I love the Taylor Swift bra! Frankly I can’t imagine singing and running on treadmill for 4 hours daily training. It is mind blowing. I bought 3 Forme bras and can wear my Forme power bra every day. It’s long enough that I can wear it with high waistband leggings for a work out or on a peloton. I feel comfortable and confident when wearing it. It really helps my posture and takes away the strain and tension daily in my neck. The added health benefits supercede any cost; just an Incredible bra and technology ! I highly commend customer support and ask expert in guiding my sizing and products. They helped my sizing and return with no issues. Thank you Forme!

Superb customer service- they helped me with sizing and exchange without any issues. After reading Women Health Magazine of how Taylor Swift workout in FORME bra I bought 2 without hesitation. She was 100% correct- the power bra corrected my posture immediately, and kept me tall and confident. I really felt the different in body transformation. You really have to put it on to feel the difference. Will be buying other FORME products for my hubby and daughters.

I bought the bra and bike shorts set. I understand that it needs to be snug in order to make any impact on my posture, but I just couldn't keep this on for very long because it wasn't very comfortable for me. I think if anything, it's easier for me to sleep in this than to attempt to workout, just because of how restricting it feels. For me, I think it's more effective to do posture training via specialized exercises on a regular basis vs. wearing tight clothing.

I picked up a Forme bra when I had some extra FSA money, and it was totally worth the splurge. The construction is super sturdy, and I can genuinely feel it helping with my posture. My back even cracks sometimes when it pulls my shoulders back — in a good way! If you’re thinking about it and have some extra funds, I’d say go for it.

Ladies you will love Forme! I am petite but have large breasts. For 15 years I have been in severe daily pain because my body wants to round forward- heavy chest! As soon as I wear the Revive bra, I had much relief. It keeps me upright and actually helps engage my back and shoulder muscles; it is a life saver. When I am not wearing the bra, I am trying to remember the muscles engaged, but it does not last more than a day, and I retreat to poor posture. So I do have to keep wearing for relief. The engineered construct is a beauty! Fabric is exceptional soft, and quality is great. So far no problems with washing it. I hang dry over night. The large chest band provides good compression and rib cage reinforcement. The chest band has 2 layers of stretchy fabric. This allows me to wear the bra all day in comfort instead of the typical elastic other bras use, which is painful and I can’t wait to get off by the end of day. It is true that it will irritate your arms, espicially doing house chores. But that’s the lesser evil when you are dealing with severe back pain. The only thing I am sad about is the price point. This can really help people and prevent women from resorting to breast reduction surgery. I wish it was more accessible to everyone because it is a great innovation. I disagree with several reviews complaining ordering process, exchange or return policy. I bought few with no issues. Company is very clear on return policy, and each time a sale takes place I will be jumping to buy. Mesdames, vous allez adorer Forme ! Je suis petite mais j'ai une poitrine généreuse. Depuis 15 ans, je souffre quotidiennement à cause de la tendance de mon corps à se courber vers l'avant en raison de ma poitrine lourde ! Dès que je porte le soutien-gorge Revive, je ressens un grand soulagement. Il me maintient droite et aide réellement à solliciter mes muscles du dos et des épaules ; c'est vraiment salvateur. Quand je ne porte pas le soutien-gorge, j'essaie de me souvenir des muscles sollicités, mais ça ne dure pas plus d'une journée et je retombe dans une mauvaise posture. Je dois donc continuer à le porter pour me soulager. La conception est magnifique ! Le tissu est exceptionnellement doux et la qualité est excellente. Jusqu'à présent, je n'ai eu aucun problème à le laver. Je le laisse sécher à l'air toute la nuit. La large bande au niveau de la poitrine assure une bonne compression et renforce la cage thoracique. La bande de poitrine est composée de 2 couches de tissu extensible. Cela me permet de porter le soutien-gorge toute la journée avec confort, contrairement aux autres soutiens-gorge qui utilisent un élastique typique, qui est douloureux et que j'ai hâte d'enlever à la fin de la journée. Il est vrai que cela peut irriter les bras, surtout pendant les tâches ménagères. Mais c'est le moindre mal lorsque l'on souffre de graves douleurs dorsales. La seule chose qui me chagrine, c'est le prix. Cela pourrait vraiment aider les gens et éviter aux femmes de recourir à une réduction mammaire. J'aimerais que ce soit plus accessible à tout le monde car c'est une grande innovation. Je ne suis pas d'accord avec plusieurs critiques concernant le processus de commande, l'échange ou la politique de retour. J'en ai acheté plusieurs sans problème. La société est très claire sur sa politique de retour, et chaque fois qu'une vente a lieu, je saute sur l'occasion pour acheter.

