Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • I swear by these patches. They really work well. I've tried a few different brands and I do think that Hero Cosmetics is the best one on the market.

  • I have no idea how these work, but they truly do. Best patch I have used!

    Feedback

The packaging can be sleeker due to the size of the product.

  • I didn't really notice a huge difference but I do think it could help in certain situations.

  • I recently tried the Mighty Patch after receiving them in my Allure beauty box, and was not impressed. I don't feel like it improved blemishes at all. I'll give these another try but currently don't think I'd ever buy them on my own.

  • These are the best! They're the only acne patches that work.

    Feedback

Nothing really. I just want to find them more easily in retail stores so I can get them right away when I need them.

  • I have suffered from acne for years, and one of the only products I have had success with once the zit has already formed is the Mighty Patch. It’s feels magical when you put a patch on before bed, and the next morning your zit has shrunk to nothing.

The packaging often makes more than the desired amount of patches come off at once, which ends up wasting a couple patches. If there was a way to make them packaged individually that would be better.

  • The Mighty Patch and the Lightning Wand are holy grails in my skincare routine. I am a picker and the patch has helped so much to not only help me not pick but also to suction out all of the pimple. I began using the Lightning Wand a couple of months ago, I scar easily and have hyperpigmentation on my skin any time I have a pimple and wow, it disappears before my eyes. Obviously, it's not an overnight miracle but there is always a significant difference.

  • Effective, and that's what really matters! And small/thin enough that they're pretty inconspicuous: I can easily wear them on zoom calls without feeling like they're super visible!

  • These are so great for white heads and because they're clear you can wear them all day without people noticing.

    Feedback

I do prefer the CosRX ones but that's just because they're slightly cheaper

  • OBSESSED. This is a life saver. Not sure what I would do without it. It really does work, helps your acne heal MUCH faster. and takes sooo much gunk out. I love it.

  • This will suck your pimple away. I love using this when I get ones that I am afraid I am going to want to pop. I just wear them over night then when I wake up the next morning the pimple isnt as angry or painful or noticeable. It works like actual magic. And they are fun

    Feedback

Would love more fun shapes :)

  • They do the job! Honestly I don't really noticed a difference between Mighty Patch and any other hydrocolloid patch out there.

For the price and amount you get, it's better to go with a generic brand that you could also find on Amazon. Other places offer various sizes as well and for a much better price point

  • I love how easy it is to use and it really does help prevent me from picking my skin and quickly reduce whiteheads.

    Feedback

Sell them in larger sizes / cheaper

  • I've tried these and star face, and while I think the stars are cute, I find these more practical. I have to wear a mask at work, and I like wearing these under my mask if I have a pimple. I find they blend into your skin easily (still noticeable up close). I also like the variety of sizes.

    Feedback

    Nothing! Simple and effective!

  • I buy this patches for both me and my teen, and I've been doing that for more than 2 years now. My experience with this product has always been satisfactory: The patches stay in place, even when applied to areas where there's a lot of movement, however, they don't get sticky nor hurt the skin when you peel them off.

    Feedback

I would love to see more sizes (like the band-aids have) to use in different areas of the body where you might get a bump.

  • I tried one of their products and it did nothing. It was mighty patch - micropoint for dark spots. I also am not a fan of pimple patches. I don't think they work for me. They always fall off of me too...

    Feedback

    Stronger formula and stickiness

  • The patches work to an extent, but they don’t really do much for me. Great for covering pimples when going out of the house, though!

    Feedback

Microdarts to help with product absorption

  • I love the Mighty Patch. I've tried a handful of spot patches and these are the best by far. The invisible patches are truly invisible, sometimes I forget I have them on and I never feel embarrassed walking around in public with them on. They do wonders for making zits either disappear or come to a manageable head.

    Feedback

I just wish they came in massive packs!

  • I have been using the mighty patches for a few years and I find them super helpful for small breakouts. It definitely helps them go down a little quicker. Do be aware that they are a little drying to the breakout area so definitely make sure to moisturizer those areas in between patches. I would not recommend these to be used on cysts because you will just end up with with flaky skin.
