I try not to get involved with so many products. To be honest if I had the hairline id would shave my head and never have to deal with any. I found Quai on instagram one day following someone whose hair styles I always liked. I found the mousse and the wave spray. Since then they have become a pretty regular product I use. I hate scents but these two products barely have a scent.

I adore Ouai. Definitely a super fan at this point since I've tried a majority of their products. It took me so long to find a shampoo/conditioner combo that does it for me, and tbh I don't think i'll ever find anything as good as Ouai. I love the scents, the unboxing experience is so fun, and the chic, minimalist look is right up my alley.

100% worth all of the hype! I never understood how people raved SO much about the products, specifically their smell, until I got it. Despite my skepticism, everyone was right! The products smell SO good (to the point where they now sell candles and perfume...which I have) but also work really well. Their dry shampoo is one of my favorite products of theirs and is really the only dry shampoo that has ever worked for me. Have always been skeptical of dry shampoo until Ouai and it has allowed me to stop washing my hair everyday!

Ouai is a great brand that works for all hair types. I have had trouble in the past trying to figure out what haircare combination works for my thick, combination hair and Ouai kills it everytime!

I use their leave in conditioner and most of their perfumes. The conditioner leaves treated hair super soft and manageable. The perfumes have a very clean scent that just make you feel good!

I have recently tried their hair oil. I am very happy with the quality and scent of it. A little does go a long way and it makes me feel like I’ve just got out of the salon as it keeps my hair soft and frizz free

I have used their shampoo and conditioner for about a year. As I was trying to place a new order on their website, they kept cancelling it. When I contacted them, they responded the following : Hello, We apologize, but we must let you know that your recent order has been automatically canceled based on a suggestion from our security system designed to protect the integrity of all customer transactions and uphold the quality of our platform. We are unable to override this recommendation and will not be able to assist with placing any additional orders. Nothing more, nothing less. This is crazy. I am actually glad they « blocked » me from purchasing their products since I realized they made my hair extra oily. I could not explain why they were so oily until I stopped using OUAI.

I have used three products from Ouai, Thick Hair Shampoo, Thick Hair Conditioner and Thick Hair Mask. It's quite heavy in texture but gives my hair a lot of volume and full body. The scent is incredible and every hair wash feels like I'm in a spa. I have also purchased the refill pouches which are excellent value.

I used the ouai leave in conditioner and the scalp scrub, body crème. Both made my hair amazingly clean and smooth. The lotion smells amazing! I am very pleased.

Love love love Ouai products. The smell on all the products is sooooo good. I use the dry shampoo, leave in conditioner and detox shampoo (once a week). I will definitely be trying some more of their products. I do order from Sephora as I get free shipping with them. Price is also affordable.

Bought the rose oil about a year ago and I'm obsessed. Smells soooo good. Highly addictive.

I absolutely love this moisturizer! All I wanted in a cream. It’s truly magical! This is my first time trying this brand and I am in love. It’s so hydrating and I love the creamy texture. It works so well on my dry skin. From day one I saw my skin getting more hydrated and smoother. It really helps my skin barrier specially because I use tretinoin. I feel that the cream restores calms my skin. I use it at morning or night - when I use it at night I wake up with a very hydrated skin which I love it. It works super well for sensitive skin too. I will definitely purchase this cream again and I totally recommend it! I will be trying more products from this brand too based on my initial experience. This moisturizer is a holy grail for me!

This is hands down the best clarifying shampoo I’ve ever used. I’ve tried multiple cheaper alternatives, and none of them came close. Most either left residue behind or made my scalp feel stripped and tight. This one actually does what a detox shampoo should do. It deeply cleans the scalp, removes buildup, and resets your hair without that squeaky-clean dryness. My scalp feels fresh and balanced afterward, and my hair never feels weighed down or brittle. If you’re looking for a true reset shampoo that cleans thoroughly but still respects your scalp barrier, this one is worth it.

Scent heavy hair and body care products that feel very minimalist. Ouai is what I imagine most West Coast (namely, LA based) pretty girls use on their hair to make it withstand the arid CA weather. That being said, I think their products are pretty good. It's just that the scents are OVERWHELMINGLY strong, though pleasant. Some of us have sensitive noses though...

A little goes a long way so you don't have to refill it that often. Gets everything including dry shampoo and general build up out of your hair which is really helpful. Also smells really good. Pairs well with the body wash also!

I really like this brand. High quality, a little pricey, but a little goes a long way. I have very thick wavy hair and this conditioner leaves my hair soft with minimal frizz. I use it with the thick hair shampoo.

The best leave-in conditioner for my fine hair. Provides great conditioning and doesn't make my hair greasy. Worth every penny.

I’ve been using the thick hair shampoo & conditioner for years. I really love the results and can tell they make a difference based on how different my hair feels after a wash with any other shampoo/conditioner. I also like that I can buy the refills in bulk at a slightly discounted price.