They guided me for sizing, return, exchange for many Forme products to better my health. I have always been a stickler in reading and following return policy. I was introduced to Forme from my neighbor who had scoliosis. I have been wearing the core V for over 9 months along with power bra and sculpt plus leggings to help with my scoliosis. I have not had a single day with pain in my back or shoulders since day one. Thank you Forme.

1/19 I have already provided the requested information to verify my order and name. Any reply from the company requesting it is an attempt to discredit my review. Yes, I will copy and paste this review to other review websites to warn as many people as I can. This entire experience has been exhausting. I admit my previous review was full of passion. passion that was a result of reading their replies to other consumers. It is shocking. I spent $588 on this company on two different purchases. I would not have made that second purchase if I had known about their return policy. I initially reached out to Forme for sizing help because I was in between sizes. I bought the size they recommended. It did not fit right because there was slack in the shoulders. I purchased a second order because I wanted to compare the sizes because these things are so expensive I wanted to be sure of which one I would keep. This review is re-written and re-directed entirely to future potential customers of forme.science to prevent a repetition of what I experienced. If I had known the following, I would not have placed any orders with this company. Two main reasons I do not recommend purchasing from the company, Forme.Science: Number One is their return policy. This is not an old complaint, just read older reviews by other customers. I wish that I had. Why would they fix this and make their policy more clear when it would result in less money? If you use ANY promotional code with your purchase, you cannot receive a refund to your original payment method, only as in-store credit. Forme does not state clearly in their marketing promotional code campaign that using a promo code removes any eligibility to have returned to your original form of payment. 1.3 During the process of checking out, when you add a promotional code to your cart, it does not say that the item is now final sale and is only returnable to in-store credit. Reputable online companies make this very clear on each and every item when items are in the final sale. 1.4 When I received my order confirmation email, it did not say that the items I purchased were only refundable as in-store credit. It says: “Certain discounted orders are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. View our return policy for more information” The following quote is the definition of the word certain when used as a pronoun, like the above statement at the bottom of my order confirmation email. . “pronoun, formal: certain ones: particular members of a group: some — + o Examples: Certain of his assumptions are simply not true OR We know that certain of his classmates walk to school every day.” On the email, it does not state All. Which means there are exceptions. If there are exceptions, and it does not clearly state that THESE items that I purchased specifically, are not refundable, why would I assume otherwise? The following quote is the definition of the act of gaslighting by Merriam-Webster. “the act or practice of grossly misleading someone especially for one's own advantage.” 
An example would be how forme.science replies to similar one-star reviews, including my own with this copy/paste statement “Upon further review your orders were purchased during Holiday promotion sale, and return policy was clearly stated on the website return policy, and also on the front page of the website. 99 % of the customers do read return policy, and love our products. “ The only place that the return policy is clear, is if you click on the link to go to the return policy. It is not in your confirmation email. It is not explicitly stated during the checkout process on the items you are purchasing. It is not in the Instagram Marketing promotion. If a company is going to be a stickler on a policy like this, for items with these high prices, they should be making it clear enough during the entire purchasing process. This is not the case with Forme. 1.5 When I tried to submit a return online, like many others, I noticed that the option to select “return to original credit” was grayed out. This is another opportunity for Forme to state its policy and explain why something is not eligible for a return to the original payment. I assumed this was an error, like many others, and contacted the forme help email only to find out it wasn’t a mistake. 
1.6 If this company wants to make amends, it would refund customers in similar situations to their original payment method. They would then fix all of the notes I mentioned above on all of the opportunities they had to make their policy clear before anyone purchases to prevent this from happening again. They also would have formally announced an extension on their return policy after taking over a week to reply. Forme likes to use the word “clear,” when describing their return policy. The definition of clear, by merriam-webster, is the following, “easily visible: plain. a clear signal. c. : free from obscurity or ambiguity: easily understood: unmistakable.” The points I made above prove that it is not clear because it is obscure and only if you go to the return policy directly. It is not on your order confirmation and it is not stated during the checkout process. 2. The second reason I do not recommend Forme is for how they respond to their unhappy customers. How a company handles negative reviews will tell you everything you need to know about them. Especially if they are spending money on hiring “compliance specialists,” instead of customer service agents. 

