Osea earns strong reviews for effective, spa-like skincare—especially Undaria Algae Body Oil, Ocean Cleanser, and body butters that deliver lasting hydration, smoother texture, and a non-greasy glow—while drawbacks include often-strong citrus/herbal fragrance, occasional sensitivity or irritation, finicky pumps/glass packaging, and inconsistent results from acne treatments. Overall the brand is good for dry or sensitive-leaning skin seeking clean, seaweed-based formulas and luxe sensoriality, but fragrance tolerance and texture preferences matter.

The OSEA products I have tried are beautiful, effective, and smell so great!

These products absolutely changed my body - my skin has never felt so soft! If you don't like citrus though, this range might not be for you.
As soon as I started using Osea my skin changed drastically. They are the ultimate CLEAN beauty brand IMO. I use the atmosphere protective cream, the ocean cleanser, the seabiotic cream, the body oil (my MOST favorite product), and the anti-aging balm. The hyaluronic serum is also so wonderful. Most products come in glass bottles too which really makes me happy. You do have to make sure and use the products, they cannot sit too long or they'll go bad. (i think due to the seaweed)
This review is for Osea's Undaria Algae Oil, the only product I've tried from the brand. 5/5 stars for scent and the way it makes my skin feel The oil itself doesn't spread well unless you apply to your body when slightly wet OR mix with another oil or lotion. I prefer to mix a few drops with some jojoba oil so I can get more uses out of my travel size. The packaging is heavy and luxurious. I love the simple branding. I will definitely save the bottle once empty for travel. My only qualm is the price- I can't justify a $50+ body oil that doesn't work miracles on me.
I have only used their body care but it is absolutely dreamy. A staple in my routine for the past 5 years!
The difference in my skin's texture after using this line is truly astonishing - it's never felt so silky and hydrated!

I received the anti-aging body balm and the salt of the earth body scrub as gifts. The body balm is absolutely luxurious and my absolute favorite. It's kind of a combination of lotion and moisturizes well without being overly greasy. I have dry skin and usually look for a heavier cream. Wish it came in a bigger bottle and was more affordable!

These products are such a luxury skincare experience but the clean ingredients and calming scents are so worth the price! The products also last ages.
I have tried a few products from OSEA and have had various experiences: Ocean Cleansing Mudd Overall, this has helped manage my oily skin without being too stripping/drying. After emptying two bottles, I have since subscribed to this individual item! I use this once a day as part of my nighttime skincare routine. Sometimes I will use it in the morning if I need a little boost to wake myself up. Speaking of, this is really minty! If you're not used to it or if you have very sensitive skin, I don't recommend picking up this product. So when using, it is recommended to avoid the eye area; I recommending removing any eye makeup first with a cleansing balm or oil and then rinsing. Sea Minerals Mist This is such a lifesaver during the summer months in Southern California! It is so cooling and hydrating, and extra refreshing especially when leave it inside the refrigerator. I have the travel-sized bottle and it is super handy when I am out and about and need a boost. Essential Corrective Complex This is meant to help with blemished-prone skin, but unfortunately I didn't find it very effective on my acne/pimples. However, I will say that this has helped with itchy skin! Sometimes I experience itchiness/irritation and this handy rollerball is helpful when relieving that icky sensation. Since finishing one rollerball, I decided to not repurchase it again. Undaria Algae Body Butter + Body Oil These are my absolute favorite OSEA products. I use these almost every night after a nice long shower, and it has always left my skin feeling so smooth and moisturized. These are especially lifesavers during the winter months when my skin is drier than usual. Same with the Ocean Cleansing Mudd, I have since subscribed to these products as they have become a part of my bodycare routine.
Lovely high end product line that really works. I've been working in the Beauty industry for most of my career and I can tell you this works. I especially love a juicy serum and this one is one of the best for the price point. Go get em!

One of my favorite skincare/personal care brands. It's expensive so I don't use it all the time, but the two products I love most are the blemish balm as a light summertime face moisturizer and the hyaluronic seaweed serum -- so good. Beautiful glass packaging as well.
I got the oil and absolutely loved it! It soaks into the skin and doesn't leave you oily. No overpowering smell and leaves your skin soft. What's not to love?!
Expensive but I love the blemish balm and the atmosphere protection cream! Well worth the price as it lasts a long time, and the glass bottles are very nice.
I got the lotion + oil + brush set .. amazing.. This was the gateway product into my descent to full goop - ification. Expensive but worth it IMO! Scent: perfect. Rich + hydrating. Also, the customer service was sooo lovely <3
I’ve really enjoyed the body oil, especially fresh out of the shower! My skin doesn’t love regular moisturizers that I feel just sit atop my skin? but this sinks right in and keeps my skin feeling lush.
I love how clean their products are and it really makes me feel like a luxury experience when I use them. I just wish they were more affordable.
The body oil and body butter are both absolutely delightful. The smell is a refined citrus that isn’t overwhelming and the application is rich, but absorbable and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling (though I love rich body products and have a high tolerance for greasy feeling products, if you have sensory issues, your experience may vary). Overall, exactly what I want out of body products.

Before Osea: not a body lotion girl. Ever. After Osea: Body lotion + oil LOYALIST. This brand converted me and added an entirely new habit into my already extensive routine. If that's not a testament to how good this stuff is, I truly don't know what is. I am absolutely obsessed with their Mega Moisture Duo. The texture and consistency of the Undaria Algae Body Oil is something I've been looking for my whole life. It soaks right into the skin and the only trace is leaves is luminosity. Layering the Undaria Algae Body Oil on top of it is like adding rainbow sprinkles to your favorite vanilla ice cream- just amps up the reward tenfold. Plus, I love the chic branding/packaging that makes me feel like I've stocked by bathroom with niche luxury spa products. I have already repurchased this set several times and will continue to do so until the end of time.
The serum was an odd consistency for me. Didn’t really notice anything good or bad that it did for me over a few months.

while i wanted to love this brand, it was a bit disappointing to me. the formulas feel nice & high quality but some of the products were too irritating for my sensitive skin. i might repurchase some of the products but i wouldn’t recommend the brand as it’s a bit overpriced.
