Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • These are my favorite acne patches. I love that I can use them during the day without being able to see them.

One thing I've noticed with acne patches is that you have to be careful of the other products on your skin: if you have any sort of moisturizer or serum on your face then the patches won't stay in place very well. Hero's patches do a better job than most, but it's still best to avoid using in conjunction with super heavy moisturizing products. Which sometimes sucks because I like to wear these overnight but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • The mighty patches really do help get rid of surface level pimples FAST. I haven't had as much experience with their other products, except for the deep pimple patches which didn't do much for me.

Price could use improvement. Hydrocolloid bandages are significantly less expensive.

  • I did not notice much of a difference when using these patches on any acne. I noticed where it pulled stuff from my face but it never seemed to work directly on the spot I was trying to target.

    Feedback

These just didn't seem to work great for me. I am going to try the patches for deeper acne and see if those work any better for me. I hear such good things about them, I want to find the ones that work best for me.

  • Not a big user of this type of product but wanted to try it. It definitely dried out a pimple but it's hard for me to say if it worked better than other products out there on the market as I have nothing to compare to. I will definitely keep using it but unsure yet if I'll buy it again. I certainly have nothing bad to say about the product.

  • Literally sucks out your pimple. I have tried many spot treatments and this is definitely my favorite. They are the only spot patches that I have tried that stay on. You can visibly see results overnight

Wish they were less noticable so you could wear one around in the day for a last min pimple emergency

  • The mighty patches worked after about two nights in a row of usage! Helped clear up large pimples but a time or two left them open / exposed the next day.

  • It great to protect pimples that you might pick at or if you have back acne but did not help it bring the size of the pimple down. It does very clearly say only works on white heads but still didn’t do much for the pimple over all. I’ve definitely used patches that have done more for less. Some of the other type of patches they brought out might work better but the original really didn’t do anything.

I think the amount of patches they give and the dot could vary in size. Between a large medium and small. I sometime had to cut them

  • I feel like I really had to use this on specific, almost expired already, pimples to get the patch to work and draw it out correctly. Now, I’m left with tiny red marks where the pimple used to be on some of the places I put these patches (chin, forehead, etc.). I am not a pimple picker and these red marks have not budged in a year since I’ve used these patches. I’d steer clear putting this on your face.

Don’t leave marks on skin from almost but never quite healed pimples

  • I have found that the acne patches work pretty well for getting rid of acne, but really well at getting me to not mess with my acne.

  • Used the dark spot patch and it worked really well. It's the first product I have used that had a noticeable effect

    Feedback

Resealable packaging would be nice, I don't use mine often

  • I have bought these 7x times I am obsessed. The most sticky on the market and it really does suck everything out. I can't be out of these

  • I saw this in store and knew I needed to try it. I don't usually get breakouts but once a month I do and I wanted to test out how these worked. I used it overnight on the spot developing and what usually takes weeks to begin healing, this turned out to begin the healing process in less than a week! I am thoroughly impressed and I will continue to use this when I see a developing spot!

  • Reliable acne patch that is easily accessible and can be found in most retailers. The patch is quite thick and only comes in one size so it is not camouflaged, but it does the job really well!

    Feedback

Would appreciate if it could be found in different sizes in one box, and if there were several sheets in one box to avoid wasting packaging and having to buy multiple every month.

  • Good and useful for emergencies but occasionally I found it leaded to more acne scars.

  • Works well for white heads, but doesn’t do anything for under skin clogged pores which is what I suffer from.

    Feedback

Wish they came in different sizes.

  • Love the Mighty patch! Have only used the original so far but its the best thing to use when I have a break out. I have used other brands before and none worked as good as these! Definitely worth the money.

  • These are great in a pinch and I like the price compared to others like Starface. I also appreciate how discreet they are.

  • At a price point that is much more palatable than the Star Face patches, these are thick enough to feel substantial but thin enough to completely disappear wherever you place them.
