch for years, but honestly? It started to feel like wearing a mini phone on my wrist. Bulky, annoying, and not exactly cute. The Oura Ring, on the other hand, is sleek, low key, and way more comfortable. Half the time I forget I’m even wearing it. It does everything I actually care about: tracks my steps (way more accurately than my Apple Watch, weirdly), monitors my heart rate, gives me deep sleep insights, and even helps me track my cycle. It’s like having a tiny wellness coach wrapped around my finger. The app is super user friendly and makes all the data feel digestible, not overwhelming or techy for the sake of it.

  • i do love my oura ring but i also feel like i dont neeeeed a lot of the info it provides, it also isnt great at tracking workouts. i just got it for the natural cycles integration which is cool

  • So far it has not really told me anything I did not know as far as my sleep. I have to wake up for frequent trips to the bathroom, and my cats wake me up because they're cats! I do appreciate the cardiovascular age feature, the stress monitoring. Although anytime I walk or have a slight raise in my HR, it says I am stressed. I will say the app had a glitch where it repeatedly notified me about bedtime. And I wish it were easier to actually speak to a customer service rep instead of waiting for a response to your email.

  • Does it provide you info on your sleep and activity levels? Yes. Do I hate rings? Absolutely. I was given one as a gift and returned it. On top of this I really hate subscriptions. To add one for a piece of jewelry is idiotic.

  • I’ve owned an Oura ring for almost 5 years. I usually get the latest and greatest each time a new version comes out. I was probably an early adopter since I’m grandfathered into a free lifetime subscription which makes it even better for me, however the insights I get from this without having to wear a watch all day/night are priceless. I even had one bad battery and they sent me a new one within 48 hours, customer service has been excellent.

  • The Oura ring became SO popular SO fast. I bought a used one from Facebook Marketplace for $150 and that is the most I think I would be willing to pay for it. I ultimately don't really use it because I don't find it to be very helpful when it comes to tracking workouts, especially weight-lifting.

  • Oura is a great alternative to smart watches since it looks nice and can fit with any style. The tracking is great and super helpful for sleep. I have always felt aligned with the scores I get and I like the additional info that gets unlocked. My main issue with this is the cost for value of the product. The rings are super expensive and then you still have to pay a monthly fee for your own data. Plus, I like to wear mine when I work out and there are signs of wear on the ring after less than a year

  • I purchased my ring a few months ago and have really enjoyed the experience so far. The interface is great and I find the sleep tracking incredibly helpful. As someone who occasionally does shift work, it’s interesting to see how it affects both my sleep and my readiness for the day. I wish the activity tracking was easier to use, but it doesn’t take away from the experience. Definitely a great tool to have in my health “toolkit.”
