Girlfriend Collective earns largely positive reviews for durable, size‑inclusive activewear with rich colors, supportive Paloma and Tommy bras, and long‑lasting OG/compressive leggings; many say the brand is good and pieces hold up for years. Reviews also flag weaknesses: inconsistent sizing, leggings that can run thick, slide down, or pill/lose shape over time, variable quality across lines, and some styles lacking breathability or support.

I've been following them since they were selling their viral "free + cost of shipping" leggings YEARS ago and the quality has only improved since then. They also had great customer service then and still do - they sent me another pair back then when I had a defective pair! and they've helped me out since then with other stuff too) It's great to have sustainable/recycled athleisure and most of the things I purchase from there fit me decently well. I still think that Lululemon fits me better than Girlfriend only because they have more sizes (like # sizes versus S/M/L) but my an underrated fave item of mine from Girlfriend is socks!! I LOVE my quarter crew socks from them. Also love that they are size inclusive in product photos! And that the clothing pouch is an optional add on now I believe, rather than it being included with every order.

Cost/promotions. It's still kind of pricey to shop from them, but their sales/deals are decent, and they're sold at other retailers that sometimes have their stuff on sale!

I love my girlfriend collective leggings. I got them when the brand was still doing a kick starter type funding and they are still in great shape.
Purchased GFC before when they first launched on Kickstarter, it did take them over a year to ship out their first pair of leggings, but well worth the wait! It's been amazing to see how far they've come. I love their new designs, sizing, and colors.

Leggings don't fit perfectly in the groin/hip area
I found this brand on a crowdfunding site ages ago, and am happy to see they've kept the initial quality. My leggings have lasted 5+ years, and I love the newer "float" fabric too - feels super buttery and comfortable. Love their size-inclusive images online and the color range of their products!
I loved my very first pair of $20 leggings. I still have them and wear them. I've ordered leggings 3 more times, and each time, even though I buy the same size, they seem smaller than the last!

Keep regular colors in rotation. More lengths!
I am absolutely obsessed with this brand - from their focus on sustainability and environment, to having a superior product that both fits and performs better than any other brand I've tried. They do everything right in my book! Their support team is great and their overall policies are customer-friendly. I can't even keep count of how many GFC pieces I own now...
Obsessed with Girlfriend Collective. I have been wearing them religiously since their inception. I participated in their innovative marketing campaign where you were able to redeem a free pair of leggings if you shared the brand with a friend on Facebook and since then I have been a loyal customer! I love their leggings and the Paloma bra is my favorite! I don't work out in it, but I wear it every day. I have it in 5 different colors!

My favorite activewear brand! Love the mission, love the sizing & maternity options, and love the color selection. I find the quality of material allows it to last longer than some of the other brands on the market and have even gifted outfits to friends.
LOVE the brand and products! For all the Aritzia lovers out there, Girlfriend Collective makes better activewear, no argument! I also find the sizes are more forgiving, easier to understand and choose, compared to lululemon. I've bought 5 items in 2 months. Enough said.

Love my sport skort! It's perfect for playing pickleball or taking long walks. Totally cute, yet functional. The fabric also feels durable and not at all restrictive, like some other skorts I've tried. Would recommend

LOVE this company's mission and size-inclusive products! I got my very first pair of their leggings when they were still starting out—all you had to pay for was shipping from (I think) Thailand. Their quality has remained the same, or possibly even improved, as have their colorways and silhouettes. In my experience, a great alternative to companies like Alo for curvier bodies.
I ordered a few things from their site and had to return it all. The material wasn't very comfortable or flattering, and the sizing was off for me. I have other brands I like more than try this brand again.
I've bought both activewear and loungewear pieces from Girlfriend Collective over the years and I love all of my pieces. Their fleece half zip is my absolute favourite but I don't think they do this style anymore. I find the compressive tights are sports bars comfortable and flattering to workout in but I find the sizing can be a little inconsistent across the different styles. I also find that popular sizes tend to be out of stock frequently on their website. I've had my leggings and sports bras for a few years now and they wash and wear really well, so I can vouch for the quality.

Super high quality clothing with clean, irritant free fabrics! I’d buy a whole wardrobe of it if I could.
I've been buying from Girlfriend Collective for 6+ years now and the quality for the price is truly astounding. I love all their bras, shorts, and skirts. However the leggings don't quite work for me as they fit odd around the crotch area and don't stay up when working out. Aside from the leggings would recommend in a heartbeat. Also love that they are made from recycled water bottles! Shipping to the US can be a bit long, but considering it's coming from outside of the country, that's understandable.

Bought the leggings and bra but prefer lululemon fabrics and Forme function.
As a disabled person these clothes are so comfy and make me feel put together. I may not sue workout clothes as for what they’re made for. But they get me kickstarted for the day. I love the colour range and they feel so soft on the skin.

Don't really like the main fabric feel - too plasticky/slick and too thick at the same time. Fabric is recycled, but just feels cheap and horrible handfeel. Sizing seems weird too, but there's just something bulky and unattractive about their lycra fabric. I found it gross/unappealing. I also don't think the fits or cuts are that flattering tbh.
I purchased a pair of the softest joggers and they're my go-to especially during this Southern California winter. I wear it out and about or when I am working from home. I also received a couple of compliments from friends and family members on how chic and stylish they look! They were even more impressed with the super soft material.
