immi earns polarized reviews: many praise the plant‑based ramen for satisfying, high‑protein, low‑carb comfort with flavorful broths like Black Garlic “Chicken,” Spicy “Beef,” and Tom Yum, while a substantial number say it isn’t good because the noodles taste rubbery or grainy and the soups can be bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it works well as a healthy base with add‑ins and easy prep, but texture inconsistencies, small portions, and flavor balance hold it back.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, especially because I know this brand probably worked very hard to create a better version of the trash ramen currently on shelves. I have to respect that they tried to make a great tasting alternative, but honestly none of their flavors wowed me, and I thought the noodles were rubbery. I saw an ad and didn’t even hesitate I immediately jumped in and bought a variety pack. but I didn’t even finish the whole thing, I was so disappointed with the flavors. I think they have a great story, a great mission and a potentially great product, but I hope they can perfect the noodles and the flavors. Sorry immi, I tried. Two stars because their customer service and response time is great.

I really, really wanted immi to be my go to instant ramen replacement but alas, the taste and texture of these noodles just did not cut it for me. I tried the tom yum and black garlic flavor and neither flavor tasted like what what they claimed to be and both had a very chalky aftertaste to me. And the noodles, no matter how long or little I cooked them, just stayed dry somehow. Sad to say, will not ever repurchase :(
Found these at WholeFoods and wanted to try them as a more protein-packed alternative to ramen. It was okay at best! They use pumpkin seed protein for their ramen noodles and it just creates a really chewy and dense noodle. The soup packet itself is good, but it just doesn't hit those late night cravings the same as other ramen brands. It's a good alternative if you're on a diet or want to increase your daily protein, but not something I would willingly get if it wasn't for wanting to increase my protein intake.
One packet of this ramen costs a whopping $6.50 @ Whole Foods. Judging from the brand site, it's about the same price to buy multiple servings/in bulk. I understand this ramen is supposed to be healthier, more filling, more innovative .. but $6.50?! For instant ramen?! I tried the Black Garlic Chicken flavor and while it was not terrible, it also wasn't good. The noodles were a strange texture that could not be improved, even as I added ingredients that usually zhuzh up any noodle dish (chili oil, bit of creamy nut butter, etc) -- probably because the noodle is made of pumpkin seed protein (which I had never seen before with noodles) Worth to try just once in case you may like it .. though for the price, I will not likely be trying any other flavors/same flavor again.
I actually saw these featured on tiktok by @TheGoldenBalance and even @ChiliPepperCooks and then got an ad lol. Was a bit thrown off by price but I bit the bullet and I am so glad. I MISSED MY RAMEN!!! Cooking instructions were so easy, I just threw in the microwave but I heard stovetop is better. The bowl might be hot so just be careful haha. The noodles def taste different but I actually really enjoy the texture a ton, it's kind of addicting and I can't believe how low the net carbs are. Being mainly vegetarian, instant ramen choices are so limited and I'm mainly stuck to plain miso. The broth flavors are CRAAAZY good, like I can literally just drink them and I'd be happy. Easily the best tasting plant-based broths for instant ramen I've had. I also like that I can just adjust the sodium amount since it's all in the seasoning packet. I was also surprised that I didn't feel lethargic after eating. If anything, I felt my energy levels were up.

Packaging is sooo nice. It really pops and looks cool in the pantry, especially when I have guests over. For improvement, I think the noodle can be slightly softer but they actually told me on IG that they're coming out with a softer ramen noodle and even more flavors very soon so I'm so hyped to try those. Will report back. Also, you can get these at Whole Foods so it would be cool to see them at Sprouts and more stores so it's more accessible. They're also pretty friendly on IG and respond FAST. I feel like other brands take forever or it's an automated reply. Excited to see them grow and I hope they always keep the community in mind :)
This is a good option if you really want an instant, healthy, vegan cup of noodles. However, they've still got a long way to go in terms of flavor (at least for the Creamy "Chicken" flavor). Maybe someone who's accustomed to the artificial, vegan "chicken" flavor won't mind it, the low carb noodles really aren't doing any favors for your tastebuds here.

Clearly in the minority here but I really like immi and reach for it often when I want something quick and protein-forward that also scratches the "comfort carb" itch. The texture of the noodles doesn't bother me as I always prefer my ramen noodles on the chewier side and I find the flavors - while not necessarily true to what they are named after - still satisfying and robust. For someone who doesn't usually seek plant-based foods.
I like the concept but not the reality of high protein noodles because I find the noodles have a strange texture. But for all I know I have been so used to eating the cheap stuff that maybe this is how they are really supposed to taste. The seasoning is very nice without all the salt of other brands. I did really like the veggie topping mix to add to my ramen as well as other dishes that need a little boost of vegetable power. I would recommend getting a variety pack to try it out.
This was decent. The flavor is good but nothing special compared to other ramen. The texture of the noodles was strange... not awful but a little gummy.
I enjoy this healthier and plant based option that is readily available and easy to make. However, I wish the flors were stonger and that there was more in the ramen, like veggies.
I wasn’t sure about these at first- the noodles are kinda a weird texture but the flavor is pretty good overall! I definitely would buy these again, especially with the amount of protein in each one.

Delicious, easy to prepare noodles. The ingredients and flavor is far superior than any other brand on the market!

Really tasty and I can’t believe they pack as healthy of a punch as they do. The texture is slightly chalky which would be the only downside but in the hot soup, it’s less noticeable.

Absolutely delicious! Love the different flavors - I tried the shrimp and the black garlic. Super flavorful and happy it’s healthy and not loaded with artificial ingredients

The bright yellow package is very eye catching. I noticed it on the shelf in the store right away! Although such food is not at all healthy, it helps a lot if you don`t have time or you`re in rush and instead of snacking or ordering junk food, you can quickly make this ramen soup, which low-carb, plant-based and high-protein. And you can add more protein if you have boiled eggs, fried chicken, ham or cheese in your fridge. I added boiled egg and some vegetables to it. I liked that noodles were soft, but not overcooked.

I honestly didn’t like the flavor at all…don’t really have anything more to say. I do think the packaging is very cute.

Did not think I would find a solid vegan replacement for Cup of Ramen noodles… but here we are!! Delicious, tasty, goes well with a veggie stir fry, over some broth or just as-is. Immi noodles have quickly become a go-to staple during my work week for a healthy + easy meal :) Definitely recommend.
I actually thought it was delicious. Especially the soup. I added veggies and dumplings and it was a great lunch! I recommend Beef flavors! In the future with this price point, I would like to see made in USA instead of China
