I prefer these to Gatorade or any pre-mixed sports drink. Very helpful to have these on trips with friends when there's drinking involved. I don't bounce back as quickly as I did in college lol. I definitely feel better after drinking one.

They don't always mix well and can sometimes be grainy/salty. The price point is a little high for how many you get in a pack, so when we do buy we buy in bulk at Costco.

The price is high. Yes, it's cheaper than buying ready-to-drink pedialyte, but it's not the most affordable thing to always keep on stock at home.
Not a huge fan. I like and appreciate the concept, but when added to my water this had an almost oily texture? It wasn't enjoyable, and the flavor seemed odd.

Liquid I.V. is simply a practical, appealing product. Does what it needs to do. Taste is appealing, and it's way more convenient than running to the store for a coconut water or similar when I'm hungover.

Feel bloated after, less sodium if possible. The lemon one has a terrible aftertaste.
Great product, I used it when I went hiking. Tastes a little on the chalky side, but when working with powered water enhancers that is bound to happen. Very unique flavors as well.

Didn't notice as "hydrating" of an impact as other electrolyte drinks or mixes. Priced at a premium, but didn't perform as such.
There is not a single Liquid I.V. flavor that I don't love. I love drinking these at music festivals, after working out or to cure a hangover.

Liquid I.V. is a lifesaver, especially if you're a college student. It has single-handedly saved me from some of the worst colds and hangovers of my life. I also love to mix it in with water after long runs or tough workouts, too. It's such a great product because you don't have to consume a large amount of fluid to obtain the hydration your body needs. I bought a large variety pack from Costco at the beginning of the year and it was a fantastic purchase.

One tip would be if you're really looking to rehydrate, mix liquid I.V. into a sports drink. I personally really like to mix the lemon-lime flavor of Liquid I.V. in with a yellow Gatorade. It makes the sports drink flavor taste better and gives you twice the amount of electrolytes.
Love the strawberry flavor, pina colada, and the new tropical punch. Great for when traveling. And you can use your FSA to purchase!

Wish it had more salt and less sugar. Would be nice to come in a tub with a scoop.
Tastes amazing and love that I can purchase and subscribe to save $$. I always throw one in my bag or have before a night out of drinking!

Exceptional product, I continuously keep our pantry stocked. Great for general hydration, or hangover cure, and the packets are easy to take along wherever they need to go.

Some flavors have a very pronounced alternative sweetener aftertaste.
I love Liquid IV and tried it after getting Covid when I needed to stay hydrated. I got the watermelon flavor and really enjoyed it. I noticed that when it's in a normal sized cup, it's fairly sweet. But if you put it in a 32 oz Nalgene, the saltiness comes out. It doesn't bother me, but something good to know!

Great product. Got this for my parents when they got Covid since they could only keep liquids down and weren’t really eating. They said they felt much more energetic after having Liquid IV

The strawberry flavor is okay. Tastes kinda salty. I would say it does work if you are feeling dehydrated or hungover. Dissolves easily
