I received the Experiment Jelly Buffer as a Thingdrop. It is a pleasant product and addition to your skin care routine as a last step. I do like that the formula is like a mix between gel and oil. It is fast absorbing and leaves a hydrating feeling. Again, this is a good product if you do not already have something like it in your routine. I will continue to use it and would even repurchase as it did not cause any irritation to my skin barrier.

I will start by saying that this is a really small bottle of product for the price point. But I’m still giving it 5 stars because this little bottle really packs a punch! I’ve only been using this for a week, and my skin has noticeably healed up from my recent seasonal eczema breakout. The skin around my mouth has been dry and cracked to the point of pain, even though I’ve been moisturizing and using Aquaphor as I usually do when I get eczema flareups. But after using Buffer Jelly, I could tell my skin was loving it and would calm down after a nice layer of this at night. The cracking and inflammation is practically gone. Please know that in layered this product with my ointment, so I’m pretty sure this just helped seal it all in more comfortably than a bunch of Vaseline or Aquaphor. I prefer this jelly to traditional slugging cause I really hate feeling sticky! I’m not sure if this is something to recommend to all users with eczema, but I’d love to hear more testimonials.

Finally a company that cares about my forehead and chin! As a 6’4” guy, most sheet masks come short of my forehead and chin. That being said, they deserve to get love and look good, too. Thankfully, the bigger size of this reusable mask has my whole face covered. (Literally) It’s so convenient you can pop them on over your favorite products, I’d definitely recommend really lathering whatever you’re applying to go underneath. The ear straps are also clutch, I love going about my tasks knowing my skin is at the spa. Looking like an alien is just an added bonus. (Just remember to remove before that next zoom call lol) Super easy to clean and reuse time and time again. Such a great gift, too!

Was able to try this thanks to a Thingdrop (ily Thingtesting) and i am so impressed. I got a "small head" mask and it fits perfect, doesn't hurt my ears nor does it slide down like flimsy disposable masks!! AND you can use it with any moisturizing product you want. Love the alien look too - adds some excitement to putting on ur basic moisturizer during the colder months.

I love this mask! It is so nice to have a reusable mask option instead of generating waste with single-use sheet masks. I like the flexibility this mask offers by allowing me to choose my own products and get even more benefit from them. The mask is comfortable to wear and easy to clean. I got a size Large and it fits pretty well - a little loose around the mouth, but snug in other areas and comfortable on the ears. I am tall with a longer/oval face, for reference.

Wow, this brand came in like a hurricane! Both Super Saturated and Buffer Jelly have become staples in my routine. Just when I thought I had become bored of skincare, this brand came in & really made me excited again. Such a beautiful brand to look at & I truly admire the aesthetic and amazing formulations. I’m in love!

I bought Super Saturated and I’ve been using it around my eyes, and it’s totally eliminated the dehydration lines I was getting during sleep. I mist some filtered water on my face and then put the serum on to lock it in. It’s tacky af so I let it sink in before I put moisturizer on top.

I absolutely LOVE this brand. Amber Woods is my favorite and the best smelling deodorant I have ever used in my entire life. I can’t get enough of it and it works great!

From a sustainability and usability perspective, this product is a slam dunk. Will keep and reuse over and over.

I LOVE this mask. I've always been a fan of sheet masks, but they're expensive and SO bad for the environment. I would feel guilty every time I used one. Experiment takes away the guilt, is way more cost-effective, and WORKS. I live in Denver where it is so dry, and this mask has really helped my skin stay hydrated... even in the winter! Highly recommend!

The reusable mask is amazing! Very easy to use and environmentally friendly. Love that you can use a range of products with the mask.

The avant guard sheet mask is so fun! The ear loops make the mask so comfortable to wear and I love that it's reusable. I've only used it with the Experiment Super Saturated serum so far, which leaves my face so smooth and hydrated, but I'm excited to test out some other serums! Also, can we talk about how much of a standout the Softwear lip balm is! It's the best texture, thick but not sticky and it feels incredibly effective compared to other popular lip balms on the market!

Pleasantly surprised I wasn’t expecting much when I bought this using a Thingtesting discount, but after trying the regiment for a few weeks, I can confidently say that their products will permanently be in my skincare routine. I’ve originally heard about their silicon face mask, so I bought that, the serum, the moisturizer, and the oil. The face mask is a smart idea and pretty good, but doesn’t fit my face very well. I appreciate their commitments to sustainable living. I have really dry skin, and every winter it’s an uphill battle. But so far this year, my skin has been REALLY happy. I’d pretty much lost hope in all moisturizers but this one actually did something for me. In the permanent rotation for sure Also it’s super interesting that they develop their own formulas (not purchased from a beauty conglomerate) the barrier serum is a great case study for other brands on how being honest about how your product works/is will allow people to adjust their expectations and not be upset or caught off guard.

I was turned onto Experiment years ago back with OG Thingtesting during a ThingDrop when I first grabbed some for my wife. Since then this brand has remained a staple in our medicine cabinets and skincare routines. It is a testament to quality and efficacy as my wife loves to try new brands but usually defaults back to her staples, but these guys have stood the test of time in our household and become part of the staples. The software and the saturated barriers have been used and re-purchased a dozen times and the sheet mask and re-useable sheet mask holder are just brilliant. If you are on the fence give the brand a try, but from personal experience be prepared to make this a recurring member of your skincare team.

The skincare products are just fine. It’s the lip balm that sends the brand to the stratosphere for me. The texture is ideal, I get all day hydration, there’s no scent. If I was Oprah, it would be in my favorite things box every single year.

The buffer jelly is very effective as it doesn't upset my skin when I use it and provides a satisfying texture. Its a nice final layer that feels like it seals in the products I put on after. However, the price is quite steep for the size of the product. The bottle is tiny and I was very suprised and felt a little cheated when it arrived despite buying the product from a Thingdrop so I had a discount.

My bathroom shelf is for real becoming an Experiment stronghold. I've tried Super Satty, Plasma Wash, and Softwear and have loved ALL of them. I've also tried the reusable mask and unfortunately, that one is not for me, even though I wanted it to be! I've used Super Satty for maybe two years now and absolutely love that product. It keeps my skin so hydrated and juicy. I recently tried the Plasma Wash cleanser because it felt like my old cleanser kept making my skin super dry and I'm now a convert. I love that way it feels on my skin and I love that it's a glycerin-depositing cleanser. Softwear is also one of my fav lippies. I've noticed with Softwear that when my lips are REALLY dry, I have to reach for something else. But it's a *great* everyday lip treatment. Next up, I really want to try their Molecular Mesh. I'm sure I will love it just like I love all the rest of their products. Experiment stan for life.

I LOVE THIS SERUM. It is by far the most hydrating serum on the market. I use it morning and night: it layers beautifully under other products or makeup. I like that it has no smell and it is gentle on sensitive skin. It is one of those products that I think everyone would benefit from using.

it works exactly as advertised and is a fun vibe for sure - super fun you can use any serum you'd like with it.
