We're Not Really Strangers
I have the original card game and a couple merch items from WNRS -- I find almost everything they come out with to be thought provoking and high quality. Excited to see what they come out with in the future!
I do like the design and ease of the quip brush -- used it for almost 2 years. I wanted to replace a broken part on the brush and found the replacement process needlessly tedious and not quick enough (required I take multiple pictures of the crack in the brush part, too much back and forth conversation, CS wasn't responsive enough, etc) and that turned me off from the product to be honest. I was a longstanding customer, and the fact that I reached out once to replace a certain brush part and had to go through this process instead of them just sending me the small replacement piece (not a new brush, just one tiny plastic insert) left a proverbial bad taste in my mouth. I have since switched to the most affordable philips sonicare model -- which I like better because the vibrations are a little stronger and I feel like I'm getting a better clean.
The chipotle flavor sauce is really yummy - versatile to use as a dip by itself or mix into other sauces or dressings. I'd love to try the other flavors as well.
Pricey but quality water bottles; I recommend getting any of their fun limited edition colors if you can snag them!
I have tried their viral snail mucin products that personally I find only OKAY for some reason, pretty sticky and not as moisturizing as I expected (I have dry, mildly sensitive skin). I find that their propolis products work better!
Eaten through a few bags/flavors of their lupini bean snacks -- delicious, healthy, protein dense snack that is travel friendly and keeps me from spending too much on junk when I'm hungry. They're great!
The Ordinary is the OG of the ultra affordable skincare companies, bringing basic formulas and simple quality skincare to the masses. I remember when they launched and were ALL the hype. Some of their products are still worth it imo (rosehip oil, squalane, maybe 2 or 3 others) and I like to keep up with their releases. Are they the best formulations in skincare? Definitely not. For the price though, you really can not complain.
One of the first NA beers I tried and while I don't think anyone would confuse their beers for regular beers, they are a relatively tasty option for those looking to cut alcohol consumption. Is this my first choice on a night out? No. Would I have one ever again? Yes.
One packet of this ramen costs a whopping $6.50 @ Whole Foods. Judging from the brand site, it's about the same price to buy multiple servings/in bulk. I understand this ramen is supposed to be healthier, more filling, more innovative .. but $6.50?! For instant ramen?! I tried the Black Garlic Chicken flavor and while it was not terrible, it also wasn't good. The noodles were a strange texture that could not be improved, even as I added ingredients that usually zhuzh up any noodle dish (chili oil, bit of creamy nut butter, etc) -- probably because the noodle is made of pumpkin seed protein (which I had never seen before with noodles) Worth to try just once in case you may like it .. though for the price, I will not likely be trying any other flavors/same flavor again.
Delicious chocolate snacks with the CLEANEST list of ingredients you'll find. Truly, what more could one ask for??! Worth it.
