ŌURA Reviews

3.8

ŌURA earns strong reviews for accurate, habit-shaping sleep and recovery insights, discreet design, and helpful integrations (Apple Health, Strava, Natural Cycles), but reviews also flag weak workout detection, frequent scratching, and declining battery life over time. The brand is praised for temperature- and stress-based insights and an easy app, yet many reviews criticize accuracy for steady‑HR activities, subscription gating of core data, and inconsistent customer support—making it excellent for sleep-first wellness, less so for fitness tracking.

  • This ring changed how I think about my health. Sleep tracking is incredibly accurate and the readiness score actually helps me decide how hard to push on workout days. Lightweight enough to forget you have it on. The data is actionable, not just pretty numbers. Worth every penny.

  • I’ve been wearing the Oura Ring 4 for about two years now, along with the $5.99 monthly membership, and it’s become one of the most useful health tools I own. The deeper stats have helped me understand my sleep patterns, manage stress better, and stay more consistent with exercise. I really like how clearly it shows the connection between my habits and how I feel the next day. The guided meditations can be helpful too, although I don’t always love the voices they use. Overall, it’s been worth it for the insights and long‑term trends.

  • I like my Oura ring, but I don’t think it’s life-changing. The stats it provides are interesting, and I especially enjoy the sleep scores and cycle tracking. The quality of the ring itself could use some work as it gets scratched really easily, and my first one died after a year. I bought mine using leftover FSA money but wouldn’t buy it without that!

  • I LOVE my Oura ring. I no longer wear my Apple watch bc the data is so much better on the Oura. It tracks my sleep, my vital statistics, warns me when I’m starting to show symptoms of illness, etc. The charge lasts for about a week and it doesn’t take long to charge it when it does need to be charged. I can usually put it on the charger when I’m about to get into the shower and it’s fully charged by the time I’m finished getting ready.
