Nuun
4.4
Nuun earns strong reviews for effective, low-sugar hydration that supports runs, rides, travel, and daily routines, with many citing faster recovery, fewer headaches, and dependable energy from options like Sport, Energy, Immunity, and Rest. Reviews also flag drawbacks: lingering artificial or chalky flavors for some, slow-dissolving fizz and residue, inconsistent flavor appeal, and mixed results on efficacy versus competitors.

Nuun is a great brand for electrolyte water additives on the go. I tried the tabs and found they were easy to use and store. I also found the flavors of the lemon-lime and the strawberry lemonade to be pleasant. The variety of flavors and options for how to use these make the item a top-quality electrolyte product.
I wanted to try these because they were fair in price and seemed like they could be a cool alternative to the more expensive hydration options. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the carbonation taste in the drink. I can see how this is a good option for those that love carbonated beverages. Personally carbonation is fine with me most of the time, so I'm not sure why I don't like this. The ingredients list is clean at least.
Nuun makes good hydration and immunity tablets. They dissolve easily and taste pretty good without being overpowering or leaving residue. The tubes are easy to store and the price point is reasonable.

Are all electrolyte brands the same? I tried 7 brands to find out.
Very yummy, and easy to mix in water when on the go! So much healthier than juice, but same lovely flavour with more benefits! Always carry at least one in my lunch bag and purse :)
