Tender chocolate cookie and a tasty berry ice cream. Maybe could’ve been brighter in taste?

Jeni's just opened up near me and I love to go and try all of the flavors. I always have a good experience enjoying Jeni's icecream and love that I have one near me now. I would recommend to try out all of the flavors as there are so many

Jeni’s ice cream is simply delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of the flavors. It satisfies all my sweet tooth cravings.

I like Jeni’s flavors but don’t think they stand out against Van Leeuwan’s which is my preference

I find these to be a bit nauseating - not in a metaphorical/aesthetic sense, but as in I feel sick after eating Jeni's. Not sure if this is because of the sweetness and intensity of the flavors or because of the presence of additional fats/oils, but I really try to avoid this brand whenever possible. Overwhelming, queasy-making.

Jeni's is a Chicago staple. Walking into one of their stores is like an onslaught to your nostrils in the best possible way. They've always made interesting flavors that somehow can reach a broad audience. Their ice creams are silky smooth and not too sweet and there's a ton of variety. Never change, Jeni's!

You just can't go wrong with Jen's ice-cream. Though some of their favors can be a bit too adventurous for some there is something for everyone. I have a location near by and the staff are always incredibly friendly and quick. The lines can get long in the summer time but they always seem to get folks in and out in a few minutes. I also love their gift/merch section, it's always filled with the cutest items. I recently put together a house warming gift basket for some friends and a Jeni's giftcard and icecream scoop made a perfect addition.

Love!! The brambleberry crisp is unique and delicious enough to justify the price. The brand lives up to the hype and I would say for the uniqueness of flavors I would repurchase again. Despite the high price tag (I paid $15), it's quite rich (without being overpowering) so it goes a long way!

If they franchise, I am in. If theyre a public company, take my money for stocks... 10/10 with service, product, delivery every time no matter what state you are in! Love the innovative and fun flavors. Creamiest and most delicious ice cream out there. Homemade waffle cones are what keep me coming back as well...

I went to college in Ohio. Salted Carmel was the only thing that got me through the winters. Every flavor hits. They got Dolly Parton to collaborate with them. 10/10.

Jeni's a great balance of flavor and density. I love that it never feels too heavy and that it packs a lot of flavor.

I LOVE JENIS AND LITERALLY TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT. What’s not to like? Some of the best ice cream out there, it’s creamy, melty, the flavors are wacky but approachable and always good. I have not had a flavor I dislike, even the everything bagel flavor is good. Seriously good ice cream with kind and fun employees

In love with these creative flavors and the best waffle on ice cream I’ve ever had!!!

After visiting the new Jeni’s location near me, I was super disappointed. The ice cream made me feel extremely heavy afterwards and didn’t even taste great. Overall, dissapointed after all of the hype.
