Glossier delivers effortless, natural-looking makeup that many reviews praise—standouts include Boy Brow, Cloud Paint, Lash Slick, Stretch Concealer, and the “You” fragrance—while frequent critiques cite sheer coverage, short wear, and hit‑or‑miss skincare. Reviews of Glossier highlight intuitive, finger-friendly textures, flattering shades, iconic scent, and chic design, but also note reformulations (You and Balm Dotcom), packaging breaks/leaks, limited shade range, and products that feel lightweight to the point of barely there.

Great products! And, I've had the chance to shop in their store front retail location and it is a really fun experience. I love the minimalist approach to their products!

Love what I have tried in this brand. Want to try more!
Been an early adopter of Glossier and have tried a good range of their skincare and make up products. The serums did nothing for my skin...really surprised here. Zero effect! The balm dot com and cheek color work well but everything else felt a bit cheap and did not last long. For the price point, I think you're really paying for brand than you are product.
Cute packaging, captivating marketing, but the products are mostly just fine. There's nothing in the lineup that is particularly outstanding but it's a fun brand!
I've been a Glossier user for about 3 or so years. For reference, I am generally a medium-neutral in most makeup brands, hooded eyelids, and combination skin. Skincare and makeup is very much personal, and Glossier likely will not be able to meet someone's needs with their entire collection - but their populars are definitely popular for a reason - e.g. their liquid blush (cloud paint) and boy brow! Their eyeshadow products and skincare products are passable, and their new formula of their lip balm is also no longer a competitive formula with other lip balms in the market. However - if you get the chance to shop their OG formula - do it! You won't regret stocking up a bit. It will hopefully also put a little bit of pressure to bring the old formula back... :) They do an excellent job in marketing and branding and the use of their products will probably provide you a lovely, mini dose of serotonin.

Really cute packaging, love the mission, and absolutely think their stores are adorable. I go in all the time when walking around in LA to visit friends. The products themselves however don't feel too different to what I'd get at Wal-greens or CVS..
Glossier is one of my favorite makeup brands. I particularly enjoy the packaging used for the products, but the formulas are so good. Particularly, the Balm Dot Com is one of the best balms I have ever used. It is moisturizing and nourishing and I like that you can get different flavors and color tints.

I've gotten a variety of products over the years - cute packaging, super great quality, and beautiful colors.
The branding is so cute but I think the products are nothing groundbreaking. Still good but maybe not worth the price for everything. Probably depends what you buy!

Great products for people who like a light amount of makeup that can be applied in little amount of time
Love the brand's aesthetic and minimalist approach to beauty. I love the color of the Wild Fig Balm Dot Com and keep it in my purse. However, the texture is unremarkable and feels like many other lip products I've tried. I will definitely use my tube up, but will probably hesitate to repurchase.
I love the glossier boy brow! It’s just a quick, easy step to help frame your face and make your makeup look a little more put together. Defines your brows but nothing harsh.
My favorite beauty brand - I find all of their products to apply cleanly (and remove cleanly), perfect "no-makeup" makeup look, and for someone who is not super skilled (or interested in learning!) as a makeup artist or stylist, Glossier is always a lifesaver. Favorite products: Superdew, Balm Dot Com, Cloud Paint Cheek Color, and lip gloss

as someone who doesn’t wear makeup i’ve used lots of glossier’s skincare products before. the products are not anything special and are quite basic. their skincare line is focused towards people that already have good skin but want some fun products to use on the daily. i’ve also found a lot of their products to be quite stripping and irritating for someone with sensitive skin. wouldn’t recommend but isn’t horrible.
Not a huge fan of their makeup—I've tried their lipgloss and found it to be super heavy/sticky and their balm dotcoms feel waxy and wipe off quickly without moisturizing. However, I currently have their solid perfume and LOVE the smell. I also feel like the perfume stays on a long time.

i love boy brow, brow flick, and their bronzer. their you perfume smells amazing on me. hard to come by in australia is all ;)
I have used some of their makeup products namely the blush and the brow gel. They worked really well and the blush was a really pretty color. It wasn't anything to crazy good but I did like the consistency of the blush and think it's worth it if you like a more subtle color for your cheeks
Nothing can beat their branding and their goodies. I don’t love the skincare because it’s not clean but I love the brand and have a lot of their stuff!

I want to love Glossier but it's so hit or miss for me. There are some products that I love such as the boybrow and cloud paint but the rest of the makeup is not worth the money. I found that the concealer did not last, even though it left a beutiful finish- it never seemed to set and would glide off my face. But the one thing that Glossier does really well, is their branding and their limited merch drops.
