immi earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers convincing plant‑based broths (notably Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef”) and high protein, low‑carb, high‑fiber noodles that satisfy health‑minded eaters, but many find the noodle texture rubbery, grainy, or tough and the flavors occasionally bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it can be good when customized with add‑ins and longer cook times, yet recurring critiques cite small portions and inconsistent seasoning versus traditional ramen, making immi a thoughtful alternative rather than a universal crowd‑pleaser.

These were pretty good! I tried Spicy beef, black garlic chicken, and Tom yum shrimp and it was delish! The noodles took some getting used to, but I am used to the cheaply made Top Ramen noodles. It is nice to know there’s a company that wants to make quality Ramen! Worth a try and better for you than the cheap stuff!
sooo good my new fav and go to ramen honestly

Gotta be honest I didn’t love this. It was rubbery and had a super odd texture and I’m not a picky eater. It wasn’t at all like typical ramen. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't like the taste of the different flavors and the noodles tastes strange and unappetizing, had an unnatural texture and feel in mouth. Wanted to like it but will not buy again :(

I’m a big ramen noodles gal and these did not disappoint. Very tasty and soothing on an inside day for me. It really hit the spot!

Really excellent flavor but the price point is just not realistic when similar products are on the market.

21g of protein per pack is great (still not sure how they pack it in there as it's plant based, haha) but OOF that price tag! $5.39 for 1 pack is very steep, especially when comparing to the other upscale ramen options on the shelves which are in the $2.50-3.50/pack range. Tasty, but probably won't purchase again.

I like how much protein was in it. Easy to make, the taste wasn’t the greatest for me

It was a nice healthy alternative to the more readily available ramen brands. I am really pleased with the flavor and will be repurchasing soon.

I actually like the unusual texture of this high protein ramen! It’s chewy, soft, a tad grainy. The seasoning packet, however, turned me off. I added like a quarter of the packet and the flavor was very overwhelming.
I tried the beef variant and was pleasantly surprised at how similar it was to normal ramen. It was even a little spicy!

I’m a big fan of these noodles! I love ramen, but as a vegetarian often can’t eat the normal packs of ramen at the store and have a hard time finding protein rich options. These are awesome because they are packed with protein and fiber. But I treat them more as a base than a full meal. I always add some spices to the broth or a sprinkle of nooch, and I add my own veggies as well to get more textures into the meal. This leads me to some of the negatives of the ramen: the texture is a bit rubbery and not always pleasant, the soup bases are sometimes too bland, and omg the PRICE! I would never buy these not on sale because they are so so pricey!

I love all the different flavors and varieties. The noodles are a different texture of what I am used to. They are good just a little more chewy. I really like that these are high protein and low carb. Great alternative for a healthy meal plan. I jazzed up my ramen by adding some veggies and hot chili sauce.
Immi is an amazing new way to snack on ramen. The Immi way is a healthier and better way to eat ramen.
I have tasted the chicken flavor! Super delicious and I appreciate the high protein content. Greta to dress up with your own fresh garnishing. Awesome product!
Tried the garlic chicken instant noodle. Sigh. It was…easy to make. And the nutrition was stellar. But it was tough to finish the bowl even after doctoring it up (which to be fair we would do with most meals like this—that’s why there’s stuff in the pantry right?). Noods had texture that wasn’t western carby goodness. More bouncy but could be slurped. The broth was just off-putting with a vaguely sour and funky note. I’m not excited about trying again. Small world, lots of companies in the healthy noodle game.
I really hate leaving bad reviews, especially because I know this brand probably worked very hard to create a better version of the trash ramen currently on shelves. I have to respect that they tried to make a great tasting alternative, but honestly none of their flavors wowed me, and I thought the noodles were rubbery. I saw an ad and didn’t even hesitate I immediately jumped in and bought a variety pack. but I didn’t even finish the whole thing, I was so disappointed with the flavors. I think they have a great story, a great mission and a potentially great product, but I hope they can perfect the noodles and the flavors. Sorry immi, I tried. Two stars because their customer service and response time is great.

I really, really wanted immi to be my go to instant ramen replacement but alas, the taste and texture of these noodles just did not cut it for me. I tried the tom yum and black garlic flavor and neither flavor tasted like what what they claimed to be and both had a very chalky aftertaste to me. And the noodles, no matter how long or little I cooked them, just stayed dry somehow. Sad to say, will not ever repurchase :(
Found these at WholeFoods and wanted to try them as a more protein-packed alternative to ramen. It was okay at best! They use pumpkin seed protein for their ramen noodles and it just creates a really chewy and dense noodle. The soup packet itself is good, but it just doesn't hit those late night cravings the same as other ramen brands. It's a good alternative if you're on a diet or want to increase your daily protein, but not something I would willingly get if it wasn't for wanting to increase my protein intake.
