Oribe earns strong reviews for performance-driven styling—Dry Texturizing Spray, blowout creams, and Bright Blonde treatments deliver volume, hold, shine, and brass control—yet the brand is not universally good, with reports of heavy formulas, itchy scalp from Gold Lust Dry Shampoo, and mixed results on fine, low-porosity hair. The signature fragrance and luxe textures impress, but some users find shampoos/conditioners drying or inconsistent across hair types.

I really love their range of products but sadly i could not justify the price of the shampoo & conditioner long term. I do still keep the flexible texturising spray on hand as it does not weigh my fine hair down.

I am currently using Oribe Gold Lust Dry Shampoo a few times a week mainly to use it up because it was so expensive. I don’t see anything special about it at all and have tried several other brands, all of which I prefer over it. The smell isn’t horrible but it’s not great either. Additionally, when I use it in the morning, many times my head gets itchy toward the end of the day, especially if I use more than a minimal amount. It’s the only Oribe product I’ve tried (to the best of my memory) and I’d be open to trying more products before writing the brand off, but only if I try samples or borrow something from a friend.

I really like this blowout styling cream, it helps my hair to feel protected and styling is much easier when using this. It is lightweight and simple to incorporate into my hair care routine. It definitely gives great body and the perfect amount of volume.

Smooths flyaways and adds shine without weighing my hair down. A little goes a long way, and it smells amazing like all Oribe products. I like using it before a sleek ponytail or blowout. The brand is expensive but worth it!

So, not really sure how to rate this review...after all of the hype around Oribe Goldlust shampoo and conditioner, I got the set with the hair oil. The shampoo conditioner was a bust. I feel like my thin low porosity straight hair had more breakage and dried out. The hair oil smells lux, melts into my ends, and offers heat protection. Tbh not sure if it does anything other than feel lux. Not for me, but I know it works for others who are obsessed.

I know Oribe is a pricy brand, but on my opinion if you can allow it, it is great. I have this oil and love to use it, it really helps my ends to look hydrated, healthier and shinier and smells amazing. I tried their masks and they work too !

Oribe is the pinnacle of luxury hair care. I will repurchase again and again for the scent (citrus and sandalwood somehow working together), but the performance is amazing. The texturizing spray is the best on the market and the only product I use for weddings and other events. The alchemy line is also phenomenal. The serene scalp line is also great if you have a sensitive scalp.

This set is absolutely stunning! The packaging and bottles are beautiful and high quality as are all the hair products. This would make an amazing gift to a loved one or as a splurge on yourself! The shampoo and conditioner has left my hair feeling so soft and smooth. It also smells incredible! The hair oil isn't heavy and didn't leave my hair looking weighed down or greasy. I can't say enough great things about this set. Highly recommend!!

This brand speaks for itself! Honestly It’s so expensive but this texturized is the best and I have tried many- the quality is unparalleled.

Bright Blonde Radiance & Repair Treatment As a platinum blonde girl, brassy golden tones drive me crazy. I like to try to maintain my cool, white look at home in between tones. Oribe’s new Bright Blonde Radiance & Repair Treatment helps knock out the brass (and doesn’t leave purple deposits behind - which I hate!) I love that the bottle has a nozzle tip so I can apply directly onto my head/hair instead of my hands first. It works quickly and brightens everything up. A lot of purple products make my hair extra dry and crispy after using but I did not experience that with this. It’s like a purple toner + hair treatment all in one. Finally, a product that works and does exactly what it claims to do! You can check out my before & after photo results after 1 use!

I found their products to be hit or miss. Having sampled a few a la birchbox/sephora free samples, I didnt find anything that I liked enough to pull the trigger on - Straight away left an odd texture and the hair oil was too expensive to justify the price. This was until I tried the matte waves texture lotion, which I use as a curl cream. I do not understand why they would designate a hair product as "matte" because dont we all want shiny gorgeous locks? But much to my surprise, when combined with the dip and scrunch method out of the shower, this allows my curls to air dry perfectly- no crunchy texture, plenty of shine and great hold. Pic: me having a great hair day, only product I'm using here is the matte waves texture lotion

Compared to other luxury hair brands, Oribe is like slipping into a cashmere sweater - there’s an immediate, tactile sense of refinement. The shampoo leaves your hair softer, smoother, and shiney clean. The scent is pure Oribe -- think fresh, floral and subtly musky with a hint of “I have my life together.” It will make you want to cancel plans just to sniff your own head, and somehow manages to make you feel fancier than you actually are. That said, the experience is as much about the ritual as the result — sleek packaging, creamy lather and the feeling your hair is healthier after use. Is it objectively better than, say, Kerastase or Alterna? Sometimes yes, sometimes no; some hair types might crave more hydration or bounce. But if you’re after an olfactory and tactile experience that elevates the mundane to the magnificent, Oribe is hard to beat.

I have used their dry shampoo in the past and it has worked well! I also love their shampoo and conditioner but have not recently bought it as I use a different one.
The Dry Texturizing Spray is one of my holy grail hair styling products! It smells absolutely amazing – almost like its a perfume for your hair. It adds the right amount of texture without the feeling of having too much products in your hair. I have light, fine hair but my friend uses it too and has really thick, dark hair proving it works for multiple hair types.

I liked the handful of Oribe products that I tried, but they were expensive, heavy, and full of chemical allergens, so I can't see myself sticking with the brand.
LOVE! Almost every product I have tried from them has been a winner! Their shampoo for blonde hair is great and ok for every wash use.
My hair stylist uses Oribe and every time I leave, my hair feels and smells great! She gifted me the texturizing spray and I love using it. It smells great, gives a very light hold, and makes my hair voluminous:
