I’m someone who just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia and now on medication for it. I’ve been suffering for so long with excruciating pain in my entire back and neck and my posture was always off which would cause me even more pain. At this point I’ve said I’ve had enough until I cane across this brand. Today is my first day wearing it and I already feel so much relief in my upper neck and back and I love how it also majorly fixes my posture.

I can really feel that it’s helping my posture! It is cute and not uncomfortable to wear. I hate that it was $200 which seems like a very steep price for a sports bra but it is nice that it helps with posture.

The rumors are true- as soon as I put this on - I could feel my posture change. It isn't something that I am wearing everyday - but its something I'm wearing a few times a week, and have noticed a small difference - but I'm still very new with the product. My one note - is that it is tight around the armpits. With more wears its getting better, but it definitely is aggressive at first - so be prepared if you get over stimulated sometimes! You will then probably want to wear it in short intervals at first. I did do measurements and got a size M - and as a little bustier of a girl - the girls do feel squeezed some. It washes well and seems to wear well! Excited to continue to use it!

This was well made and color is nice but I still feel it's very over priced. I bought the wrong size and am going to return instead of exchange because it feels like a real smash down, uniboob type of deal. I guess that's to be expected. I got this to hopefully help with shoulder and back pain but due to said pain, it was impossible for me to get off without help. Because of the return, I can't speak to the effectiveness of the posture help or pain improvement. I'm going to try a cheaper one that's front closing. The return process was easy but I find it disappointing they charge an $18 fee to return. Overpriced start to finish.
