  • Can't complain about these. They aren't marketed like Liquid IV for athletes or what not. But they are pretty good. Good amount of flavors. Comparable price point. The electrolyte tab market is a bit crowded.

  • I like the convenience of these single serve packs that I can easily keep at my office for a hydration booster to add to water for vitamins and minerals.

  • One of my favorite electrolyte tabs. They are easy to take on the go. I find them nice and smooth tasting. They work really quick, in the mornings when I gotta wake up or after a nice workout they are soothing.

  • I like the portability of these tablets, they’re helpful if you’re traveling and get dehydrated or ill. On the other hand, the taste is not exactly delicious. I’m looking forward to trying the zero sugar option.

  • Nuun is my favorite electrolyte. I prefer the fizzy tablets that dissolve. They're much easier to fully dissolve than powder electrolytes and I find the taste much less fake and easier to drink. I've enjoyed all the flavors I tried.

  • I love these hydration tablets for adding a great flavor to my water and for a hydration boost. I also feel like these are a pretty good deal compared to other hydration tablets.

  • Instant Boost with these electrolyte tabs. I tried the Cherry.

  • I've been using Nuun for years and believe it's the best electrolyte replacement out there. I've really enjoyed the sport, immunity and sleep options. The full recovery option I don't love, but it works. I wish they didn't have such weird flavors at times and instead replicated flavors across product options.

  • Love nuun! I haven't tried the packets, but love the tablets - they're so easy to bring with me on travel and aren't so sweet or salty like other electrolyte options.

  • Sold these when I managed a running store for a few years. Solid product. Flavor is subtle. It's quite fizzy before it's done dissolving for the caps. Great for hot days and exercising. Good variety of flavors and strengths for exercising vs everyday drinks.

  • My favorite was to drink electrolytes! Low sugar, but great non-medicinal taste!

  • 100/10, no notes. I've been using the Energy, Sport, and Recovery tabs for years during and after long runs or bike rides. Highly recommend!

  • Like to use the tablets when working out- Tri Berry is my personal favorite flavor!

  • I have 2 nuuns everyday - these are my favorite elecyrolytes to put in my water every morning and every night. the flavors are so good, they come in perfect travel sizes as well which is key for me.

  • It is a shame how popular they are, yet the ingredients do not make for a healthy gut. I gave it a shot despite the sugar content. I used it for hot yoga a couple times and then the morning after a bit of partying, in hopes the electrolytes would help my system deal with the after effects of alcohol. I felt no relief with this product. I will be sticking with LMNT electrolytes moving forward. The one pro I would give these is their mass availability and price point on sale.

  • Nuun tables are pretty good! I think the tube is really clever product design and allows you to carry the tablets around anywhere. I do enjoy some other electrolyte brands more though. Some of nuuns tablets make your water fizzy and I personally don’t like that.

  • I started using Nuun when I was looking for a good, affordable electrolyte option and I’ve been buying it ever since. It’s perfect for days when I need a hydration boost, especially before or after a run, or after a long night when I’m trying to recover. I really like the packaging and the tablet format—it’s super convenient for travel, and the flavors are refreshing without being overly sweet.

  • Well-known hydration product that's been on the market for years. It is helpful after long runs and hikes or workouts. However, it takes a bit of time to dissolve and the taste lacks flavor or is chalky at times. Good product for hydration essentials, but needs some flavor help.

  • I do not often buy Nuun because of the price, but I like the tablets for when I am working out intensely. The flavour is not super potent, though it is definitely present!
