I’ve had my form correcting bra for about 3 years and don’t see much of an improvement. The hold back is slight, I still have to mentally remind myself to not hunch over as you can very easily override it. I got it to use at my desk as I WFH but find I need something with much more firmness. 

I was happy to add v neck long sleeve to my other Forme products. These Forme suck you into proper posture while doing my daily work. It helps me be aware of my posture. Love them all!  

What an amazing product. Well made, attractive and effective for posture causing discomfort. I do wish there was a but more room for the girls, but with results in just a few short weeks - I am ecstatic! Thank you Forme!!

Please listen to me…They said they sent me my order which was almost $400, but I did not receive it. The shipper won’t help and Forme has not replied to me.  Not good business or customer service!!!