Creating a review on Trustpilot is the quickest way to get a response from them. I have posted on ThingTesting, and I am submitting a claim on BBB this week. If you are having a similar issue or any issue with any company like this, I recommend you do the same. There are many other reasons I could list, but the two I listed above would have been enough for me if I had known.

I am near 30 and for last few years had chronic shoulder and neck pain. The daily pain has taken a toll on my life, waking up with daily pain. For the last 6 months I spent endless hours in alternative pain management. The first day I wore Forme core tee I was over the cloud! This was the first time in 5 years I was given such relief in pain. I did not need to put tiger balm, lidocaine lotion, or bio freeze. I came home for the first time feeling normal and confident. I highly recommend Forme to anyone with musculoskeletal pain. I have bought 5 items in the past 12 months. I have never had an issue with return, refund, or exchange. Customer service was superb, always responsive without delay. Following return policy is important for all buyers.

I purchased the forme sports bra in 2020. It has a super innovative fit and feel when on, and really does pull my shoulders back and down when I am wearing it. My hope was that it would improve my posture long term, but it really only works while wearing it. Still, I like wearing it on flights for example, and feel much more relaxed and less sore afterwards. For the price, it is definitely a splurge.

I purchased the sports bra from Forme with the hopes that it would help me with my posture (as it promises) and I was excited about it, despite the high price, since it's FDA approved. It fits pretty snug and extends past where you'd expect a regular sports bra to on the front of the shoulders, under the arms, and down your chest. The design doesn't bother me from a looks perspective but it does dig into my armpits. I assumed this was just because of my bad posture, but it's not super comfortable to wear all day because of that. It feels more like you should be wearing it under clothes during the day and NOT for working out, due to its fit. Overall, hasn't really helped like I'd hoped and is pretty expensive for a glorified sports bra.

I ordered the Power Bra and ended up donating it after a few months because I didn't find it to be that helpful and I wasn't wearing it often enough. To work it has to be pretty snug but that means it's a pain to put on and take off. Maybe if they had a front-zip version of this bra at some point in the future I would try it again. I wanted to be able to wear it under my work clothes because it was my bad posture at work (I have to bend over a lot because I work with little kids) that was causing my back pain, but I found it wasn't comfortable enough for all day wear and it didn't look good under regular clothes because it looked so much like a sports bra and the straps were so wide and visible with the clothes I usually wear. And now it's annoying because there are ads for it all the time because Taylor Swift wore it once for all we know.

I’ve had my form correcting bra for about 3 years and don’t see much of an improvement. The hold back is slight, I still have to mentally remind myself to not hunch over as you can very easily override it. I got it to use at my desk as I WFH but find I need something with much more firmness.

I had to return my original order and sized down one size from the normal per askexpert for my scoliosis condition. But the return process was clear and easy. Just read and follow return policy. The Core v neck does seem to work more effectively than the power bra for my condition but I do enjoy both. I also wear the power bra for sleep. I have now worn the Forme products for over 2 years. I am still wearing my original power bra and core v neck. Highly recommend Forme !

Bought 3 power bras in the past 3 months, and just love Forme. Very supportive and comfy to my body especially the feeling is immediate. I like how it keeps my shoulders square for sitting and playing tennis. Customer service responded within 8 hours and help me with sizing. I bought 1 more during holiday sale.

Cyclists get the Core Tee The Core Tee has really helped my neck pain post-cycling. On average, I cycle seven hours a week and have bad neck pain afterwards, a result of being bent over. Saw Forme Science in Gear Patrol's review of innovative products so got a few and it's incredible for reducing my pain .

Against the odds, I had high hopes for the Forme bra. It's basically like a super un-stretchy and hot sports bra. Some reviewers talked about how hard it is to get on--that was not my issue. It was just too much like wearing a straightjacket all day and I did not perceive any benefits.
