Well-known hydration product that's been on the market for years. It is helpful after long runs and hikes or workouts. However, it takes a bit of time to dissolve and the taste lacks flavor or is chalky at times. Good product for hydration essentials, but needs some flavor help.

I do not often buy Nuun because of the price, but I like the tablets for when I am working out intensely. The flavour is not super potent, though it is definitely present!

I really like the lemon ginger and berry flavors. Also, a huge fan of the NUUNs with caffiene

Love some of their flavours, don't care for some others - it's a trial and error what is to your taste. Generally these are fine electrolytes but they are a little bit more pricey than others, and I'm not sure they are actually worth the extra cash.

Love the nuun. My go to drinks are coffee - black - and water. But after a hard workout or day in the sun you need that extra boost. Nuun has your back. The flavor is not overpower and also not filled with sugar. I couldn't be happier when I see nuun station vs the G-aid during during a long run. The flavors are so amazing that even my kiddos will enjoy. Plus they like to watch the fizz. All around win.

Finding electrolytes that taste good and don't have much added sugar is SO HARD. We love Nuun for that and on the occasional morning when we've over done it the night before and have to be somewhere, Nuun with caffeine is fantastic. It is a little pricey to use on a regular basis so I keep an eye out for sales.

These have changed my life. I used to get really fatigued working out during the summer and these have been a huge help for staying hydrated. I also find them helpful for helping stay hydrated during the allergy seasons. Would love an unsweetened version + a version without stevia and just with regular cane sugar.

I enjoy this quite a bit for intra-workout drinks, when I'm in recovery, or just because. The taste is great. It dissolves very well and isn't chalky.

Nuun is one of so many hydration/electrolyte supplement makers on the market. The flavors are good, but I feel their packaging could be more eco-friendly, especially when you compare them to other similar companies.

Excellent option for an electrolyte drink without doses of sugar streaming through your body. My husband drinks them mostly after runs and I drink them after a hard workout or when I'm feeling sluggish - they really work!

These are great for when I hit the gym. The wild strawberry is top tier. What I like most is how the tabs dissolve. There are no pieces or chalk chunks in your drink. Everything dissolves well.

Huge fan of nuun! I love that they have many different products with multiple uses. My favorites are the lime energy tablets when I do not feel like drinking a coffee but still need that extra boost in the morning. I also often drink sport and daily hydration as well.

I hate drinking sugary sports drinks so was so excited to find nuun. Love that the tablets are easy to travel with, actually taste good, and are much more cost efficient than traditional sports drinks. Shoutout nuun for helping your constantly dehydrated girlies!

I love how easy it is to drop a tablet into your water during the day. The flavors are great. My one issue is the residue left behind after using it.

I use these for cycling and for the gym. It tastes great, keeps me hydrated properly, inexpensive, and doesn't contain unnecessary sugar. I started using nuun on long rides when I'd drink 40oz of water. I recently started adding it to my gym water. I used to be exhausted after exercising at the gym (weight training) and adding nuun greatly helps with that. I love that it's low-calories. It allows me to control my caloric intake separately from my electrolytes.

These are super convenient to throw in a gym bag or in the car for hydration on the go. They come in a bunch of flavors and even have ones with caffeine when you need a little extra boost. My kids have used them for hockey and on backpacking trips and have liked the flavors. Just note that sometimes the fizz will cause certain water bottles to leak in your bag if the pressure builds but the fizz dissipates within a few minutes and won’t cause a problem after that.

Was introduced to these when I was running a marathon sponsored by nuun! Changed the game for me. It's a way better alternative to the overly sweetened Gatorade and Powerade. The flavours are excellent and it's fun watching the tablets fizz up in water.

I've been starting my day with Nuun tablets for years and imagine I'll continue to do so for years to come. With tasty flavors, low sugar, and a satisfyingly subtle fizz, Nuun provides the perfect way to kickstart my hydration process in the morning. As a chronically thirsty person who wakes up feeling deeply dehydrated, Nuun gives me the boost when water along can't satisfy me. I particularly appreciate their portability -- I take Nuun whenever I travel to provide a post-flight hydration boost, a hangover cure, or just a general pick-me-up. I particularly appreciate the variety in flavors and product lines: The "Immunity" line is perfect for cold (and COVID!) season; the "Sport" is great for, well, sport; and the "Vitamins" variety is a year-round favorite. I can't wait to try the new "instant" line, as my one minor quibble with Nuun has been my impatience waiting for the tablets to dissolve when I'm in a hurry in the morning. Clearly they've recognized that shortcoming and addressed it! What a company!
