Gave me terrible gas, among other things. I understand that if you have that much fiber in one serving, that might be an issue. I also noticed that the smell of the flavor packet would eventually ooze out of my very pores. Only eat if you're stuck at home, by yourself. Which might very well be your predicament due to the pandemic. If it was available in the grocery store, and didn't give me an aroma, I'd buy it again.

I got a variety 6 pack. At first I thought it was a strange texture, but grew on me. My favorite flavor was the shrimp by far. It was really delicious. As long as I'm not eating real noodles in comparison, this is a decent sub. It was also really nice to have a full balanced meal that was shelf stable,  low carb, and high protein that I could make in 7 minutes plus an egg.

I think their messaging is a little confusing -- I got plant-based right away, but what I didn't realize was low-car/high-protein. In other words, the noodles are not regular noodles, they are seed-based cardboard-y science projects. Even on the stove for 9 minutes, they were super toothsome. The broth flavors are fantastic - I'd use the packets with my own regular noodles for sure. Sadly, I won't re-order, won't eat the rest of my shipment. Confused about who is loving these and how they made them edible! Tell us the secrets!

Slow to ship compared to competitors, but great concept that I was interested in supporting. Directions were clear. Package has cute ideas for what to add to your bowl. 

I think it would be awesome if they put a suggested recipe on the packaging. I added lime, and tofu but I'd like to see what they suggest. I'm a vegetarian so I don't like seeing the word "shrimp" on it, but i guess its to attract people that eat meat. 

I tried the "Tom Yum" flavor, thought it was great! The noodles are definitely different from traditional ramen noodles and the off the shelf fake instant noodles. It has a nice bite which I like and its something I would overlook because it has so much protein and its real. Real ingredients, etc. Would purchase this when i go on trips.

The taste and texture of the Ramen. Brith dies not really have enough flavor

Took almost a month to get. Was do excited to try. The "noodles" have a strange texture and taste. Next time I tried to cook flavor packet while cooking the Ramen. Not really much improvement. Ate it with a spicy red dance and sausage. Edible but won't buy again. Too expensive to mot give your tongue the wow experience.

I really like the idea behind this. Please work on the flavor of the noodles.

I was so happy to receive my Ramen package. Unfortunately after making a pack of the Black Garlic Chicken I was instantly disappointed after my first bite. The noodles do not taste like traditional. I did not enjoy the taste at all. I gave it chance after chance, with each bite I want to like it but it just did not taste good to me. I have 5 packs remaining but they are going to sit on the shelf.

The texture of the noodles are very different than a traditional ramen. It’s just something to consider when you buy. 

The flavors of each ramen packet are so delicious. 

unfortunately not very good. The noodles tasted weird and made me very gassy. The broth was good though. 

Tasted absolutely horrible. The noodles are a very weird texture and have a slightly bitter flavor (and smell like weird processed food when you first open the vaccuum packed plastic package they come in). The soup packets don't have enough taste either. It takes 5+ minutes to make in the microwave and you're left with limp grey noodles in flavored water. I got the variety pack which was pretty pricey. 

I think this is a much needed product, ramen needs a tasty yummy update! Founders are very nice, gave me a refund without me asking once they heard of my experience. 

It takes 7 min in the microwave which is kinda a crazy long time but its not a deal breaker. It's also still quite expensive :) 

Okay so I tried v2.0 of Immi and it’s INCREDIBLE what their team has done in the past few months. It’s SO much better. The noodles have that familiar ramen “bite” and texture now and the flavor is great too! It doesn’t taste exactly like traditional ramen but it’s actually tasty in its own right and is healthier than the old stuff. You can even see the difference from their new noodles (Peep the photo for 3 packages so you can see it in all stages). I’ve seen people add a ton of creative toppings - my fav are some chicken, Bok choy, an egg, and some chives but I kept it plain in the pic so you could see what it looks like straight up out of the package. I honestly thought v1.0 was terrible but the new version is so much more improved I can’t wait to see what’s next from this team :)
