Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

not my fave taste. i had the ghia le fizz and it tasted much more like kombucha rather than a cocktail alternative. i haven't drank in a year now, so i'm always looking for elegant, fun alternatives, but ghia was just not it for me. i'd like to try more of their products to see if other options are more up my alley, but at their price point i'm a bit hesitant. overall i think the mocktail space suffers from this inability to find their own uniqueness in a market that is oversaturated. most mocktails are either just reminiscent of kombucha, juice, or overcompensate with herbal flavors to mimic the taste of gin.
I love this as an alternative to alcohol. They all have an appealing taste. Only issue I think is they are quite pricey.

These pretty expensive for what they are... but admittedly in spite of that they ARE delicious, and an absolute hit every time I bring them to a party. They taste great, and feel more elevated than having a soda or a seltzer water. Definitely give them a try.
I was given Ghia as a gift. I adore their packaging and overall brand. I didn't love the taste, but it might just be that I am not a fan of more bitter drinks. It does taste very close to an alcoholic apertif.
I love Ghia as a mixer and the herby flavors on their own are great for a more ~adult~ n/a beverage. Friends love Ghia too, always a hit when hosting!

quite delicious! have tried the original, ghia soda, and ginger. the ginger flavor is my favorite - it's great if you're looking for a more complex beverage sans alcohol!
Love this product. Was gifted it last christmas and have since both bought more for myself and gifted it to others. I stopped drinking alcohol two years ago for health reasons - Ghia brings back the fun with simple mixers.
After countless Instagram ads and design studio case studies, I was ready to try Ghia’s trendsetting NA product. Le Spritz is a cocktail of Ghia’s flagship beverage balanced with club soda. The first sip floored me. I anticipated a candy-like sweetness typical of products chasing a mainstream audience. Ghia is anything but. It has a pithy, ginger flavor with rooty herbal notes. It’s complex, but still still light and effervescent. Not only is it grown-up tasting, I actually think most kids would hate it. I became an immediate fan, but I’m surprised it’s become so popular with its unusual palate.
Yum, just typing this review makes me crave Ghia and that says a lot considering I've only had it once, but would have it another time when the opportunity presents itself. The Lime & Salt was refreshing and tasted like a toned down version of Sanpellegrino's Italian Sparkling! Even holding Ghia makes you want to be seen drinking and part of the community.

The cans feel too small for its price, you're basically paying for the branding and aesthetic.

I had been thinking about trying Ghia for a while and finally pulled the trigger when they released their Lime and Salt spritz. So I decided to order a variety pack of their spritzes. They are definitely bitter, so if that is not your jam, avoid. I loved the lime and salt, and was also surprised to learn that the ginger spritz was my favorite. If you've ever had a dark and stormy, it is very similar taste-wise. I have only drank them on their own, but can imagine they'd be a delightful mixer for tequila or gin. I wish they would be more readily available in stores around me. My shipping experience was less than ideal. The first box got lost, and then the new box (which was very easy to get - awesome customer service) came damaged and some of the cans were super dented. The cans make look small though, but they hold a lot. If I could grab them at a nearby shop though, my wallet would be in trouble.

Definitely their shipping/packaging. I realize this may not also be entirely their fault, so I need to really make another order to confirm if that's a consistent problem.
I really wanted to like this but it had a very bitter aftertaste that would linger for awhile.

Less bitters
Ghia has beautiful branding, and all of my coworkers love the Le Spritz (we have it in the work kitchen), but the flavor of the spritz is just not for me. The actual flavor is not what bothers me, more just the back of the mouth heat I feel after actually drinking it. It is a little too botanical for me. I got the Lime + Salt Ghia Thingdrop, and it definitely has a better flavor than the original Le Spritz, and changed my mind on possibly trying other Ghia flavors/product offerings. Mixed it with peach juice, and it made an excellent mocktail!

The taste of the Le Spritz could be improved.

I've had it free at events a few times. It's ok, but I wouldn't buy it.

The value isn't in it for me, but when it's being served free I don't mind it.
Surprisingly delicious! Especially love the carbonated spritz, which leaves a bitterness (that's not overwhelming like liquor) on the tongue, so you get a similar experience to a cocktail. The grapefruit flavor was yummiest. The cocktail set was beautiful and is a show stopper. It's a little too diluted if I add carbonated water, so need to continue experimenting with other mixers. Lots of creative potential here, especially for people who like making cocktails at home. Great for people trying to cut alcohol out of a daily habit, or enjoying in a social setting without feeling awkward sipping on a cup of water/coke.
I've only tried the canned spritzes, and I didn't love them. They had a bitter aftertaste, and even though I tend to like bitter things, it was too bitter for me. I mixed half a can with half a can of Spindrift, and then enjoyed it much more.

Great branding. Great taste. Great customer service. I've started bringing a bottle to parties instead of wine. Cannot wait to try the spritz. The price point feels a little high for a non-alcoholic beverage but I keep coming back to it, so maybe it's spot on. Curious to see how they develop the product line – would love to keep supporting.
Super good! complex, aromatic, and bitter taste. I didn't feel any effect but I felt that it replicated the ritual of having a cocktail very nicely. I mixed with ginger ale.
One thing about me is that I loooooooove my special drinks and Ghia is a great one! It's a little pricey but really delicious and feels luxurious. My sober friends also love it so I buy it when I have them over.

It makes for really fun gifts and the housewarming gifts. I was really excited to unboxed this and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavors. I liked all the different varieties and the taste was nice and strong and pleasant.
Ghia gives you the grown-up sophistication of a cocktail with a bitterness that makes your lips pucker, which, honestly, I loved! Ghia makes amazing non alcoholic drinks that tastes great. It helps me relax and is a great alternative to drinking alcohoL.
