Momofuku earns strong reviews for flavorful condiments and well-textured, air‑dried noodles, indicating the brand is good—especially its Chili Crunch, soy sauce, tamari, and seasoned salts—while critiques cite bland or overly salty noodle sauces, small portions, and occasional overpowering seasonings. Reviews also note standout packaging and easy meal upgrades, but some find the ramen underwhelming without add‑ins and certain sauces too oily or intense.

The soy and scallion noodles are a pantry staple for me. The preparation is quick and easy and I really enjoy the flavor. They definitely require some added protein or sides if you want to make it a whole meal, but I am a fan. The packaging isn't the best and sometimes sends my noodles flying but I have gotten better at opening it with time.
I absolutely love the seasoning salts - I add "Tingly" to everything. Especially great on white cheddar mac n cheese!

I've tried the noodles and the chili sauce, and both are ok but not worth the price.
Delicious quick ramen noodles rivalring others on the market. With a splash of soy sauce, these are nearly perfect.
The savory salt is SO GOOD! I love sprinkling it on rice dishes and it tastes unique without being overpowering. Plus the packaging is so cute.

Soy sauce, tamari, sesame oil, lots of different noodles - I've tried a bunch of this and it's all fantastic. Absolutely worth the price.
Chili crisp is incredible. Noodles are great with some doctoring (soft boiled egg, bok choy, green onion) but not mind-blowing.
Really great additions to the pantry. Love having these products on hand to use as foundation of a meal or to add some fun and interesting flavor profiles to dishes.

I am OBSESSED. I put their chili oil (comes in a jar) on literally everything now. Such good flavor, so much depth! An easy way to elevate any dish. Also makes for a cute gift (housewarming gift baskets?!)

Momofuku makes great stuff. Simply put. They don't try and be anything that they aren't. Their Asian ingredients while you can probably find them in a local Asian market without the fancy branding, you really do need to know what you're looking for there's lots of off brands in Asian markets too. Things you wouldn't be likely to find in a Japanese or Korean house. They simplify that process and offer a product line that's authentic, flavorful and exactly what the best version of it should be. The soy is great, none of that green top garbage. The sesame oil is aromatic and robust. Tamari is a very hard product to find a good version of, theirs is good if not great. Again you can find it cheaper but if you want to simplify your shopping process and know you're getting well made authentic versions of what a regional dish might use. They're spot on.
I tried the chili crisp and soy scallion instant noodles. I would say the chili’s crisp is a 10/10 for me. Great flavor and overall good balance between the chili bits and oil. The soy scallion noodles are not worth the money. It was too salty and the portion was so little for the price.
I tried the ramen noodles. They had a weird malty flavor and the noodle texture didn't impress me. Would not buy again.
Momofuku chili oil is a STAPLE and a must in everyones kitchen. This chili oil is unbelievable and nothing compares to it. Price is a little up there but totally worth it.
I love these noodles but the sauces always seem to be missing a little something. I usually end up freestyling them by adding my own stuff (some soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken seasoning, etc.). The soy scallion flavor was a bit bland, but the tingly chili one was pretty spicy. I’d love a little more flavor without the heat. The noodles themselves are nice and make me feel a little healthier about having noodles!

Absolutely lovely spices of high quality and amazing blend. I rate these highly and recommend using the spices as rubs for the BBQ or the roasts such as chicken and other veg.

I need my third refill. These are so great. I've given them as gifts a few times too. We put savory season salt on pretty much everything and it works wonders on any type of cuisine. Tingly and Spicy tend to be less versatile for my tastes, but I still love them in many dishes.

Love the chili oil! I use them all the time! The other seasonings are a little salty
Love the noodles - a quick and delicious go to meal. Add whatever veggies or protein you like or keep it simple with just noodles. Either way, it's a favorite!
I tried their soy and scallion noodles once they were sold in target. They're definitely good! Much more elevated than your typical ramen in a bag and easy to make with no fuss. I did expect stronger flavor for some reason, but they're still delicious.

Maybe more sauce? I find I have to make sure to pour the sauce over all the noodles. If you just dump the sauce in and then stir, I feel like the sauce doesn't cling to all the noodles.
I highly recommend the Momofuku seasoned salts. We have tried it on a variety of foods and it has elevated each dish to a whole new level. From pizza to ramen, Chinese dishes and more, it adds a a bit of heat and/or umami. My in-laws loved it so much that we ordered a set for them as well. The Savory Seasoned Salt is definitely "supercharged" and we have loved it on veggies. The Spicy flavor brings a nice kick of heat, our favorite choice is on seafood like shrimp and white fish. My son also tried it on mango and loves it! The Tingly flavor is my husband's favorite since he likes all things Sichuan. I'm a huge fan of it on popcorn (as recommended!) and we also have used it in chicken, fish and veggie dishes. Overall, this seasoned salt set is a great addition to our kitchen, especially when we get bored of meals that we repeat too often.
