Reviews mention

  • Luxurious glass packaging aesthetics
  • Hydrating seaweed-based formulations
  • Fast-absorbing, non-greasy body oil
  • Gentle, non-stripping cleansers
  • Strong citrus-herbal fragrances
  • Inconsistent acne treatment efficacy
  • Cumbersome pumps and dispensers
  • Occasional pilling and heaviness

Osea earns strong reviews for effective, spa-like skincare—especially Undaria Algae Body Oil, Ocean Cleanser, and body butters that deliver lasting hydration, smoother texture, and a non-greasy glow—while drawbacks include often-strong citrus/herbal fragrance, occasional sensitivity or irritation, finicky pumps/glass packaging, and inconsistent results from acne treatments. Overall the brand is good for dry or sensitive-leaning skin seeking clean, seaweed-based formulas and luxe sensoriality, but fragrance tolerance and texture preferences matter.

  • I use the ocean eyes and it's my favorite skincare product that I have. I put it on multiple times a day and it feels AMAZING plus it really brightens up my under eyes. I've also tried the body oil and it smells so good and is hydrating without being greasy. I plan to phase out all my skincare and replace everything with Osea because I just love the brand and the ingredients

  • These are beautiful products. They’re sustainable, effective, and the most mermaidcore skincare brand on the market. I’ve tried their mist, body oil, and face creams and loved them all. Although pricey, none has left me feeling like they weren’t worth it. They really do evoke the ocean in their products, which makes them far more of an experience than your average skincare buy.

  • I use the Undaria body butter and love it. It deeply moisturizes my skin and has helped reduce the appearance of some body acne scarring.

  • Luxurious products that really work. The body oil is my hero product. It is the first body oil I have ever loved... and I have tried a lot. Non-greasy and smells fresh. This is a re-purchase for sure.

  • Why do Osea products feel luxurious, natural and weirdly healthy? Not saying I would, but their Undaria Argan Oil has the appearance and consistency of an olive oil I would gladly dip a wedge of baguette into. The smell is nice (I know some people, cough, my mother, love it), but it wasn't jazzing me up some alt body products out there. My skin is so dry (hello daily swimmers), so I'm always on the market for a new way to hydrate. It's a fun mix into the usually routine for me, not a daily use type of product.

  • Refreshing is the best way to describe this ocean-inspired skincare! My skin feels so hydrated and soft after using it. I used it after a long day in the sun, and it was just what I needed.

  • Loved their products. Yes they are at won the higher side of the cost spectrum, but they’re worth every penny. The scents were subtle and pleasing, my skin showed mild signed of improvement after just a week, then more with daily use. The cost is a bummer, so I’ll probably ration out use to stretch it longer, but highly recommend.

  • Very high end natural ocean inspired ingredients. Great scent. Great products.

  • i used the moisturizer and the product was great. it was silky and had great hydration . not greasy and makeup went over it nicely.

  • I have tried multiple products from osea! I love the vagus nerve oil and face wash. I have always only had mini versions of things because it is very expensive and I am very poor lol but if I was rich I would exclusively use this brand. It's great - classy - elegant - effective !

  • The Undaria Body Oil is expensive but totally worth it, in my opinion. I have eczema and this helps soothe some of my rashes -- one of the only lightly scented body oils that has successfully not made things worse. Love the glass packaging as well.

  • I love Osea. It is so hard to find good skincare and body care that is clean. I love that Osea uses natural ingredients and natural fragrances.

  • pairs so well with the hyaluronic serum and ocean cleanser. I've never been consistent with my skincare but Osea has changed all of that.

  • These products are so amazing and high quality. I’m obsessed with the blemish balm - the scent is amazing! However, it’s ridiculously expensive for a bottle but I’ve yet to come across a moisturizer that comes close.

  • Wish I could afford to only use Osea products!!! They smell amazing, quality is great and packaging and glass bottles are LUXE
