The Fly by Jing sauce gives a power packing punch of flavor and sass to my dishes. It was versatile on many dishes. Great ingredients that I can feel at ease I’m not getting gut disruptions after consuming it.

Yummy!!! I put the chili oil on literally everything. I'm excited to try more of their flavors because I bet they're all delicious. My friends all like it too. I got it on promotion from Whole Foods and would totally buy again.

This is absolutely delicious! I've used this in a variety of ways and one of my favorite ways of using this is adding it to ramen. And depth of everything. If I had to critique this more I wish it was not as expensive for the amount of product that you get.
All three in the variety pack are delicious. Sichuan is the spiciest, with incredible flavor. I love biting down on the soy beans. Zhong has sweet notes that are subtle instead of overpowering, with just the right amount of mild heat. Chengdu is delightfully crunchy and can be a snack on its own.
Fly By Jing is perfect for food lovers who want bold flavors without sacrificing quality or convenience. If you’re into real-deal Sichuan cuisine and love a good dumpling night, this brand is a must-try.

It's okay, I don't think it's that unique to conventional or store brand ones but the packaging is nice. It's definitely spicy but not something I would pickup again.

I love Fly by Jing! Their chili crisp is delicious. I use it on everything, including ice cream. I can buy it in many stores, which is convenient. I would like to try their other products based on my experience with the chili crisp.

I really enjoyed the ease of use of this sauce. I prepared my dumplings ahead of time and simply poured out the jarred sauce into a dipping vessel. The flavor was really great and made my dumplings that much more enjoyable!

I love this brand and I love their FishWife collab but they aren't my top choice for chili crisp...they fit nicely though into my options.

Enjoyed using the sichuan chili crisp on a variety of dishes and foods. Dynamic crunch and bold spice flavor, it's not too intense, but adds a nice kick to western and eastern dishes. I like it with some vegetables or to mix with dumplings and rice dishes.

Went to a book reading and they had fly by jing to taste. Love the zing taste when I had this and it wasn’t too spicy! I would buy to put on all my sandwiches and maybe a few dips too! Can’t wait to read the full book

Have tried their original chili crisp and it's delightful. Great on just about anything. I've also met the founder and she's awesome - being a woman-owned company is the cherry on top! Worth a try as a new kitchen staple.
