I’m trying to drink less so am having a Nuun rest and recovery tablet in water at night after dinner. With magnesium and cherry and electrolytes, I really feel like it helped to me relax and sleep better without the 3 AM anxious wake up. Tastes great and love that I can travel with it.

Nuun tablets are an easy way to stay hydrated. I like the daily hydration tablets since I tend to get dehydrated easily in warm weather, even when being inside most of the day. The flavors are not too salty or sweet, and the tablets dissolve well in water. The tablet tube is easy to carry around and fits in small bags for travel.

I originally bought these to use for the rare occasions when I needed electrolytes but they have transformed what I view as an electrolyte situation. Besides post-workout and hangovers I use them when I have a craving for pop by putting them into sparkling water, when I travel to help me stay hydrated and feeling healthy. I get the Juicebox Mix variety pack because I get bored of flavors easily but find them all good. Are they as good as a pop? No, but they're better than any of the other electrolyte tablets or powders I've used. They dissolve well into water and have helped me feel more hydrated and healthy.
Nuun is a great brand for electrolyte water additives on the go. I tried the tabs and found they were easy to use and store.
