Ministry of Supply
Experience
The material of its functional, high performance dressy clothes is the key factor to my purchase. I like the simplicity in its design, having an almost unisex appeal. However, after a few washes, they started to deteriorate, losing the crisp feel.
Feedback
The clothes don't age well. It could be that the thickness of the material decides the length of its wearability.
Drunk Elephant
Experience
There are a few things I like about this brand - it was one of the first clean/non-toxic skin care products sold on Sephora; it has attention grabbing packaging; and the products sort of work. For the most part, I didn't mind using Drunk Elephant's products, especially didn't mind the travel sized ones. The Vitamin C Serum probably was my favourite. But for the price that I paid at, the products left me without much confidence in the effectiveness. At least, my skin wasn't irritated.
Feedback
I'd make the price point more affordable as the brand is targeting mid 20s-early 30s consumers.
Herbivore Botanicals
Experience
Really wanted to love the products... I even bought the travelling set for my wedding trip to Hong Kong. They just didn't work. Didn't really improve my skin conditions. But they are pretty to the eyes.
P.volve
Experience
A cool concept, a leader of its kind, but I imagine it's difficult to retain customers. The brand popped up in my Instagram feed a little after the world entered into a pandemic lockdown. Working out at home was the only option for many people like me. I signed up for the trial and ordered a few pieces of equipment. The order arrived relatively quickly. But I didn't continue the workout or equipment as I didn't find them all that useful/effective. The ball and sliders are now sitting in a corner collecting dust...

Workout sessions are not easy to follow. It's designed for personal trainers with clients.
Fenty Beauty
Experience
I am a fan of Rihanna, but not so much of her makeup brand Fenty Beauty. The products are bold, just like Rihanna, appealing to younger crowds and more diverse communities. However, I personally find it overwhelming, especially with the busy packaging and different options.

Don't love the quality. Foundation gives me breakouts each time I used it.
Everlane
Experience
A modern professional's wardrobe. Everlane offers a wide range of clothing, shoes and accessories for both men and women. I fell in love with the Glove flats and received many compliments on them. They go well with almost everything I own and require minimal care. I also bought a few articles of clothing for my husband and myself. Good quality, trouble-free shipping to Canada. The downside is that because the products are made for day to day wear, we tend to abuse and overuse them so they deteriorate faster than other items from different brands.

Shoe size varies from style to style.
Girlfriend Collective
Experience
LOVE the brand and products! For all the Aritzia lovers out there, Girlfriend Collective makes better activewear, no argument! I also find the sizes are more forgiving, easier to understand and choose, compared to lululemon. I've bought 5 items in 2 months. Enough said.

Wild One
Experience
I have my eyes on their website for some time and finally purchased a dog toy - the triangle tug (https://wildone.com/products/triangle-tug) for my 1.5 years old pug. My boy loves ropes! All of his ropes are still around, except the Wild One one. It only lasted for 2 months and it was a goner. Still can't believe my pug destroyed the rope with his tiny teeth (he's also missing 9 teeth!)

Quality and durability need more work.
Necessaire
Experience
Bought hand cream and body lotion. So far I've only used the hand cream. It is everything I wanted for hand cream - unscented, clean, leaves no greasy feeling. Good size. Almost like a steal, for what the price is. Minimalistic, sex-neutral packaging. Definitely a nitch market product, a smaller audience I reckon.

I am happy with the products.
Vessi
Experience
For what it is, a solid 4/5. I bought a pair of Vessi last year, together with my husband. The shoes helped us through many rainy days as Vancouver rains half of the year. But they only lasted for about a year. And at the beginning, they were quite tight around the top of the foot, cutting off circulation. It was worth the try though.

Shoes started to leak a bit in Month 10. Perhaps there should be a care kit for the shoes?
