  • I am absolutely obsessed with E.L.F. products. The high end makeup you'll find in ultra or Sephora is simply overpriced. Elf makes dupes to products we see influencers use and would love to have but who can spend $40 on a blush/contour wand in this economy? No one.. that's why elf made the same product for $8 a wand. the blush and contour wants are staples in my makeup kit, along with the poreless putty primer, the power grip primer, and the eyebrow pencils. Such an amazing brand, they have really made a good effort to create new products that are solid dupes for overpriced items and I love them for it! I will always preach the product from them! its a must!

  • Love their price points and that everything is vegan- one of the first major drugstore brands to do so and have stuck by it. Not all of their formulas are my favorite, but I overall really like their skincare, body care, and makeup. Their website has a great reward point structure.

  • ELF was once a very small cosmetic company that sold items for a buck. Man, they have come a long way. Most recognized these days for their accurate dupes for higher end products, if you want to glow, Elf has a product for you. Actually, if you use too much, you may end up looking sweaty and oily, so air on the side of caution. I have so many Ef makeup brushes that are in regular rotation between my high-end brushes. The Whoa Glow sunscreen line is spot on. I don't often use Elf eyeshadows as I find that I prefer more pigmented shadows that last for hours. I hated the camo line, tbh. I did not like the heaviness of the concealer nor did I like the powder products. Now, that doesn't mean the products are bad. They were just not for my preference. I like a much thinner concealer because just like many other ppl, I fear cakey face. I love the micro setting spray... And you really can't go wrong with the general price point of the entire line. Overall, Elf is definitely one of my preferred drugstore cosmetics brand.

  • I feel like ELF has transformed from a “cheaper, cringe” option (of 15 years ago) to a brand that now offers pretty good quality dupes of more expensive makeup brands. They’ve done a ton of marketing over the years and have really come out on top when it comes to drugstore makeup options.

  • Love, love, love elf. They are constantly releasing on trend and innovative products with staying power and quality formulas! Despite the low price tag, I am always confident that the product is gonna slap, which is amazing for a makeup newbie like me because it means I get to try more products without a huge investment.

  • elf is a staple for a reason! I find that their combination of approachable formulas, cruelty free & price tag means I'm always reaching for something new to try. I have had a bad reaction from one of their products and so do have to be cautious sometimes, but things like their lipstains and eyebrow pencils will always be a holy grail for me!

  • Honestly beautiful formulas, and packaging but the prices are quickly reaching the point where it simply isn’t worth it. I hope the amazing formulas continue, but lets leave the money grabbing behind.

  • A highly affordable make up brand that is really worth trying! The colour correcting concealer, brow gel and pencil and eyeliner will for sure be a staple in my make up bag going forwards. Especially the liquid eyeliner is so much easier to apply than any other I have tried before (and I have tried a few). I cannot speak to the full product range but really who wants to pay twenty euros for a product that e.l.f. does for 5 euros?

  • I don't use makeup all that often, but I've really enjoyed ELF. I use the SPF face primer which blends in nicely with my skin tone, and creates an even layer for what comes next. I wish it were just a tad bit thicker, but I also may not be using it properly. I would still purchase again, and I typically put their foundation over it.

  • Pretty solid for the price. Though I do miss when their products were $1 each.

  • Love these products! Very inexpensive. Lots of choices. Love their makeup brushes and tools. Cream blusher is the bomb. Very natural and luminescent. Beauty that does not break the bank.

  • I LOVE ELF for face products. I use their bronzers and blushes, and I am absolutely in love. The products are easy to use, extremely affordable, and very high quality. I love their putty bronzers/blushes, their liquid blush, and their brow gel. They also have a good variety of shades. Love ELF!

  • Elf primer is absolutely the best! And ofc budget friendly which makes it even better!!

  • The Camo concealer, & Wow Brow Gel are two of my go tos everyday. The Camo concealer is the best I’ve ever tried. The Wow Brow Gel is perfection in a tube for brows. I will always these in my makeup bag.

  • I’ve tried a lot of different products, and I love them all. Primers and bronzers are my go to products, but I reach for so many and I’m constantly trying new things because they are so affordable. I know if I splurge a little I’m gonna get a quality product, and then I’ll get a couple more things! It’s a bit of an addiction.

  • I love how affordable this cruelty-free brand is. I also find the products to be beginner-friendly, which is a big bonus for me. I have been learning how to use makeup, and these E.l.f. products have been a staple for me!

  • I remember when e.l.f. launched, and they’ve come a LONG way since their earliest products. The brand’s trajectory has been pretty consistently upward. That said, this is a very utilitarian brand, sort of the white crew socks of the makeup aisle. Everyone has them and uses them, you can even make looks that highlight them, but they’re not something to get excited about. This is a great brand for starter products. If you’re just learning how to do makeup or experimenting with a new product or technique, e.l.f. is a one-stop shop for a middle-of-the-pack example of virtually any product. There’s a handful of duds, a handful of gems, but on the whole the group has mediocre performance, formulas, and shade selection, at a price point where you can’t feel bad wasting product on experimentation. There are two exceptions to this: their skincare and their brushes. The brushes are exceptional and consistently outperform brushes 10x their price in my kit. Their stipple brush and eyeshadow brushes are my favorites I own in those categories, and because they’re so cheap I can actually afford to buy duplicates for my travel kit too. I wish they weren’t made or packaged with so much plastic, but for brushes that deliver consistently over almost a decade I’m willing to forgive the material. The skincare, on the other hand, is fairly overpriced in my opinion. The formulas are basic, the packaging is plastic-y and uninspired, and even their hydration line was too drying for my extremely tolerant skin. There are much better and cheaper drugstore skincare options out there that are widely available.

  • Elf has a wide range of products that are often the hefty dupes of high-end brands. I have tried several of their mascaras and other products through the years and I always had a very good feedback for them.
