Tasty, high quality hummus that tastes like it was made recently. The lemon garlic is a great flavor combination. It's a small amount of hummus for the cost, which is the only downside. The texture and taste are great.

Nice hummus with unique flavors

Absolutely delicious. I love this hummus and always have a few flavors in my fridge. I’ve tried the lemon dill, jalapeño lime, classic, beet, and red bell pepper varieties, and every single one is fantastic. The flavors are bold and vibrant, and the consistency is perfect: smooth, not thick or pasty. I’ve seen some reviews saying the flavors are too strong, but to me, that’s what makes them so good. They taste incredibly fresh, and the jalapeño lime in particular is next-level - it has a bright, zesty kick that’s super satisfying. It’s not too spicy, just a really well-balanced heat that adds a ton of flavor. Highly recommend!

The French onion hummus just might be the best store-bought hummus that I've ever had. Perfectly creamy, thick but not too thick, great onion flavor that's not overpowering.

The lemon dill hummus is such a unique and delicious flavor that it serves as an indulgence worth the money, despite the small package size. It's just that good.

Their everything bagel hummus has such a unique (in a good way) flavor!

Too lemony to the point that it’s sweet

Coming from my hometown this has been around for sometime in our area. Its so interesting seeing it expand as a brand. The hummus is good but can get pricey at some retailers.

I'm a hummus snob, but I really like Ithaca's flavors, especially the Lemon Dill. It's on the thicker side, which isn't my preference, but it's still very high quality and worth the purchase.

I love hummus and usually stick to more traditional offerings but when I saw beet hummus I had to try it. Well, I wasn’t disappointed- so good! Refreshing and so tasty. All of the flavors are just delicious.
